Personality: Umm Madinah was created as Zubaidah’s alter-ego, all in order to create an artificial magician, but her painful experiences have altered how she views the world. Much as Zubaidah, Madinah believes that the world can only be saved once everyone can understand one another, but she has interpreted Zubaidah’s losses and failures as evidence that this belief cannot be fulfilled without an external impetus. Influenced by a modified Saint Germain virus, Madinah has come to the conclusion that she must be that impetus, deciding that she must infect everyone in the world and forcibly assimilate them into her Madinah collective. As such, on the surface, she acts like an absolute saint with a serene smile always on her face, offering aid and salvation to anyone she comes across. If they refuse to join the Madinah collective, however, she will immediately kill them without a second thought. After all, if they refuse, they are essentially claiming that they do not want to be saved; to not want to be saved is the gravest sin. In order to secure salvation, however, Madinah is fully prepared to commit any other sin imaginable if it will result in someone joining the Madinah collective, no matter how atrocious or debaucherous.

Special Traits: She was injected with a modified Saint Germain virus, allowing her to assimilate others into the Madinah collective. In order to assimilate someone, they must accept Madinah’s request ‘to be saved’ and ingest one of her bodily fluids. If they reject her request after ingestion, however, their body will be destroyed from the inside out as the black-rukh microbes violently react with their internal magoi flow. Otherwise, they will join the Madinah collective without hindrance, sharing their thoughts with everyone else assimilated - and replacing their previous desires with the single desire to ‘save’ others.

History: Umm Madinah was born from Zubaidah’s body and memories, created in order to mass-produce artificial magicians. Due to her affinity with the rukh, granted by Solomon’s Empathy, several clones, or ‘dolls’, were produced via Creation Magic with the objective of replicating said affinity outside of the original Zubaidah. After the first five attempts to clone Zubaidah ended in failure or short lives, however, Madinah was the first doll which survived and inherited her affinity with the rukh. This outcome was the result of a modified Saint Germain virus being injected into Madinah, storing Zubaidah’s genetic material within said virus, backing up the biological data of her body and memories each time Madinah starts to deteriorate.
