There are a couple problems with these jobs. I'm going to list some problems that all of them have first and then I'll go on to detail specifics for each job as well as give some suggestions on how to better them.

Common Issues
-All of these jobs have tasks that are a bit too vague. You state a general end goal but don't give enough details about the situation leading up to those end goals.
-Some of these jobs include tasks which would require some kind of combat. While it is true that D-tier jobs don't NEED to have enemies, you should still add some if it fits the nature of the job.
-None of these jobs fit the bill for having a Black Rukh requirement. Black rukh does not simply mean "evil" or "bad guy" and anyone who has white rukh can be in a gang. It is perfectly normal for someone to steal, rape, murder, and commit all kinds of other horrible acts without their rukh ever turning black.
-Please pick a single city for these jobs. Not every city is going to have gangs. Magnostadt is one good example but it's not likely that Imuchakk or Zou would have them either. One due to its tribal culture and the other due to it's ever present and overwhelmingly large military.

The Initiation
-What is the test? Does it include fighting anyone? Do you need to steal something? I realize you may want to leave this open and up to the player. However there needs to be a more specific goal that must be accomplished so those grading these jobs can clearly tell whether or not it was completed.

The Pickup
-Who has this package? Are they going to hand it off to you willingly or will they put up resistance? If so, is there a way to get the package without starting a fight?

Guard Duty
-This one should definitely have some combat and thus it needs some enemy NPCs
-This is a small detail, but please change the word "casino" into something else such as, "hideout" or "underground gambling den". The reason I ask is that using the word Casino makes it seem more like this is an officially recognized establishment and doesn't give the impression that it's a gritty gang-run operation.

The Drop-Off
-Please note at least one logical means of smuggling the NPC out of the city. You're free to come up with several for a player to choose from and then note that they are welcome to come up with their own methods. But you should have at least one reasonable and clear method listed.

Just Another Day
-This one could just use a few more extra details. How many people do they need to collect from? Will there be any trouble? Does the gang know any information about these people that would help you press them for money such as kidnapping a daughter or threatening to break a prized possession?

Thanks for the swift replies, again.
Completed alterations which should be more specific and took out the need for a combat situation.
