Bo No More [NOM/Hyperion]

"It happened again..." Noir murmured to herself as she read the letter addressed to her from her colleague at The Plains. It seemed like a dire situation judging from the magician's gesture. She closed her eyes and sighed, wondering why that very clan was very persistent. She wondered if Tenza, the leader of the Bo Clan was back... but even if she wasn't, she knew the clansmen was just as fierce as the leader. For example, Altan was not an easy one to persuade even though Noir managed to gain trust from Hetway Village along with Hyperion.

Now not only one, but several villages were in the brink of being colonized by the Bo Clan and Noir feared what would happen if the Bo Clan managed to take a hold of all the clans existing in The Plains... There might be another war... Possibly. But she couldn't think too far, the best thing she could do was to check the village for now. "Haku." She would call her liger softly and a soft growl would respond her. Without needing any other words, the girl prepared herself and would soon use her flying carpet to head towards the village as quick as she could.

Hyperion had just gone through very much, dealing with the events in Ipos, Kina and Balbaad. He was no longer the same person he once was. The slaver was more focused on improving his strength. He had learned how to wield a Dark Metal Vessel provided by the contractor and had now become a cursed Revenant. He would modify his already cursed voice, and bringing the gifts he had taken from the vault... two branches whose full power had yet to be accessed.

As he earned respite with traveling clans on his way to Magnostadt on a mission to improve himself, he had caught wind of the nomads' fears.
The source of terror was the resurfacing of the Bo clan. Something he had learned from the Hetway village, and that village had offered him a powerful shard. The shard represented an investment in shying away from the sacrificial, barbaric style of Tenza Bo, in favor of himself.... and Noir.

Perhaps he would see Noir once more, motivating him to find out where the Bo tribe was heading and to intercept them. Hyperion would travel alongside Manaka and both of his Kogatan entourage to support the following tribes.

Description: A young girl who believes she will be the strongest one day. Manaka respecting her older sister wishes to make things easier on her but she lacks guidance and disciple for power. The naive girl who has managed to gain physical strength from minor body training has yet to see a further path. Wishing to find the path to become the strongest the girl with snow-white hair pushes forward.

Trait Description: This user secretes a pheromone which causes those around to undergo a minor form of anxiety from increased adrenaline production.
Trait Effect: Those who stand within 1m of the user are affected by pheromone which induces anxiety causes the afflicted to minorly flinch. Once out of the zone those afflicted are affected for two posts.

Trait Description: Through the desire to become stronger, and to follow after the person who aims to be the strongest this young person puts up a strong front. Wishing to offer how they can they willing and naively take on any challenge their master assigns them.
Trait Effect: This NPC can be used to distract or intimidate other NPCS or gain information to a certain extent. They may also be used to distract a PC for a single post.

Abilities:

• Back off!- The user shoves an enemy back 10m with both arms, requiring C-tier strength to gain footing and B-tier or higher is unmoved.
  
  
• My Strongest Strike- The user performs a powerful punch which does B-tier damage to those in front of them.
  
  
• and my Sucker punch!- Following up a move the user performs a side jab to the ribs which does C-tier damage upon impact.
  
  
• Deathblow! Just kidding!- Using their pheromones and enhancing their arm strength the user punches at a target which stops short causing them to flinch interrupting C-tier abilities and actions.

Description: A ninja trained in the arts of stealth, explosives, and ninjutsu from the Kogata. Wielding dual Katanas they carrying satchels with equipment hidden under their normal haoris. Underneath they can switch into navy blue ninja garb covering their appearance, the clan symbol is on their back.
Weapons: A-tier Twin Katanas, smoke bombs, kunais

Able to blend in as a member from any clan in Kina or Kou, through physical actions, pretending for several days at a time without a problem, if the act is held long enough, it is able to deceive certain clairvoyance spells, if it makes sense. Can be instantly uncovered by any investigation traits higher than B-tier or can be uncovered after 3 posts by investigation and sensory traits at B-tier, or the clan leader of the clan impersonated.

Can blend into crowds, or people of several employments within Kina, can also blend into their surroundings, urban and camouflage. Using painted outfits or by adding objects to his attire to break his silhouette, such as shrubbery. Can be detected instantly by sensory traits above B-tier, can be detected after 3 posts by sensory B-tier traits.

Exceptional Speed
A-tier
User can now move like a blur across short distances and move fast enough to run along walls. They can maintain this speed for hours. At this level they are equal to a B-tier fanalis in speed. Naruto learns this trait to help him escape if he gets caught behind enemy lines.

Abilities:

• Iron Rain- The user leaps 5m into the air throwing kunais at a target up to 25m away throwing a spray of kunais into their pack dealing B-tier damage in the forms of stabs across the back or front.
  
  
• Steel Wind- With their katanas the user runs in an arc going out up to 5m out arcing towards a target up to 20m away they end the run with a quick stab which does B-tier damage with one of their katanas.
  
  
• Brooding Metal Clouds- Throwing down a pellet the user explodes the object which sends out a cloud made from smoke and iron sand with a slight gunpowder mix. If it gets in your eyes it does C-tier damage and those within cannot see for two posts. The cloud is 20m in diameter.
  
  
• Storm Cleanse- With their mix of explosives the user jumps 10m in the air throwing an air of bombs creating an explosion 30m in width and 5m in height which does A-tier damage to those caught within it.

