It hadn't been long since Farah had been granted his freedom by the leader of the Fanalis Corps of Reim. The young red haired man had lived half of his life as a gladiator in the majestic Coliseum of the empire of Claudius Augusta. He had earned his freedom at sword-point, after surviving countless battles in the arena. However, now his story had taken a completely different change. For once he was now master of his own destiny and ruler of his own actions. He had no chains that bound him anymore and no one to prohibit him from something. Although he had been traveling in the last couple of months looking for an adventure, Farah had never been to the kingdom of Pharaos. Heliohapt had a certain charm between all that sand, one that Farah was keen to perceive. He loved the dry hotness in the air and the new sensations this gave. Many of the things he saw were new to him, and as such he seemed like a child discovering them.

Either way, that day in particular Farah had stumbled upon a pair of bazaar merchants. "Old man! Where does one have to go if they want to have the best of the wines Heliohapt has to offer?" The young Fanalis certainly was interested in trying desert wine. The merchants were abruptly startled by the loud tone of the asker and hurried to point the location of a tent a couple of meters away.

Farah made his way excitedly towards the old tent, wondering what kind of wine he would fine there and if he'd find any find lady too.

After a long time going on odd jobs ranging from burglary to protecting Heliohapt, Raizel was tired out. He's been spending lots of his time on earning cash, that he didn't have the time to earn the cash he worked so hard for. The Crimson Moon festival just ended, and Mr. Zenkichi was off to visit an old friend in Balbadd. This means Raizel is all alone this time. That means, he doesn't have to train. That means, go forth to the bar! Raizel immediately got changed, and went out of his house. Life is ephemeral; you should enjoy every second of your life. Raizel is already planning to do it. He's gonna head off to a new bar he found, to drown himself with the pleasures of the world. He's been working way too hard. All these trainings and missions will one day kill him, if he doesn't rejuvenate himself with the worldly pleasures. As he walked through the street, he tried to recall the address of this new "bar". Raizel heard of it in the festival. This new bar promises to provide booze that can quench even the thirst of the Desert of Forgotten souls, and women that will make even the impotent long for them.

Finally, he recalled the location of it; it is in the bazaar near the city square. As he reached the bazaar, he could see that it was already flooded with people. The business was so good. It's literally almost impossible to go through them. Thanks to his strength, Raizel managed to squeeze himself through the ocean of people and made his way towards the tent. After walking for a while, he managed to see the tent that would satisfy his thirst for alcohol. Outside the tent was a big banner which says, "Beer Haven: All you can drink for only 1k Huang!" Smiling, Raizel thought, "Well, hope you guys have 100k Huang worth of booze, because Raizel is in the house!" Finally, he reached the entrance. He took a deep breath. He could smell the strong scent of both perfume and booze. Pushing open the flaps of the tent, he could see there was already a bunch of people, even during broad daylight. As he makes his way to the counter, he hands the bartender 1k Huang, saying, "I heard you guys provide bottomless booze. I'm up for it!"

Farah's expectations were exceeded more than he thought. The gigantic banner outside the tent was something that managed to boil the man's excitement immediately. Abruptly entering the place he shouted for everyone else to hear. "Hang me heavens if I don't treat the first 10 ladies to come to me!!" The large crowd inside the tent looked towards the Fanalis in awe at first. Seconds later the people inside burst in laughter influenced by the already processed alcohol inside them. As he had hope, a swarm of beautiful ladies with clothing that barely covered their intimate paths squished their way at the man. Farah simply laughed at the situation as he grabbed two delicious girls on his arms. "Now, now ladies. There's enough Farah for everyone!" As he said so, he slowly moved towards the bartender.

By this moment, it was more than evident that the offer of the man was already filled up to his satisfaction. Grabbing a pouch of money from his coat, he threw it over a black haired man to the counter. The exact sum of 11,000 Huang was inside. This were part of his savings won in the Coliseum, which he was sure would deplete quickly considering his poor financial planning skills. Either way he closed up at the man paying before him as he patted his back firmly. "My friend! I'm afraid this beautiful creatures are simply too much for me! Im sure you'll be kind enough to help me take care of them" he said between laughter. Farah was in a good mood that moment, and nothing had ever held him back from being friendly.

