I'm assuming Diversity means that it includes magic used through items? Meaning that so long as she has used the magic in the past, even if it was through an item, she would be able to make it?

Does that include combination magic?

yes to the first and kind of on the second. She would only be able to craft it if the magic type was not restricted.