Through years of training, the character has obtained deft hand and finger work allowing them a speed and accuracy with fine motor skills a cut above the average person, to hide items in plain sight within reach. Sasuke can move and hide items on person in an instant.

Abilities:

• Hornet’s Sting: Sasuke bounds forward five metres and strikes a target in their vitals for A tier damage.
  
  
• Tiger’s Claws: Sasuke lunges forwards and rips into his target twice with his sword. The first will paralyze a limb and the second will deal C-tier damage on that same limb.
  
  
• Alligator's Jaw: Springing forwards, Sasuke kicks a target’s weapon away and disarms them before delivering a slash to deal B tier damage.

Name: Maestro of Heavens Gate

Appearance: A simple, yet elegant wand measuring 30 centimeters in length, with a small bulb for a handle and a thin length for channeling magic. It is said that the material for this wand was obtained from a large oyster.

Type: Slaver's Bracelet
Appearance: A bracelet, occasionally used by slavers, made of iron. The bracelet has five chains connecting to wearable rings, sized perfectly to the users fist.

Pluto's Greed- A vacuum on their body and as their weapon nothing escapes pluto's greed, wishing to own and hold all. The user can use the hands of his weapon to attack by creating localized vacuums 1m in diameter up to 30m away from the user. Dealing B-tier damage in weapon equip and A-tier damage in full equip. Along with this, a small disorienting vacuum surrounds their skin in a veil, instead of attack the user can once a turn suck and remove the air in a 30m diameter interrupting abilities, and movement however, this is a basic action and can also be interrupted.

Appearance: Taking the forming a black lace choker with a black sapphire this magic item not only wraps to a person's neck but implants within their next as well. The base of the gem has a small node that lodges into the person's throat.
Function:

• Death Rattle- Activating the magic weapon the user picks a location of their sound, either from themselves or by using the magic item to throw their voice on a source up to 30m away. By filling the item with magoi the user gains the ability to project the sound from its target up 30m forward in the form of a 1m wide which travels the full distance. The initial attack causes the user to hear things from their own imagination in the user's voice distracting them or throwing them off lingering for 4 posts, during this time their voice can be projected in the same size and range, acting as a weapon for the duration of the spell. People damaged by left with effects similar to a magic PTSD.
  

Name: Skin of the Serpent Demigod

Type: Magic Skin Implant
Magic Type: Earth
Appearance: Taking the form of a semi-flexible metal that absorbs into flesh after removing two layers of parchment. The snake's eye holds a magic symbol with the whole implant being 36cm centimeters in length being able to be placed on any part of the body. The strange material is a near-black indigo-violet.
Function:

• The Serpents Den- For 10 magoi | 5 magoi to sustain the user activates the earth magic in their tool to draw forth salt from the body to the surface of the skin along with salt in nearby minerals giving the user skin and flesh of hard salt rock. Upon their body rests 8 snakes of the stone each of which can stretch up to 8m and have D-tier item durability. The snakes act as a bodily weapon dealing A-tier damage and can be used with body manipulator abilities/register standard body manipulator abilities.
  

Name: Iessai-no-Sutemu

Material: Unknown
Magic Type: Intelligence
Appearance: A one and a half metre branch of an oak tree - that is what it appears to be. However, when viewed closely, the branch seems to be made from many hundreds of coiled-up wires. The composition of said wires has not been ascertained, not with the combined efforts of scholars from Magnostadt and Kou; all that is known was its Kinan name. It is believed this is only one part from a greater collection of so-called ‘branches’ that may have once formed a tree-like network working in unison.
Function:

Izanagi’s Call: Pouring magoi into the top of the Iessai, one may press it against a target’s temple and choose a small phrase for the Iessai to repeat. This phrase could be ‘eat the apple’, ‘sleep now’, ‘kill this man’ or any other command phrase - as long as it is an imperative. This will impart a subconscious suggestion that will force the target to act upon the command phrase for a post. If sustained, these command words can be linked together for a total of three command phrases working upon one person at a time [20 magoi to activate | 10 to sustain]

[Passive] The Roots of Ame-no-Mihashira: Once the suggestion has been placed, for every thread that someone who has been targeted by Izanagi’s Call and the Iessai are present, the suggestion will get stronger and stronger until they cannot resist acting upon the command phrase. However, only the last command phrase that was imparted on a target will have this effect.

Izanami’s Voice: This has a dual function: Pouring magoi into the base of the Iessai, one may record any audio content within earshot, up to an hour’s worth, that is stored within the bough. For each new recording, a small branch will grow outwards from the bough [10 magoi to activate]. Pouring magoi into one of those branches, one can replay the recording, sounding in hushed tones like whispers [10 magoi to activate | 5 magoi to sustain].

Name: Gorou-no-Shimatsu

Appearance: A dull branch-like item, formed from thousands of coiled-up wires. It is only one metre and a half in length, but it feels heavy when lifting. If it is a branch, does that mean there is a tree from which it came?

