Spring's Embrace 300px-L_olivia_840
Name: Spring's Embrace
Tier: D
Type: Razor Scarf
Material: The weapon is made of lightweight fabric reinforced with flexible wire thread. The daggers and rings are made of brass.
Appearance: The scarf is 160cm long and 8cm wide, with two rings 12cm in diameter at each end. The daggers are placed every 20cm and measure 10 cm long and 2 cm wide at the base. 7 blades hang from the scarf in total. When the scarf is not in use as a weapon, the blades hang from it like ornamentation or fringe. For this reason, the blades are etched with beautiful designs of falling flower petals in spring.

How many blades dangle from it in total? 7, 8 or 9?

I'm glad you caught the difference ^_^. I like the aesthetic choice you made. Approved.
