The user stands just outside the range of an opponents melee attack range based on their build and muscle mass and uses an intense killing intent to feint an attack. If the opponent lashes out Zafar responds by performing a quick wave-like movement at 15m/s. This movement recedes away from an attack like water in order to avoid damage before flowing into a flip away from the opponent placing Zafar 3m behind them.

The user then twists their wrist to grasp the enemy weapon with the sword breaker before pushing the trajectory of the incoming attack off course. This is capable of defending against a maximum of 1 B-tier attack and ends with the opponent's weapon still caught between the branches of the users sword breaker.

Requirements/Drawbacks: At least one of the user's arms must be free. User's fingers must but in a state to hold two cards. The user must place their hand behind their back between each volley. Cards cant be launched more than four per hand at a time if scaled.

Description:

    The user reaches behind their back and produces two throwing cards. They then whip their arm outwards from behind the back launching two playing cards up to 5m away for D-tier damage each. If scaled then all the user's arms can be used, although each one must still move behind the back to draw/produce each card.

    With a weapon caught in their swordbreaker, the user torques their blade dealing B-tier ability damage to the weapon in question. Scaling the ability allows the user to grind the blade torquing it back and forth to deal more damage to the weapon..

Requirements/Drawbacks: User must be able to perceive the incoming attack. The attack must be physical and small enough to fit within the branches of the swordbreaker being used.

Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1 posts

Description:

    The user reaches snaps their arm out to intercept an incoming attack blocking it between the branches of their sword breaker.


Branched Embrace
Tier: D
Class: Assassin
Type: Supplementary
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: User must have already caught an opponent's weapon inside the branches of their swordbreaker. If the opponent breaks free from the ability by applying greater strength, user's weapon takes basic damage equal to the tier of strength applied to break free..
Scaling: Strength[Damage]
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1 posts
Cost: 10
Description:

    The user applies D-tier strength to their weapon creating a strong force as they turn their swordbreaker. This causes their sword breaker to bite into the opponent's weapon gripping it in place to prevent the enemy from pulling it free. While active, the user continues to apply strength to the weapon allowing to to move the enemy weapon unless they are able to apply equal or greater strength to the weapon. Requires 1 post of applying equal strength to an instant of greater strength in order to break the weapon free from the user's grasp.