Name:Kazeharu Clan Origami Caller

Appearance: A sturdy piece of multicolored paper it is about 75 x 75 mm in size. It is origami paper which can easily be folded into different shapes for easy store and use, its colors also changing depending on how it is folded.
Function:

• Instant Communication- Pouring their magoi into the paper a call is sent out to its partner paired caller, but if you know another person with a caller a call can also be sent if both parties accept and the call must be made while heavily thinking of them. If the call is accepted they can talk from anywhere in the world, but it is meant to be used out of combat and if done within the chaos of so would leave you with static on each side. 10 to activate | 5 magoi to sustain
  
• Latent Message- Made for quick use during combat by pouring magoi the caller can record your sound and send it to another caller within 100m. When a caller has a message stored on it a low vibrational sound will keep buzzing until the message has been picked up for listening.

The moment she arrived at one of the villages, she could tell that the situation there was not good. There was tension and by how the fighters from the village guarding the gate, Noir wondered if they could trust her enough to let her help them. After taking a deep breath, the magician approached the gate. She received a very judging stare from the guard, which was understandable as they were very cautious. "Greetings, my name is Noir." She said to the guards, she would continue as she received no response from the men. "I've heard the news about the fight with the Bo Clan and I came here to help. I and my former companion helped the Hetway Village and gained their trust, I believe you've heard about it already."

The guards would shake their head, "Yes, but that's not enough information for us to trust you."

"I've also fought Tenza, the leader of the Bo Clan alongside the other warriors before. That was how I came to know that Bo Clan was on their way to conquer villages." The guard seemed surprised to see such a frail-looking woman to be one of the warriors who fought Tenza before. But then again, judging from the liger that was standing tall alongside her, it might be too soon for them to conclude that Noir wasn't capable of helping them. "Ahem... alright, you may enter the village." One of the guards said to Noir before calling the other guard, "You, escort her to the chiefs."

The magician would follow the guard as she entered the village. She looked around, to observe her surroundings and couldn't help but to be reminded of Kou's civil war. Nobody came out from their house, they could only peek through their windows and through the keyhole from their door. The girl felt more determined though, hoping she could help to restore the peace for the villages…

Manaka was keeping her eyes on the civilians of the tribe to accurately gauge the morale, and her pheromonal powers would also be of assistance. When Noir had arrived, Manaka's eyes widened with glee as she saw the raven-haired magician. The little one would dash to her master to share the news.

Hyperion prepared himself after Manaka's news, and was at the gates waiting with her with open arms. Speaking to her before an embrace. "It looks like we meet again, Noir." The slaver would hold onto her, realizing how he had missed her. "It looks like Tenza has rebuilt his forces, but I haven't gotten wind of his location yet. But if he has the same power as last time, we're better off dwindling his forces ahead of schedule. What do you think?"

Hyperion began to lead Manaka and Noir back to a tent so they could plan their course of action in dealing with the situation, recalling the promise the pair had made to the Hetway village. He would clasp a shard of il illah in his coat pocket as a token of that vow.

It was nice to see a comrade waiting for her inside the village and when Hyperion greeted her with an embrace, the magician would respond by accepting the hug while patting his back. "Hello Hyperion, how have you been?" Even with just a quick glance, the girl could notice how the man's appearance had changed. But she would not address it at the moment, instead, she would listen tentatively to what he had to say about Tenza. "Right, but you know Tenza has a lot of powerful followers, like Altan. So we have to create a plan on how we can really stop her forces."

As the man led her towards the tent so they could talk more about the plan, Noir would begin to give her remark about the man's appearance, "You seemed a bit different from how you usually look."

It had been a while since Hyperion had met with Noir, since the events at Vine, but despite her kiss, it seemed as if she was still as frigid as ever. He appreciated the scraps of physical affection that he had received from Noir, but it only served to make this schism all the more painless. However, for his own growth, between the academy of Magnostadt and Noir, there was no better guidance in the world. Her comment was of no surprise. As his body had grown quite different, his slender androgynous body was replaced by a muscular and huskty physique and the flesh across his face was supported by stitching. "I do appreciate that you noticed, and you look as beautiful as ever, Noir." He seemed to be lost in a sort of nostalgia for the feelings he once had for the raven-haired magician.

Hyperion thought of Tenza and thought of his own strength as he slowly began to master his control over the rukh. Perhaps this would be an excellent first test to see what he was capable of.

"SOOOOO, WHAT'S THE PLAN? I WANNA HELP THIS TIME!" She recalled the events of the DMV forces invading and how she stood safely at the wall. As Manaka innocently diffused the situation, it refocused Hyperion on the plan. "Lets take out some of Bo's forces now while we can, and it should only be us, we can't sacrifice any of the villagers. That way they can stay behind and protect their village. I'm sure you saw some of the troops as you flew past. There are two squads of warriors, you and I can split up and take them out. Do you have any other ideas?"

The raven haired girl was surprised to hear the man’s word, he said she was beautiful as ever and it made Noir wonder if she was really beautiful. She never really gave a thought about that so she didn’t really consider herself as beautiful, especially when her lack of facial expression could make people think that she was some kind of a mean person. “Thank you.” She said to Hyperion, because nothing else came up in her mind and she didn’t want to be rude and deny what he said. “You look handsome as ever, Hyperion.” And she meant it, the man had always been attractive in different ways. His pale skin and slender body made him look beautiful before, but now as his body became muscular, there was a manly charm coming from him and ‘handsome’ would be the right word to describe his appearance.

“Feisty as always, Manaka.” Noir would speak to the little girl, feeling very fond of her. Upon hearing Hyperion’s idea, Noir would nod, agreeing to what he suggested. “Splitting up would be the best choice, yes. We should focus on being offensive, meanwhile the villagers have to focus on the defense…especially to guard the village.”

