The man of golden hair and constitution, Silva, was currently in the process of trying to figure out the structure of the school that he had build the casing for before the filling. It should be a independent school so that all nations can send people here but it would be best to have some sort of council that would serve as the governing body for the institute. Being the founder, Silva would of course be one of them, but he would need more than just himself. A place of learning should not be governed by an individual. Manami would most likely be a good choice and he was sure that there were a few other clan heads that would fit well in this position. That would need to be something that he looks into later, perhaps he could even recruit foreigners if he was lucky.

While making some sort of governing council was important it was the faculty and classes they govern over that would be Silva's main focus for the moment. The classes would be a wide range so that they could try to educate the widest variety of students that they could. There would be focuses on combat your main educations and the arts but also small areas of studies should they find themselves a student who focused on that.

At the moment they only had people who would be good educators for combat and sports. While they were still learning from Silva himself, Shou and El, the now professional sumo wrestlers would teach the combat sport of sumo, essentially turning the institute into a sumo stable. This was another important factor for the institute. It will serve as the foundation for many smaller organizations such as stables, martial arts or sword schools. The Silver Stable would grow in the confines of the Silver Institute and become one of the top stables in Kina if not international as well.

The two brothers Nobu and Naga would end up being dual instructors as they taught swordsmanship. While they were not masters nor had a distinct style they were skilled enough to teach the basics. Silva did want to help them find and foster their own style and help the brothers become a master. They had showed interest after seeing the old man become a teacher to the sumo wrestlers. This is something he wanted to help with, especially if it would help with this idea for a school that he had.

So far that was all that he had for teachers so far. He would help teach a variety of things as well but he was no master in them. And he vowed he would not teach anyone the acts of assassination. Learning to fight was one think but assassination was an art solely for taking of ones life. For the moment he hoped that would be enough for now. It was best to start small before expanding. But the next step would be to recruit students for these two paths.