As he got ready to drown himself with his first huge glass mug filled to the brim with strong beer, the tent's flaps open once again, and a tall, red haired man shouted, "Hang me heavens if I don't treat the first 10 ladies to come to me!!" The crowd stared at the man in silence before laughing. Raizel himself chuckled before picking his mug up and downed the beer in a quick speed, making even the bartender surprised, and regret putting the banner out there. Slamming the empty glass mug on the counter, he said, "More!" As the bartender took the mug in fear, Raizel smiled and thought, "Their loss is my gain! Plus, this foreign beer has a higher quality than the normal ones here!" As the next mug came, Raizel downed it again instantly, and asked for the next one. Raizel has a strong alcohol toleration, so he can drown himself with lots of beer without worrying about even the outcome.

As he prepared to drown himself with his next mug of beer, the Fanalis from just now sat next to him, with 10 girls swarming him. He passed the bartender a bag of cash, since he was going to pay for all of the ladies. The bartender, after receiving the cash, delivered 11 mugs of beer in a swift moment. Suddenly, the Fanalis leaned over to Raizel and patted his shoulder, and offered the ladies to entertain Raizel too. Raizel smiled and answer, "Well, that's nice of you, but no worries. I'll be getting the ladies soon......once I get wild. Thanks though. The name's Rai." Raizel liked how this guy was so enthusiastic and happy. Raizel then took the whole mug and finished it in a gulp before asking for his next serving.

Diego had just arrived back in Heliohapt from his adventure in Reim, training to be a Ranger. The thirteen year old Fanalis walked down the street, enjoying the feel of the desert night air. Madam Trixie, his white tiger with black jagged stripes, standing 1.7 meters high and 3.5 meters long from nose to tail, trotted at his side. Riding on her back, cuddled the adorable, fluffy, white spider named Zanzibar. His legs held onto tight around her back and the fluffy mandibles wiggled with glee.

Diego heard sounds of laughter, drunken shout of glee and women giggling, from the tavern down the street. After the past few months of training, it was time he had some fun. He saw a banner above the bar proclaiming a bounty of booze for a thousand haung. Never having drank before, he ignored that and burst though the doors, seeing what was going on.

The laughter quieted down a little as Diego entered, he looked around and saw women in outfits that revealed much and left little to the imagination. Sheepish, he walked up to the bar, "Can I get a tea please?" The bartender chuckled and passed him an ale. Uncomfortable, Diego picked the glass up and took a big swig. As the bitter taste hit his throat, he spit it out, coughing.

Meanwhile, Madam Trixie bounded through the doors, looking through the crowd for her master. Zanzibar wiggled on her back, begging her to keep running. When she spotted Diego, she pushed through the crowd to sit as his side.

Farah was too busy with everything going on around him. The booze, the laughter, the giggles and the noise were simply deafening. The red haired man laughed at the gracious decline of Raizel. He told him he would be getting the ladies once he was in the mood. Farah spoke once more with a jokingly tone. "Well, that's unfortunate... I'm afraid you won't find girls any more beautiful girls, am I right?" as he finished he looked back at the harem that he had just abruptly formed as they giggled and fawned all over him. "By the way, the name's Farah" He added, returning back to him. Mowing down his drink in a single sip. Farah loved alcohol, and he really enjoyed the burning feeling of booze down his throat. Over the years he had adopted resistance to its effects, and for a man of a nature such as his he always looked to get to his limits. Perhaps the banner that brought Farah to this place was going to be the downfall of the business?