“I see you already met each other… and made some plans too.” A man’s voice could be heard coming from the entrance of the tent. “I’m the chief of this village, we are very grateful for your willingness to help us.”

Noir would bow her head slightly, greeting the chief. “My name is Noir, pleasure to meet you. Also, let me share some of my suggestions.” The magician would eye the chief as he walked towards his seat, “The village should be put in a lockdown as well, no one in or out. Elders, children and people who are incapable to fight should hide in the largest tent, this will allow the other fighters to maximize their defense.” Using her experience in the Kou’s Civil War, Noir would continue to share her ideas, “We also need all of your available archers to give some support to us while defending the village from above, put them in your best steel armor that you have to minimize any damage. Your magicians will also need to create several defensive walls around the village, while your fighters will be our last line of defense and they should wait behind the gate to attack any enemy that enters the village.” Then her gaze would shift to Hyperion as she continued to explain the plan, “Meanwhile, Hyperion and I would focus on directly attacking the Bo Clan.”

The slaver enjoyed the Raven-haired magicians words, putting him at ease, just as her presence had done many times before. He recalled their travels through two dungeons, how they had battled on these very plains against Tenza Bo in the past. Manaka, not quite as familiar, seemed even more joyful in Noirs company.

It was then that the village chief had made himself known to the pair. The senior had welcomed the two and was wise enough to recognize and accept the words of Hyperion and Noir.

As the chief positioned himself at the head of the room, all the while listening to Noirs plans. Hyperion would stand back, arms gently crossed as he listened to her tactics, that proved that she had experienced true warfare before. Manaka would mirror Hyperions expressions exaggeratedly as her brows would furl and her lips purse from extreme contemplation, trying to learn and understand a foreign subject, while imitating Hyperion's poise.

Although Hyperion had little actual experience of such affairs, between her personal insight and information he had from an extensive list of military-issue volumes, it all seemed more than appropriate and sound. "Is that alright with you chief? My sources say that there are two large forces surrounding the village, by two powerful generals. The infantry is vast but manageable, I believe if there were only infantry, you may even have been able to handle this situation on your own, however they seem to have specialized battalions of archers and cavalry that could possibly tear through the village if they penetrate the borders, but your biggest issue will be the generals that lead these forces."

He had caught if glimpse of them and they were fearsome commanders, even most slavers he knew would not be able to control their slaves as well as these men could command their soldiers.  "I believe that Noir and I will be the only ones who will even be capable of subduing such threats."

He gave a glance to Noir, smiling then turning to put an arm around Manaka and escorting her out of the tent to find the rest of his entourage before challenging the army. He would go on ahead and Noir would definitely take on the remaining army, so there was no need to consult directly with her. Luckily, everyone was available and ready for battle.

Hyperion would strategize and position his entourage. His plan was to leave his own magician and defensive specialist at the borders of the village. In case anything were to happen, they would have enough strength to let the villagers escape as a last resort.

This would mean Manaka and his two kogatan spies would taken on the foes ahead. He would have Manaka at his side, a faithful companion who needed the most support, while the pair of ninjas were quite in sync and shared a similar combat style.

"Sasuke, Naruto, you'll need to handle the cavalry, I'll handle the archers with Manaka and then we'll meet up to take on the bulk of the army and take down their general." There wasn't much discussion as the two ninjas disappeared from the area, to head out to position properly and stealthily for their tasks.

With a solid plan of attack formed, now all that was left was the follow through and relying on Noir to hold up her end of the bargain, which meant it was essentially guaranteed. His ninjas would disperse from the camp, being left to their own devices with Manaka right beside him.

Hyperion withdrew from his breast coat pocket the Conductors Baton he had chosen to wield as his wand, a token of inspiration from the dungeon of Ipos. Manaka's eyes widened at the reveal, realizing she had never seen him using a tool to cast magic.

It was at this time that the magician would lift the pure pearl baton into the sky, letting it shine as a conduit for his reserves of magoi and a bit extra.  The magoi reaching it's zenith, would then be swung in the air with a flick-twist-flick aiming the wand skyward. Sound magic would zip straight up into the sky, hiding within the cloud cover. As the magic travelled, it would position itself like a satellite over his target, the squadron of scouts, which made for easy targets as the vanguard of the attack.

Scaled sound magic would finally release itself like an oversaturated cloud, crashing 50 meters away into the center of the scouting unit.¹ The thunder magic would reverberate, impacting all those around it within 50 meters, leaving Hyperion and Manaka at the very border. The shockwaves of sounds would whip their clothing about like a gust of wind

As the rumbling of the spell began to fade away, Hyperion would cast a second spell, which would serve as the signal for his ninjas to being their attack on. Zig-zag, moving the baton back and forth before bringing forth a new spell. The air would become flooded with ominous music...²

Description:

The spell creates sounds and/or music in a sphere around Hyperion. [30 Meter radius]. This spell makes it harder for people to communicate with each other. [Entities must be within 3 Meters to communicate unless using a speech or hearing trait or ability.]

After they finished the discussion, Hyperion would be the first to leave the tent to handle one of the enemy forces. With a sigh escaping from her lips, the magician would get herself ready. She would excuse herself as well, exiting the tent with Haku as they went towards where the enemy would be waiting.

