Description: The user is able to send 2 kicks to the target by lifting the leg to straight up without bending the knee, once the user foot is above the target, the user will bring it down to strike through with power and continue to land another strike by using the knee of the free leg. The speed of the ability will be 15m/s, it will deal C-Tier damage if all kicks hit otherwise each kick will deal D-Tier damage.

First thing I would like to mention is that starter abilities are 4 D-Tier abilities and 1 C-Tier ability. You have 4 C-Tier abilities and 1 D-Tier ability.

Aside from that, one of the things I want to clear up is your Parry ability. It is a defensive/supplementary ability because it can potentially push an opponent away from you. You use the term 'block' in the text, which suggests that you hold your blade up and allow it to take the brunt of the attack. An actual parry, where you redirect the blow to the side and defend against an attack in that manner, would make more sense for your ability but I don't know which one you want to go with.

Skull Cracker doesn't mention the damage each strike causes.
