Gilles and her order were gathering materials for a big event today. The high priestess had the plan to recruit students of the magno academy while they are in the city. It was the perfect plan! Students tend to be younger people from their teens or young adults. This was the perfect age to persuade and influence people do to them being far more impressionable than seasoned adults. So they were taking this chance to go promote their religious order to the academy and try to convince as many of the students to join as possible. If they get enough students on their side they may even be able to get some of the teachers onto their side. It was important to gilles to gain influence in the academy itself because she wanted to get all of the knowledge that they have gathered and researched over the many years they have existed.
They would begin traveling along with several merchants from the alliance that had joined them. They were all pulling carts that had various items they would use. They were also planning on using this opportunity to make some money while they were at it. They would gather near one of the entrances of the academy since they were not actually allowed into that area since there was goi accompanying the magicians and none of them were current students or faculty of the academy. The strange group would begin setting up a booth with beverages, snacks and similar items for the students to purchase that they could not get in the academy itself. Gilles was also equipped with her DMV Bertilak since that seemed to be the best way to convince these stubborn magicians. They would wait for an hour till the magno students started walking out of the academy. Some of them would see the stand of drinks and food and soon there was a small group of students surrounding them all.
Gilles would take this as a chance to start her speech. "Hello young students of the great magic academy of Magnostadt! I am the high priestess of the order of the flames reach. We are a religious organization that is currently looking for new members to join us. We are a small group currently but we help those that join us. Those who join us get rishes and power that is unlike anything that you all have ever seen before. And if anyone doubts these claims than behold power I was granted by my lord. Power that makes me a goi stronger than non blessed magicians like yourselves!" She would make a bird symbol with her one hand and shout out "Cyclone of fluttering wings" to create a massive cyclone of ice birds. This would shock the young magicians as they watched, they could see the black rukh that surrounded the unusual spell that was cast before their very eyes. This spell was from a power they had never seen before. Most were not interested in this but 10 of the students were interested in this power and wanted some of it for themselves so they eagerly joined.