“How big is the Bo Clan…?” Noir asked herself as she saw the number of soldiers deployed to conquer the village. She could assume that Hyperion would be dealing with more or less the same amount of enemies at the moment. For a second she wondered to herself if she would be able to take down all of the enemies, but there was no time to even doubt herself actually. At the moment she just needed to go all out, for the sake of the village.

The raven harried girl would be able to spot the leader of the troops, waiting at the back of the line as he grinned towards her, possibly amused by her attempt to wipe them all by herself and her liger. Well, she could’ve tried to go to the commander directly, but it would be dangerous for the village if the enemies she ignored went straight to the village. So she would focus to reduce the number of enemies first, which seemed to be the best option at the moment.

“Haku, to the left, burning roar.” The magician would command her liger, before marching towards the right side with her exceptional speed. The Calvary Elites would be the first to march and as Haku was close enough to launch his attack, the liger would produce a heatwave and managed to burn three of the soldiers, while the other used lotus block to defend themselves. They were being caught off guard when they notice Haku was not just an ordinary beast. Now that they’ve seen what Haku was capable to do, they became even more fierce. Meanwhile, Noir was ready with her staff of storm as she created a massive amount of wind, creating a tornado around her to sweep the other three.  As Noir and Haku reunited again to deal with the two remaining elites, they would be greeted by those two elites using a great storm of the herd, charging toward them. Since the dust cloud made it hard for Noir to see the enemies, she would take out her chakram and used the eagles swoop, hoping it would hit one of the soldiers. And it did! She noticed the blood at the blade and how the sound of the stampede would be much quieter than before. The magician would sustain another storm again to clear the cloud and knock out the remaining elites.

Meanwhile, there would be arrows coming toward them but unfortunately, it would be deflected by the tornado. As the area was clear, the scout team would begin to march, but Noir would use her slime magic, embracing some of them within a slime wave as they were pulled towards Noir. She would sustain the slime magic to trap the remaining scout afterward . Then the magician would whistle in a certain tone and the liger would instantly used his flaming spit the set the slimes on fire, creating an explosion equal to the strength of the slime magic itself. As she successfully got rid of all the scouts, the archer had no choice but to attack, All of them would use step shots, attempting to wound their enemies. However Noir took cover under her shield, letting it take enough damage from all ten incoming arrows before it let out a beam of strength magic, directed right towards the leader of the troops although it would be parried by the great steppe sweep.

The magician would pull out her chakram, used the eagles swoop and threw it towards the archer, and managed to hit three of them while the others were lucky enough to get away with their the greatest tactic skill. She would whistle in a different tone and Haku would run toward the archer using his quiver speed.He would leap on one archer before using his brave claw. Then he sustained flaming spit, sending each of two spits towards two archers and burning them enough to knock them out. Haku would deflect the herd volley, and he would sustain the leap and the brave claw. As he attempted to attack the last archer, the fortunate guy would be able to jump to get away. But it was unfortunate that Haku would be able to bite the leg of the archer and injured him.

With the start of the battle well underway, the thunder filling the battlefield was the signal for everyone to start their attack with the scouts gone, decimating the army in a single attack.

First would be Manaka, taking leave from under Hyperion's wing. As Naruto and Sasuke, having flanked the army, would dismantle the elite cavalry units, and it would be up to Hyperion to face on the commander of the army.

'I've got this. I've got this. I've got this!' She began psyching herself as she saw the familiar movements of the wand. Manaka sprinted with all the might her hamstrings could muster, her body seemingly capable of much more force than her frame would belie. Her legs pushing and she would leap into the fray. As the archers began to knock their arrows in anticipation of conflict, the thunder crashed down into the scouts, but the tremors would act as a flashbang, throwing all the archers into disarray.

"That was all I needed!" The close quarters specialist was able to clear the gap in that flash. As the first archer tried to retaliate, something seemed to make him flinch with fear.¹ She would pummel the archer and the one beside him with a fury of blows each. The rest of the archers would be dazed by the music that began to play afterwards, but somehow still managed to prepare a volley. The knocking of the archers arrows was the beat to hurl Manaka is a blood curdling scream. She stomped into the ground, tensing up her body and nearly doubling her muscle mass as her eyes rolled back into her eyes. As the archers were ready to pull back and release the arrows, she would use her channeled fury into a punch despite being too far. An afterimage would flash in their mind, a nightmarish image where Manaka would stretch out, and her fist slammed through them like a giants hammer, interrupting them.

As anxiety inducting pheromones filled the air, she could feel the guardianship of Hyperion around her. She would sprint and use her STRONGEST STRIKE. Her punch would go through four of the enemies and knocking them out, sending them all spiraling into the air. And finally, one of the archers would manage to Step Shot to fire a shot into Manaka's dominant arm. But as Manaka would flinch from the pain, she'd close in as the archer would need to reload a second arrow "AND MY SUCKER PUNCH! SUCKER!" She would duck in with her able arm, and go for a straight jab into the side of the archers rib with enough force to push through both of them.

The bleeding Manaka was incredibly proud, and would catch the tail end of Hyperion's battle.