As he waited for his second drink, the place went quiet once more. A petit figure of long red hair entered the establishment, with nothing more than around 13 years. It was clear that the figures frequenting this place came in all sizes and shapes. The Fanalis boy sat next to the two men, asking for a cup of tea. The girls giggled as he was given a ale. Slowly, the kid drank from the ale spitting everything out. Farah couldn't help but remember his first beer too. He was around the same age the kid was and their reaction was practically the same. "Now now brother... you'll get just as good as me with the time!" he said, patting the back of the young Fanalis. The girls surrounding him began caressing the boy too. However, Farah was now too interested in the two people he'd just met. "So gentlemen... I think its time we drink till be leave the owner dry!" passing over a beer to both Raizel and the kid, Farah swigged his drink under the horrified eyes of the bartender in front of him. It was evident now, that the Fanalis wasn't joking.

Finishing his drink, he didn't even have to ask for a refill; the bartender immediately passed him a full mug before taking his empty one away. Listening to the red-haired man's reply, he laughed. This man thought these girls was all Heliohapt have to offer? Well, usually, the real gems would come at night, not during the day! Raizel flicked his hair and lifted his mug up, close to his mouth, before saying, "Nice to meet you, Farah. And those girls you got, they're just normal flowers in a flower field. What I'm waiting for is looking for a gem in these fields. Usually, these gems only come when it's a bit later. The night's still young, let's see how long you can keep up." Raizel then downed his beer, and looked at Farah after that. He could see that Farah was a man like him, a man for booze; a man that survives on booze and not water. A normal person would go drunk after dunking one mug the way Raizel or Farah do it.

As he asked for another beer, a girl came between him and Farah, asking for a drink. This girl had a pretty face, and a curvy body to top it off. As he looked at Farah's harem, he could tell that this girl is way more prettier than them. Raizel smiled and told the bartender, "This girl's bill is on my tab!" He then looked at the girl and say, "The name's Rai.". Finishing his sentence, he took out a bandage and passed it to her, continuing, "Here's some bandage. You know, for the injury you got when you fell from heaven." As the girl started blushing, Raizel made eye contact with Farah and smirked.

After some time flirting with this new girl, the crowd quiet down as a red haired boy entered. The kid made his way to the counter and sat near Raizel and Farah. The kid then asked for some tea. Raizel started chuckling as he held Sarah's, the new girl he made acquiantances with, hand. Raizel blew out laughing together with the crowd as the kid spewed out the contents of the ale. Farah started saying something to the boy, before passing him and Raizel each another mug of beer, saying that they should dry up the bar's booze. Raizel smirked as he picked the mug up, saying, "Hmph, I guess I won't have enough beer after all with you here." Raizel poured the beer down through his throat without a break and slammed the empty mug down. Looking at the bartender, Raizel said, "You're going to have a hard time here, Mr. Bartender."

The sprawling desert country was known for many things, lively parties being no exception. Normally Ayero would have avoided such a place but after the week she had—intensive training as well escorting that somewhat annoying girl—she felt as if she deserved a few mugs of ale, at least. Entering the tent she immediately moved to unfasten her cloak, given how much warmer it was inside with the crowds of people. After folding the piece of cloth over her arm, she wades through the throngs of people toward the bar.

She squeezed into the first place she could find, placing her money down onto the bar wordlessly. Not unnerved in the slightest, the bartender offered the stiff young woman a small smile before sliding over a mug of ale filled to the brim. Nodding in thanks, she retrieves her drink and turns to lean against the bar in order to better observe the partygoers. The red head hadn’t been wrong to assume that the tent would be full of men as well as scantily clad women giggling and blushing as they no doubt received a mountain of compliments and free drinks. The men near her seemed to be partaking it everything this party had to offer, laughing to eachother over their mugs of beer. Both seemed to have attracted some rather lovely women as well and she snorts to herself as the gaggle of women cooed over the red haired man. Lifting her drink to her lips, she eyes Farah for a moment. A fanalis…is he? It had been a while since she’d seen another on her travels, especially in Heliohapt. Her eyes swept over the man next to him, seemingly to enjoy flirting with the beauty next to him.

