Belladonna's wand

Appearance: The staff is made out of dark oakwood with a thin line of silver metal wrapped around the middle where it can be held, the tip forms a spiral like form and is enveloped in several sea shells which grew on the wood, since it was made from wood which was found flowing in the sea after a great transport ship sunk in the vicinity of Belladonna's home.The staff is 150 cm's long.

How long is this Wand/Staff? 30 cm. is the lower limit on approved wands that I have seen. And, of course, staffs can be much larger.