Naruto and Sasuke were waiting in the wings, having left prior to Hyperion's start of the battle to properly set up the flanks. They would see the size of the trained horses and obvious skill with their martial weapon; the polearm. They alone could ransack the village, but there were even more pieces to the puzzle. The army, the archers, the scouts and Bo Noyan who seemed to be a match, perhaps Naruto and Sasuke could take him out together, at the cost of one or both of their lives, but in the plans it was deemed that the risk was not worth it and Hyperion would prove himself.

Naruto and Sasuke were split up on each side of the cavalry unit. They had decided that divide and conquer would be the best stratagem to apply for their mission. Naruto would use his stealth², while Sasuke would use his impersonation³, dressing up as an infantry and marching along side the soldiers.


The signal had gone off and it was time for combat. Naruto would enter the battle with exceptional speed, closing the distance in no time, syncing up to Hyperion's attack. Well-versed in Kogatas arts, he would leap into the air and unleash an Iron Rain. across four of the horsemen. The two furthest had enough time to react with a Lotus block, spinning their polearms to deflect the several kunai away.

Meanwhile, Sasuke would not reveal a moment of his killer intention, stepping out of the peripheral vision of the nearest cavalry, and using the stolen art of the Hornet's Sting! He would pierce through a weak point in the soldiers armor, and use his body as cover for his excess force and taking down a second soldier by angling his blade and pushing past a knocked down horse.

Naruto would meanwhile take some retaliation with a pair of Stone Slicers. The recently defending soldiers would bring their horses to heel and forcing them to sprint in separate angles dividing his attention between two skillful polearm blows. Naruto would manage to parry one of the blows with his Steel Wind, deflecting one of the blows, and took a calculated blow to his other shoulder, and as they crossed past him. Naruto would take to the sky and finish the battle off with a Storm cleanse. An explosion of A-tier damage  meters below him, in a wide area, taking out his two intended targets and one of Sasukes at the same time as collateral damage.

Sasuke would take his time to battle it out with the final cavalry soldier. Using another stolen technique, Tiger's Claws! With a first initial blow to the horse, disabling it, and then following up to the enemy's chest, only to experience a Lotus Block himself. The windmilling spear would block the follow up attack from Sasuke. There was no choice except for the soldier to dismount, and he would use a Stone Slicer sans mount but with great timing Sasuke would use the Alligator's Jaw to not only disarm the polearm, but follow up with a retaliatory deathstrike, ending the final soldier of the unit unscathed.

Sasuke would quickly get hold of Naruto, helping him to return their own stronghold to tend to his wounds.

Manaka would leave his side, at an angle to dispose of a flanking unit of archers, while Naruto and Sasuke would finish off the elite units. All that was left was the general at the head of the army. Clad in a fine armor, he would also charge forward to the main obstacle of the army. Bo Noyan would charge forward. Hyperion would prepare himself, aiming his arms forward he would call forth eight snakes from a tattoo across his body. Bo Noyan would block several of the snakes with a Grand Steppe sweep, and clashing against another with a Cloud Piercer! However, three of the eight snakes would make it past his guard, dismantling the armor with precise strikes.

It was at this time that Bo Noyan's restraint were unleashed. He would let out a speech, and rally his troops. Reigning in his horse onto its hind legs and starting the Grass Sea Command. Hyperion looked on staying completely calm. His allies were not insight, so he would call upon the magic of bestowed upon him in Vine.


The power would began to shake the land, knocking over some of the stampede, which would lead into chaos for the formation. A mixture of earth would start being pulled from a large radius around him, gathering around him. He would control the entire portion of the dense orb to roll down through the army, completely ending the armys push as well as crushing their leader Bo Noyan in one final shot.

Description:

Using the power of the rukh and a borg spell the magician consciously brings forth their borg restoring the racial borg spell. The borg is infused with earth magic, attracting all earthen materials within 100m to form a super-dense shell of grave dirt that the user can slam into a target to do A-tier damage. Any earth magic spell caught within the spell's reach adds onto the borgs size with its dimensions.

Noir could see the annoyance in the commander's body language, Bo Noyan. Well, she did manage to wipe out his entire troops and now he was the only one left remaining from the enemy side. The magician could tell from one glance that Bo Noyan was different, the power gap between him and his subordinate might be too wide. But the black-haired girl would find out if he truly was a formidable enemy or not when they finally clash their fists... or weapons...

As she pointed her staff right towards Bo Noyan, she sustained her Life Embrace of Death spell, creating a slime wave to surround the man. But the commander already knew how it worked, so he used his Great Steppe Sweer to parry it quickly. However, due to the nature of the slime itself, it wouldn't just disappear right away when the man parried it and Noir had commanded Haku to sustain his Flaming Spit skill. The hot spit instantly ignited an explosion worth of A-tier damage, resulting in Bo Noyan's armor being damaged a little bit.

The man who seemed unshaken by what just happened, retaliated by using Cloud Piercer, which was taken directly by Noir's borg, cracking it a little bit. It was a good start and Noir didn't want to waste any more time, she just want to get it done soon. So she drew a circle with her magical staff and infused magoi into it, casting Sfera Oscura towards the Bo Clan commander. She would sustain the spell two times and aimed it consecutively towards where it would send him flying backward.