She didn’t notice the young fanalis next to her until he spat out some of his ale, not having paid attention to his order herself. A child…? In a place like this? Her brow creases in skepticism at the determined boy. ”You’ll get used to it.” The halfling assured him, pitching half of the contents of glass down her throat. She had never been too fond of the bitter taste of alcohol but it did make things easier to handle after awhile. The men in her caravan had loved to drink, her fanalis mentor in particular. He gave her her first drink when she was thirteen and the poor girl had overindulged herself to the point of sickness. Thankfully by now she was aware of her limits. Just a few drinks then it’s back to the inn. This place is too loud anyway.

The young Fanalis, Diego, stood around two men and a girl. He noticed that two of them were Fanalis, he hadn't seen another Fanalis since he last saw his trainer. "This stuff is nasty." Diego said with a disgusted look on his face.

He noticed Madam Trixie, his pet tiger, sitting at his feet. He thought it was odd that people were so drunk they didn't notice the tiger who was almost as tall as a man, with a furry white spider clutching onto her back. The spider Zanzibar, seeing the young Fanalis woman, crawled up the front of her body and gave her an arachnid hug. Diego's face went pale, "Zanzibar! Don't hug strangers!" He gave an embarrassed look to the Fanalis female, "I'm sorry, he's a cuddly thing. My name is Diego."

Farah listened as Raizel told Farah he was waiting for real gems. The red haired man was no fool, and he of course knew these girls were nothing compared to the rest of the beauties the world had to offer. However, he was a man that strongly believed that a nice warm up wasn't never excessive. And for that, a pretty face or a regular face possessed the same thing; Boobs. Never mind that, the black haired man challenged Farah to a contest of drinking. He simply smirked as he told him how long he'd be able to keep up as he rose his drink and emptied it in a flash. "Let's see who's gonna have to carry who out of this place!" It was a strike of fortune. He could now notice that both men shared one thing in common. They both were men made for alcohol, tempered after countless drinking nights and hardened with each burning feeling down their throats. He hoped he could befriend this man and get to know him better, for now he had liked him.

As they spoke a pretty looking girl appeared in the horizon. Farah playfully grinned as he expectantly waited for his new found companion's move. As he took a drink from the beer in front of him, he heard Raizel's pick up line. It totally caught him off guard, and he couldn't help but unwillingly spit half the beer he had just tried with a laugh. "Hahaha! I gotta tell you my friend that's the cheesiest of cheesy pick up lines I've ever heard" patting the back of the man. He didn't do it as a mocking gesture but simply as a joke of the moment. Either way the cheesy line worked just as it was meant to, and while Farah drowned in 10 regular female bodies, Raizel had a single prettier girl. He'd be sure to show him what he was made about later that day, when he found a chance.

After the two men and the boy dug into their drinks and Diego made a comment about how it was nasty a red haired woman with beautiful looks came over to assure him. It was weird how Farah had suddenly found two other fanalis so fast. "My my, I can't believe the struck of luck I've got. Finding two other fanalis brothers, and on top of that one of the most radiant suns I've ever seen.

This time it was Farah who looked at Rai with a wink.

As Raizel gulped the whole thing, he listened to Farah's challenge, to see who will be the last man standing sober. Raizel smiled and say, "Hmph, we'll see. That is, unless this bar runs out before either one of us do. After all, I haven't been drinking for a long time, so don't expect me to get drunk too quickly" Raizel then asked for another refill, and lifted it up to Farah, waiting for him to lift his own mug and clink them together. Raizel took a liking for Farah, since he was a really cool guy to be with, and seemse fun.

