Personality: He seems to be the polar opposite of Jason, having this sorta light that shines with him. He typically has this smile that shines bright wherever he goes. Acestus’s charisma is what makes him a well known bar owner, being able to smooth his way out of things. Being able to talk to others in a comforting way is something Acestus excels at greatly. He is no proper fighter, but he still gets himself into stupid fights constantly.

Appearance: Acestus is a 32 year old man, someone who does look like he is in his mid thirties. He tends to like to be rather extravagant in his clothing (which is how Jason got his taste in suits and shirts). He has rough brown hair which always seems to be wild, never properly combed.

History: Acastus was a former noble man’s son who was stripped off his name due to his lack of talent of fighting. He was constantly working hard to improve his skills, but his gift was clearly not that. Acastus was kicked out of the house at the age of 5 and forced to roam the streets of Reim. Learning like a street urchin, he constantly stole from whoever he can gets his hands on. For him, reformation came from a time where he snuck into a bar. Through hiding in a booze barrel, he would watch the beautiful chaos.
The motivation of being a good host is what got him to get out of his street urchin ways. During that time, the Unity Corps was growing in heavy popularity and allowing virtually any good warrior to join. Acastus was not a good warrior by any means, only having the ability to run away quickly. However, one such man knew that he would be an important factor to the corp. Val Achilles recognized Acastus for his immense intelligence and charisma. Overtime, there was a trust between both of them and Acastus was finally the first member of the Information Gathering department of the Unity Corps. That shortly ended after Val’s death. Years later and he is now a proud owner of Acastus’s Bar where he teaches Jason about his last name.
