Gilles B tier BM training

Training Approved, it was good to see Gilles take her time to try and understand things. Something I'd like to say that might help, you do great in your jobs when you do one on one interactions. I know you said it isn't always easy to write a lot, so if struggle, try to take your time. Think about those interactions, small things might happen, that you might find random, funny or even intense. I love your ideas Sessho, so don't be afraid to make your training creative.