As he finished woeing the girl, Farah patted his back while telling him his pick up line was cheezy. Smirking, he answered, "Can't say the same about your own pick up line. Plus, girls love pick up lines like this." He then pecked the girl's cheek while hugging her from behind, as she started giggling. He then gulped his own beer down, and waited for the bartender. Seeing that the bartender was busy, he helped himself with the girl's beer and told her, "Wanna compete to see who can last longer? Loser strips, okay?" The girl looked away and blushed. Raizel chuckled and winked at Farah.
As they continued drinking, suddenly, a red-haired girl came by and stood next to the little Fanalis kid. As he stared at her, he could feel as if time stopped. If the rukh out there favors people, it was evident that they have favored her. He noticed he wasn't the only one; Farah and the crowd were also staring at her. Some guys were smacked by their girlfriend for staring at her too much. In fact, the bar started to quiet down when she entered. He looked as she paid the bartender for the beer. He smiled and continue looking at her, and heard as he told the Fanalis kid that he'll soon get used to the taste of alcohol. Soon, Farah winked at him, and he took it as a challenge to woe her. Raizel took up the challenge by approaching her, with his beer in one hand. As he approached her, he could see the fanalis kid, called Diego, apologizing. Apparently, a spider on a lion was hugging her. It was a queer thing to see, and as he approached them, he said, "Hey Diego, I can see why the spider decided to hug her. It has such a good taste for women. The name's Raizel. May I have the pleasure of knowing the name of such a beautiful woman?"

She’s completely still as the furry spider crawls up her body, unsure of what to do. After a few moments she raises her hand slowly as if to swat the beast away, but she stops as the arachnid settles across her stomach and looks up at her. Even as Diego speaks, her eyes don’t leave Zanzibar, still wary of the creature. ”Hug…?” Her brow furrows as she examines the spider who simply stares back and lowers her hand slowly to rest atop his head. ”I see. I’m Ayero.” She gently strokes the spider’s head, finding him to be quite…cute. ”I wasn’t aware that spiders could be cuddly.” Her gaze finally sweeps over Diego and the tiger at his side. ”A beast tamer, are you?” Ayero found herself already growing fond of the fanalis boy, in a way he reminded her of her own large family.

Her attention is drawn to the older fanalis male and she finishes off her ale, rolling her eyes as she sets the mug down. ”You flatter me. Believe me, you’re better off spending your attentions on the women you’ve already managed to dazzle, young man.” Leaning back on the bar and supporting herself with her elbows, she observes the merriment going on in the crowd and exhales slowly. Perhaps she should have gone to a smaller pub…but she had to admit, the beer here was of far better quality than what was usually sold in the city.

As the bartender passes her a second glass she notices a dark haired young man approaching her. Bracing herself, she quickly downs half of her drink, wiping the stray liquid from her lips with the back of her hand. ”You know eachother?” She arches a brow, looking between Diego and the newcomer before exhaling slowly. ”Raizel then, is it? I’m Ayero. But I believe you were busy with that young woman over there just a moment ago, no?” Her gaze drifts over to the lovely young woman who had previously been receiving Raizel’s affections. ”She’s a very pretty young thing. I’d suggest you go back over there soon, or else… She takes a swig of ale from her glass. ”…someone might steal her.” The halfling had the faintest hint of a smirk on her face, sending a subtle wink to the young woman.

Diego was thankful the Fanalis woman, Ayero, didn't seem to mind the spider at all. He watched as the Fanalis and a dark haired man, Raizel, flirted. His cheeks blushed as he noticed all the pretty women around him and he took a step back behind Madam Trixie. The tiger looked at him curiously and turned her attention to Ayero, stepping forward to nuzzle her head against the Fanalis' side with her body weight. She let out a throaty purr and stared up at Ayero, her eyes reflecting her desire to be pet.

Diego seemed to get a little courage and spoke up, "So, what are you all doing in Heliohapt?"

