A Meditative State [Mission; Private]

It was another day where the Sun was high in the sky, but it was still cool. It was due to the altitude of the mountains though. Dynatos had become accustomed to this feeling after all the traveling he had done. He need Huang to order to provide for himself and sister, so he began taking jobs and this was his first one. He was to gather some herbs for monks in Zou. These herbs seemed more like drugs than anything seeing as how they are described. Dynatos shrugged and marched on shrugging then rotating his shoulder to give a slight adjusting to his giant sword, Megalos, that rested in a holster on his back. Dynatos's expression was blank and he was quiet taking in his surroundings.

Dynatos had found a few of the herbs already and was just looking for the last few. He yawned and look around the area he was currently in. He was so focused that he didn't notice the giant bear paw print that he had just stepped in. It was until he heard a noise behind him that he turned around and saw the print. The sharp golden eyes of Dynatos shot to his left and right trying to search for where the culprit of the track may be hiding. Dynatos then heard a noise coming from nearby. His eyes shot to the direction of the noise as he clenched his fist. Busting out of the brush was a bear cub. It was large, but not big enough to make this print. Dynatos bent down and held out his hand showing that he was not hostile. The cub hesitantly approached Dynatos before licking his hand. The cub had been separated from his Mother and Dynatos could only figure that one thing would happen when the mother showed up.

Suddenly a terrifying sound erupted through the area. It could only be the Mother of the young cub that was before Dynatos. Dynatos placed his hand on the head of the cub and ruffled its fur. After doing so he stood up and clenched his fists. Seconds passed before a giant bear came rampaging through the brush it saw its cub and then saw the strange red haired man with the giant weapon on his back standing next to the cub. A alarm went off in the bears head as it bull dozed towards Dynatos. Dynatos waited until the last second to grab the bear by the arm pits and flip it over him. The bear landed on its back causing a loud thud to echo. The bear growled in shock and pain. It would get up and stare down Dynatos, but the cub soon ran up to its mother and began to make sounds. It then ran back to Dynatos and began to lick his leg. The rag within the eyes of the mother bear died down. It made a soft low growl towards its cub before it and the cub walked off. Dynatos sighed and turned continuing his task of finding the last few herbs that he needed before he could return to the monastery and collect his reward.

Hours passed and Dynatos was being to think that none of the remaining herbs had grown. He sighed and sat down on a large nearby rock; he had been looking for these herbs for quite sometime to no avail. He slouched over placing his forearms on his knees and cupped his hands together. His head dropped and as soon as he did he saw the herbs he had been looking for. Dynatos sighed feeling stupid. None the less he had completed his request. He quickly snatched up the herbs and darted off towards the monastery. some time passed before Dynatos made it back. When he did he handed the herbs to one of the monks. "Thank You for your help. Kind Fanalis." The Monk bowed to Dynatos before taking the herbs. Dynatos bowed back and waved his hand as if saying no problem.