The armor that was covering the man's whole body was broken now, damaged due to the consecutive explosion. But he seemed unfazed, just like Noir. He frowned as he performed the Dragon Fumes skill, which was, unfortunately blocked by Noir's borg. At the same time as when he attacked the magician previously, the girl was already infusing magoi into her magic item. The Longing Fear skill was activated and the man received all 8 beams that would manifest his nightmare, dragging him down with a strength equal to A-tier strength. Not wanting to wait for the man to break away from his nightmare, the raven haired girl would run towards the man and lift her leg to deliver an axe kick worth of A-tier basic attack damage right at the man's head to knock him unconscious.

You let out a sigh before checking your enemy. After you confirmed that you really defeated him, you quickly check the area to see if there were any remaining soldiers. But it was all clear and all that left to be done was to go back to the village to regroup. By the time you went back, you would see that Hyperion was successful in his own task as well. It was a job well done for the both of you.

The initial battle had finished which would give the fighters a time to rest but not long. Shortly they would spot a sole member walking up to the two of them, stopping 10m away. He was a small man who was only .5 meters tall with two cleavers at his side. The red haired man would look at the group grinning showing his fanged teeth. "Hello there! I see that you all are at least able to handle yourselves unlike a lot of your allies. Allow me to introduce myself, I am Kublai of the Bo clan who has come here to face the dangers you two bring to my clan. I would introduce my friend but i will allow them to do that themselves."

With this an arrow from 100 meters away would be flying towards Noir for A tier damage. As soo as the arrow was let loose Kublai would rush forward also targeting Noir the magician. Once he is within 5 meters of the woman he would use spinning slash for A tier damage slashing at her with his cleavers.

With this small introduction the battle would already begin as the two generals target the magician and the slaver. Once up close and the other seen standing now 100 meters away.

It seemed the Bo Clan was persistent, another enemies came to pay a visit to Noir and Hyperion, looking ready to commence a battle. The dark-haired magician only tilted her head slightly, raising an eyebrow upon hearing what Kublai said to them. She was ready for anything, including the incoming attacks from Kublai that were directed at her. "Bloccare." The magician commanded her liger and the beast hardened his body, scaling it one time to increase the durability of his body so it could block the incoming A-tier arrow.

During the attack, Noir noticed Kublai was coming toward her, so while Haku was busy with the arrow, the golden-eyed girl used a scaled Balzare in Avanti, clashing the attack from Kublai with her chakram. The magician used the pressure from the clash and her exceptional speed trait to jump back quickly while she sustain her Sfera Oscura spell towards Kublai.

The slaver's muscles eased after the conflict was over. His body relaxed and the tightness in his jaw subsided. The first thing he saw in his peripheral was Manaka's poof of hair bouncing towards him with each stride. Her pastel aesthetic was scarred by the blood of her enemies and her own.

Then his Kogatan vassals would appear behind him, each on bended knee, but as they saw the stranger approach, it was back into battle positions. They leaned more suspicious as part of their clan. However, Hyperion's overconfidence would leave him a bit more vulnerable. 'An emissary? Maybe they want to negotiate.'

zzzzzziiiiiiiiIIIIIIP-TCH!

The arrow whizzed through the air, as Haku intercepted the tip gracefully, willing to sacrifice their life for their master, then the magician would clash against the trickster.

Hyperion was wholly upset by the etiquette of the Bo clan, which only served to fuel his reason. He adjusted the rings of his slaver's bracelet towards his knuckles and the chains attached to the bracelet clattered.

The slaver momentarily considered using the basic power of his dark metal vessel momentarily. Adjusting his bracelet once more, and clearing his throat. The hum of his voice infused with magoi to activate the Voice of Reason implant.

"You shouldn't have come here." Giving Kublai a taste of his Death Rattle throwing his voice directly onto him as he attacked Noir to give her the advantage.

As Hyperion would disable Kublai, both of the Shinobi would protect Manaka with their lives as the little one would go into a pout, but wince in pain as her arms crossed over.

• Death Rattle- Activating the magic weapon the user picks a location of their sound, either from themselves or by using the magic item to throw their voice on a source up to 30m away. By filling the item with magoi the user gains the ability to project the sound from its target up 30m forward in the form of a 1m wide which travels the full distance. The initial attack causes the user to hear things from their own imagination in the user's voice distracting them or throwing them off lingering for 4 posts, during this time their voice can be projected in the same size and range, acting as a weapon for the duration of the spell. People damaged by left with effects similar to a magic PTSD.
  

Another long shot would be released hitting the spell that Noir had just casted on Kublai who was currently under the affect of a spell casted by the slaver. Distracted and unable to focus Kublai will retreat 15 meters away from the group while the archer would in fact move closer.

Once within 50m the archer shoots an arrow between the two and when it hits creates a 20m cloud of smoke to obstruct their vision. The archer notches two arrows with his bow and shoots them in a manner that the arrows split direction with one each flying towards The slaver and the scholar.

The death rattle disorienting Kublai would linger as Hyperion's voice seemed to shift omnidirectionally around the Bo invader, trying to leave her in sense of despair as his magic surrounded her.

He could see another arrow coming to intercept Noir's own spell, having seen the origin of the arrow for a second time, he was ready for this third arrow. With anticipation, Hyperion would utilize his a sound spell by lifting his wand into the air, drawing a hole in the sky with a flick of the risk then piercing the center to unleash a sonic boom to block the third arrow. A sonic boom would explode a meter from his wand, and in the wake of the supersonic spell, a gust of wind would continue to propagate a second defense, blowing back the air as well.