Farah's compliment was rejected graciously by the red headed woman. However, this didn't discourage the young fanalis man. Instead, he simply smirked with a gracious chuckle. Instead of replying, he listened to Raizel's attempt to woo the lady. Both of them seemed to be rejected in such a subtle and fine fashion. However, she looked to have taken a liking of the young fanalis boy. Before anyone else spoke, the fanalis directed towards Ayero. Ouch..." He took a small pause before continuing. "It's in times like these when I wonder... When has the man settled with the ground when the stars are much more beautiful? True... it's way more difficult to reach them, and perhaps one will never manage to get a hold of them, but the sight of trying to get there every night is just better than enjoying the plainness of dirt forever." He looked at the woman with his sharp golden eyes, almost as if piercing directly into the soul of the woman. Farah was the first one to speak after Diego asked what they were doing. The red haired Fanalis looked towards the enormous beast that now pleaded for a pat. He walked towards it and began caressing slowly the white fur of the tiger. "What's her name?" he said now, looking at the boy. He attempted to climb the back of Madam Trixie as he focused at last at the original question. "I'm simply here for the adventure... It seems it's been worth it so far." Farah smirked as he took a sip of his drink.

Raizel listened as Farah's advance was cleanly rejected by Ayero. He couldn't help smiling. Farah, the man that wooed 10 girls with just a phrase was rejected by Ayero without even hesitating. Farah chuckled at his own rejection, and tried once again. Raizel must admit, his comeback was strong and might end up wooing her after all! Hearing Ayero's reply, Raizel shook his head and smiled. He then looked at the girl he was with, slowly leaving with another guy, who this time offered to dance with her. Raizel looked at Ayero and answered, "Well, she already did. So, does that mean I get to have a bit of your time?" Raizel finished his mug of beer and placed it on the counter, waiting for the bartender to fill it up again. As he was about to grab the re-filled mug up to drink, Diego spoke up and asked why they were all here. He listened earnestly as Farah gave his answer. After a long pause, Raizel opened his mouth and uttered, "Well, I came to Heliohapt to get stronger. There is someone....or a group of people I need to kill and destroy..." As he said this, his face turned into a grim expression. He then gulped the whole beer down, slammed it on the counter, and changed his expression to a happy and laughing one. "Enough about me, what about you, what's a pretty girl like you doing here? And what's a little beast tamer like you doing in a dangerous bar like this?"

”Hm?” Her gaze drops to the large feline nudging her leg, begging to be pet. She gently rests a hand atop the tiger’s head, retaining the bit of caution she had used with Zanzibar. Slowly, she weaves her fingers through the big cat’s fur and is surprised at how soft it feels. Her attention is pulled once more to the older Fanalis male as he speaks. She listens to him silently, a bit taken aback by his tone and she tilts her head in observation while pondering his words. ”That’s the thing about stars, though.” She meets his gaze with one of her own, though more mild. ”They’re not meant to be captured.” She finishes her statement with another sip of her drink, eyeing the Fanalis man as he takes to Madam Trixie. ”Perhaps you’d have a bit more luck if you stopped treating me like a prize to be won.” She mumbles into the glass, not caring if her words don’t reach Farah’s ears.

She follows Raizel’s gaze to where his previous object of affection was, apparently having found another man. ”I suppose I don’t mind.” She shrugs, absently swirling the ale in her mug again. She had to admit, both of these men were attractive and something about them seemed…different compared to the average barfly. She can’t help but eye Farah once more, curious about him simply because he was a Fanalis. Perhaps he… Her thoughts are interrupted by Diego’s question. She wasn’t surprised by Farah’s answer, but Raizel’s had caught her off guard and she stares intently at the man for a few seconds before he brightens.

”There are more jobs for travelers in Heliohapt. I came here for work.” Her reply is quick and she swiftly downs a new drink, draining the glass completely. She never revealed her true intentions to strangers fearing it would cause complications. ”And you, young one?” She echoes Raizel’s question to the young Fanalis. ”He’s right, this certainly isn’t the place for a child. Would you like for me to escort you home?”

Diego laughed as Ayero turned the older Fanalis down, telling him stars weren't meant to be captured. He smiled, happy to see that Ayero had warmed up to his pets. He listened intently to everyone explain their reasons for coming to Heliohapt. Diego wasn't sure what to think, when everyone seemed concerned about his age.

