New Challenger! [Solo]

Today was like any other day. Like any other day, dozens of ships have entered and exited the island state of Balbadd. For a wayward soul, however, this was a somewhat important day. For her, today was the day she would first step foot on a new soul and begin her story, her adventure. For too long she has been locked to her homeland, stuck wandering the same old lands and seeing the same old things. As the smell of the sea stung her nose for the entire ride, once afoot was set on the port a feeling washed over her. It was hard for her to find a description for this feeling, but it was like a desire had just spawned inside of her. It wasn’t quite a want to explore or even anxiety. It was more like…a hunger, but rather something compelling her to eat rather than her need to. It...it…!

Oh, wait, nope. Odylya knew this feeling well, it was something that has dictated her life for the past few years. Next, all she would say in four words. Four words were enough to actually describe this feeling. “I need a drink.” Yup, that was it. The wanderer wasn’t exactly an alcoholic but she had no plan of actually fighting the need that washes over her. The excitement of before now turned into excitement to drink as Odylya quickly found her way off the dock and wandered the city to look for the nearest bar.

For now, Balbadd was her home. For how long? No clue. The plan was to stay for as long as she felt necessary, but outside might change that.

Either way, despite what life may want from her, Odylya will persevere. [Exit]