Hyperion counted that Noir would maintain her focus on the melee attacker as she had already launched her own volleys against them. Leaving Hyperion to handle the archer. Raising his wand vertically, this would be a sort of focal point for his magic. As he aimed his spell to its max range against the archer. His rukh would gather for a few moments, longer than the typical spell and scaling.

As he gathered rukh for his spell, the archer would release a pair of shafts towards them, seemingly off target, until they diverged to aim at both Noir and Shishi. Shishi was unphased as the arrow would come down at a trajectory through his ribs, and boring straight through his back, receiving lethal A-tier damage. The tunnel through his chest cavity would scarcely bleed, releasing a rotten stench of his near decomposing organs. But he was unimpeded by the shot. Rumblings would cross the earth and sky, filling the air. From above the archer, vibrating fuzz would collect and then strike down over the archer fifty meters away, with a 50 meter radius. Leaving himself, Noir and their other foe just out of range.

Hyperion gathers a large mass of Sound Magic overhead, creating audible rumbling across the battlefields . After a few seconds, the spell that looks like a light vibrating fuzz, crashes down exploding with Sound Magic [up to 50 Meters away, 50 Meter radius, dealing B-tier damage.].

It was a bit hard to see her surrounding because of the smoke. Unfortunately, Hyperion used his ability to get rid of the smoke and allowed Noir to see clearly again. An incoming arrow was coming toward her and she lift her shield up, before fusing her magoi to her shield and activating Glaring Red Gaze to store the damage from the arrow. Then, her golden eyes found Kublai who was now maintaining her distance, possibly around 15 meters away.

The magician got her chakram ready and used its Eagles Swoop ability, then while Kublai was distracted by the attack. Noir would use her exceptional speed trait to get close to Kublai until she was 8 meters away and used her Dream Catching Bangle, activating the Longing Fear spell, sending all 8 beams towards Kublai.

The Archer could see that there was not much of a chance for them to win here but it was not like they were the top fighters anyways. He knew that they were just here to test the limits of these two and see what they are capable of so it was best to last as long as possible.

He would see the chakram being flung at the close range Kublai and Yesu would see this as a chance to bring the man to his senses. A long shot would be released, flying right past the head of Kublai, slicing his ear open as it hits the chakram. THis would bring Kublai to his senses despite the fact he could still hear the voices.

Kublai would grimace at the discomfort but would turn to block each of the beams with his parries before using cheap shot causing a tooth to be ripped from her mouth and shot at noir before he charges with another spinning slashes.

Yessu could hear the rumbling coming down on top of him and knew he did not have anything to save himself so instead he would shoot his last arrow at the undead which would release a gass that would cause a large explosion centered on 8 before meeting his demise in another explosion

Noir used her shield to block the flying tooth as she activated the glaring red glaze ability. The shield which had stored B-tier damage within, now received more damage, resulting in it storing more power inside. Then as Kublai delivered her spinning slash, the cleaver would hit the shield and as all the requirement was met, it shoot out a beam of strength magic right toward the girl. From the range of the beam and how close Kublai's distance was to her, Noir was sure it would be a direct hit toward Kublai.

However, the magician couldn't just stop and be idle. She filled her chakram with more magoi to sustain it and sent it flying to Kublai. Not only that, but Noir also sustained her dream-catching bangle, sending 8 beams toward Kublai to make her drown in her nightmare.

Mauled, Hyperion stood his ground. The damage to his body, with frayed nerves no longer stinging at his essence. He could feel his life force seeping from his punctured cavity. The fluid would seep out from every inch of the hole, gaping in his torso. As he stood there, unable to help anyone, the baton was passed off.

This white-haired girl, Manaka, would dash to Hyperion trying to support him within the smoke, conserve his energy. Sasuke would follow behind her to protect his lord with his blade. But Hyperion would persevere to keep his focus on Kublai, by moving his wand to the motion of The Cry of Sightless Shrews gathering his magoi to have a sort of echolocation, sensing Kublai's location through the smoke and then conducting a different spell. The Cacophony of the Disbanded Troupe would transform the magoi spreading it out as if it were a band going there separate ways, then odious music would blast the center, keeping the last member stranded amongst the chaos.

Meanwhile, Naruto would use his exceptional speed getting back to Kublai to assist Noir by somersaulting over the disoriented attacker and unleashing an Iron Rain. A downpour of kunai, leaving spikes in the entire area

With Yesu the archer gone, Kublai the knifeman would be close to follow. She would try to put up a resistance but it would be futile as she is slaughtered in the onslaught from both of the fighters.

"It's over..." Noir sighed as she stared at the lifeless bodies of her enemies. If possible, she wanted to avoid bringing the death of anyone, but perhaps it was difficult in this kind of situation. Not only that, the moment the magician looked around her surrounding, she would notice some people from the clan laying on the ground, dead. A frown formed on Noir's face, she wasn't really happy with the outcome, but there might be no other way to prevent it.

She would take several steps forward, approaching Hyperion who also worked hard to fend off the enemies. "Thank you for your hard work, Hyperion."

The man would be able to see a sadness within Noir's golden eyes, but before he could say anything, the magician would begin to speak, "So many lives taken from this battle... I wish we can save more lives. But I know we don't have the privilege to have that kind of thought. So... maybe we should go back to the village and tell them both the good and the bad news." She paused for a second, wondering what the man would say, "What do you think?"