He smiled warmly to the three people, "I appreciate your concern, but I can handle myself." He pointed to his pets rubbing against Ayero, "We're on a mission to avenge my family. Until I can find the man responsible, I've been helping out around town, making friends."

Ayero rejected Farah's intents to woo her once more. He loved the way she hit his compliments with a brutal grace. It was the kind of subtle that felt like an arrow to the chest. The red haired woman told Farah that the stars couldn't be reached, and that he was simply looking at her like a trophy to conquer. The fanalis male didn't mean at all to give that impression, but he didn't blame her for thinking that way. He had, after all, a group of ten women behind him. Either way, he was not a an to be depressed by that kind of replies. "My my, I never intended that my lady. I've never considered myself as a hunter, but rather an observer. I don't look at you as a trophy, but on the contrary, perhaps as my stars... And let me tell you, Admiring the night skies is something I've grown fond to." This was the last statement he'd make the girl about her looks. He knew when to stop a pursue, and now was still a good time.

The three other companions told Farah their intentions in Heliohapt. Raizel's reply caught his attention immediately. The fanalis man found more and more things in common at the minute with him. He really hoped they could share a friendship in the future such as their shared common interests. Ayero told the trio that she was looking for job opportunities and Diego replied that he was looking to avenge his family. "Hah, seems like I'm not the only fanalis looking for it" Farah in fact, wanted to avenge his family too, but for that he needed much more power than what he currently held. However, he decided he wanted to help Diego with his. "Well well, would you mind a fanalis brother helping you with your revenge? I've grown to be a man with your same interests kid" His tone was warm and happy, grinning as he patted his back perhaps excessively strong. By this moment, Farah had already reached the tipsy state of being. However, this didn't stop him from having another drink after finishing with the one he had for now.

Before anything else happened though, Raizel excused himself out of the establishment. Farah knew he'd be seeing the man once again, and he'd never stop reminding him he lost their drinking contest!

Exhaling slowly, the woman tilts her gaze to Farah once more as he speaks. She had to admit, the man was very…stubborn in his ways, but it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. He seemed to be enjoying himself, at least. She finishes off her drink, placing the empty glass down on the counter in contemplation. Usually she would stop here, but she ignored her inhibitions in favor of another mug of ale. ”You certainly do have a way with words. You must be a hit with the ladies, no?”

As Diego mentions avenging his family, the halfling hides the incredulous look on her face behind the mug. This young man seemed so…mature and good natured, yet he was here for revenge? She shook her head, thinking that she must have heard wrong or the alcohol flowing freely in her system must have clouded her judgment. ”That…certainly sounds dangerous, Diego.” She comments, looking at the boy with concerned eyes. Her gaze flickers over to the jovial fanalis man once more and she can’t help but roll her eyes at his antics. ”Man? Please, you’re nothing but a big child. Diego would have to take care of you.” By now she was beginning to feel the buzz, though she didn’t drink nearly as much as Farah or Raizel, her tolerance was significantly lower seeing as how she didn’t partake as often as them.

”Eh?” She blinked as Raizel excused himself, bidding the man a farewell as he left into the night.

Sorha and Alicia walk into the bar. Sorha heads for the bartenders area for a drink. While Alicia walks over to the job board. She notices a another hafling sitting next to Sorha. Sorha of course doesn’t pay any mind to Alicia. She was too busy drinking so when Alicia sneaked up to her she jumped. And spilled her drink all over the girl she was sitting next to. Alicia saw this and laughed Sorha on the other hand has a huge blush on her face. She wrote down on a note how sorry she was. She then slides the note over to her.

Diego rubbed his back, there was a slight sting from where Farah had drunkenly slapped him. He noticed the concern in Ayero's voice, but she focused back on Farah. Diego giggled at her teasing remark to the older Fanalis, jesting that Diego would take care of him. Everyone seemed to be in good spirits as the ale flowed freely.

Diego leaned over the bar and grabbed the bartender's attention, "Do you really not have any milk?"

