Julius Caught word of Humans seen on the border of Tartarus, they were either foolish humans who were trying to see if the tales of the radiation were true, treasure hunters looking for riches and ancient powers, or the enemies with the possibility of the other two options combined.
Julius would want to make sure, he NEEDED to make sure. He was settling into the mind of a warrior, looking at all the possible angles and chances to attack. After all, he was using the very mind he used to wage attacks out on Reim, so he looked through it from those eyes. The eyes of a terrorist and killer, a pair of eyes that looked to hit high-valued areas to rattle people and the government. The biggest weakness of any government or body of power was the people, there were always more people than those in power. If they lost the backing of the people then the ones who held power would then be outnumbered and the terrorist becomes the power. He knew this, and he looked at Tartarus with this in mind, places he would hit if he was attacking.
Rumors were simply that Rumors, but all rumor hold a hint of truth they say, but at a time of war nearing there would be no time to simply not pay it any mind, that would be stupid, but showing forces would also be stupid. The only thing to do would be to handle it himself or rather inspect it with Higan, a young cat-like woman he had become friendly with. She was a slave, but he did not treat her as such, he had voiced his opinion on the matter already. Her hunger for battle was something he deemed worthy, and something that was kept in control while around him. The way she and her pet handled that Goblin was something in itself. He could see why Eight had value in her.
Caring both his blades, Devil's Punishment, and Diseased God Fang, upon his hips strapped down to his rich red armor Hachi-no-Oyazu, he wore no mask to hide his skeletal face, he was at home here. Well, perhaps not at home it was not as if he had tried to wear his skeletal face out in public outside of Tartarus, all the looks and stares he had gotten there was the same one he got here and for the same reasons. The suit of armor that he wore, it drew much attention, but he had EARNED this armor in his eyes.
Finally finding the woman Higan, he beckoned her by calling out with his voice, calm and powerful, charming. "Oh Lady Higan, there you are. Julius paused as he awaited her to face him, her and her pet truly. "I'll be making a trip out to the boarded, would you care to come with me, I figured since we had such a blast of fun last time perhaps we could again?" The question and greeting came as he extended his hand towards her as if to offer his salvation from her life.
