Exp is impossible to transfer or edit, it literally can't be done even with admin powers. Money can be transferred by request. But sadly I can't say whether or not you'd be able to get your abilities refunded as well but my guess would be no if you are making a new character. You might be able to get them refunded if you kept Kara and changed her specialization to one of our two new specs. But I think that is the only situation where that could happen.

If you are starting a new character, we can transfer your huang, but everything else you would have to start from fresh, including character app, XP and abilities.