The bartender laughed as he finally produced a bottle of milk and slid it down the counter to the boy. Diego thanked him and chugged the whole bottle down, letting out a giant belch. He was about to say something to the Fanalis when he realized how sour the milk tasted. As his stomach turned, he covered his mouth and fled the bar in search of an outhouse.

Confused, Trixie and Zanzibar took off after him as two women walked into the bar.

OOC: Dungeon, sorry guys.

Farah was now too tipsy to even care about Ayero's new snappy comment. He simply laughed at the diminishing remark as he replied with a chuckle. "Perhaps, perhaps..." He didn't care much about what others said. And even if he looked like a carefree person that always had fun his story was deeper than most would ever see. He had been molded into a man since the age of 11. He didn't have the time to be a child any more, and he didn't have the right to. Growing a man at such a young age meant surviving, forgetting it meant death. He stopped playing games at such an age, only to be part of a bigger game for Reim that was the Coliseum. Either way, he didn't care much as he slipped once again his drink.

Diego was now getting serious with the bartender, asking him if he really had some milk he could drink. The man looked at him with disbelief with a serious expression for a moment before he laughed loudly passing over his so awaited milk. Farah laughed along the rest of the spectators as the boy chugged his milk just like an expert drinker his drink. "The day you do that with a beer you'll be a man of men!" said Farah with a chuckle. However, something seemed off int he boy's face. He twisted his expression as he grabbed his stomach. The color in his face began changing drastically. The old bastard of a bartender had given Diego expired milk. The boy couldn't say anything as he ran out of the establishment in a flash. Even if the whole place cracked up Farah didn't find this funny. He stood up from his seat as he grabbed the bartender from his shirt's collar. An infuriated Farah scolded the panicking bartender as the expression of a dead man filled his face, terror could be felt inside him as endless rivers of cold sweat flew down his face and head. As this happened, two girls entered the place and sat next to Ayero. Farah was too busy handling the man as one of them spilled a drink over Ayero. As the culprit girl apologized Farah had managed to force the bartender to drink the rest of the spoiled milk. The man cried as he unwillingly drank the sour drink whilst Farah rose him to the air with one hand from the neck, showing him his free fist shall he stop drinking. Activity around him seemed to flow its pace like if nothing happened, everyone drunk in the happiness and laughter of the place.

Rolling her eyes once more because she felt as if she needed to, the halfling takes a long, slow drink while surveying the bar. The already heavy crowds became thicker as the night went on, attracting all sorts of night owls looking for a good time. She’s vaguely aware of the red head seating herself next to her. Her attention is drawn over to the bartender as she hears Diego asking for a milk. Chuckling to herself, she feels a bit bad for the adventurous boy who was a bit out of his element. It was then where she feels a cold sensation run down the front of her dress and she quickly shifts her focus to the girl beside her who was blushing madly. Seeing the empty mug in Sorha’s hands and the woman next to her laughing, she assumed that it had been an accident. Raising a brow when the girl passes her an apologetic note she sighs. ”It’s alright.” She assures, sharp gaze shifting to the laughing woman. ”Just try and be more careful.”

Figuring that maybe the bartender would have some napkins for her to blot the ale from her dress, she turns back toward the bar only to stop. Farah looked to be threatening a frightened bartender, his hand wrapped around the man’s throat as he dangled in mid-air drinking…milk? Looking around, she noticed that Diego along with his pets had disappeared as well. ”Hey.” She puts a hand on the Fanalis man’s shoulder, squeezing softly to get his attention. ”I think that’s enough. What’s this all about? And where’s Diego?” She looks at the terrified bartender, face screwed up in fear and figured that the two events were somehow connected. Hoping that Farah simply wasn’t being an angry drunk, something in his rage-filled expression makes her pause. She had seen this before, she had seen this man before. Perhaps she didn’t recognize him earlier as he was smiling and laughing, but now… ”You used to fight in the Coliseum, didn’t you?” Her voice is low, skirting around her disbelief. She had spent many months watching the fights that took place there in hopes of seeing her brother but never found any leads.
