Overview: A dark stone citadel that protects a southern city where the bulk of Reiman troops related to the Angelists are located. It is located within the heart of the small city and has a great view of the hills. It has the largest prison facility within Lucania, primarily consisting of the worst criminals or despicable prisoners of war. However, there is one commonality every inmate shares, and that is that their rukh is dyed black. It is located deep underground and the inmates undergo experiments and purposeful torture.
Its prison inmate cap is a thousand. However, the citadel is rather mighty on the exterior, boasting six main magic circle embedded outposts. It is a six pointed bastion fort, capable of hosting one to two legions at the barracks comfortably and then three legions, but under less favorable conditions. It contains numerous facilities for living spaces, warfare, and the prison. In the center, the entrance to the prison stands, the gate to Pandemonium. It is the living quarters for the guards of the tower and the warden.
Ignis Outposts: A post that has ten mages feeding the magic circle magoi when under siege. It will enchant the bows of the rangers to be capable of lighting arrow tips ablaze with Ignis magic when loaded. It hides plenty of ammunition underneath the floor, and within a room underneath the tower post. It is fortified with stone brick. Along with being built of stone, there exist 1.5m mounds exactly 15m before the tower posts, designed to stop siege towers.
Pandemonium Fort Gate: An ornate iron slab of a gate that contains a magic circle that can be fed magoi to unleash a long flamethrower of Ignis from a Cerberus head on the exterior, facing the enemies. It is a 2m thick gate.
Legion Barracks: An extensive complex where the soldiers live, eat, and sleep, with separate facilities to repair equipment or recover from injuries. In the barracks' main healing station exist a magic circle to rejuvenate the health of wounded soldiers. It is relied on heavily by the soldiers to ensure the fort can remain at full strength at all times, even under siege.
Ignis' Stairway: A tower that descends down to the underground prison where the damned are kept. It is the living quarters for the guards and the warden. It has nothing very special of note, besides that the bottom of the tower has been built very well as to withhold the horrors that are present underground. It is where occult research regarding Ignis is executed, meanwhile, the experiments occur underground. It is the gate to the true Pandemonium.
Pandemonium: A haunting prison that is designed to house up to one thousand damned. It is a prison strictly only meant for the darkest or depraved, who bear black rukh, and brought widespread malice with their crimes. It holds everyone from mass murderers, terrorists, serial rapists, slave traffickers, and the worst prisoners of war. It is designed to have the imprisoned suffer fates worse than death.
In the north quarter of the prison, the prisoners reside, locked within ten rows of cells, five on each side of the room. In the main quarter, the guards are able to leisurely enjoy breaks, before they return to torturing prisoners they bring to the east quarter, a room with a plentiful of torture equipment. However, often, trained magician guards will torture the prisoners with nightmare magic, to raise the black rukh levels of the imprisoned.
It is deep within the west quarter of the prison where the device to store black rukh lies. It is a contraption that condenses the black rukh of lost lives. In the west quarter exists three magic circle powered devices: the Storage Generator, the Ignis Burner, and the Chains of Ignis. For details, click spoiler.

Chains of Ignis: A device coated on the walls of the west quarter that was designed to keep freak explosions or disasters contained within the room, so as to ensure the rest of Pandemonium is not harmed.
