Job Overview:

With the Ports being damaged and the shop being attacked there is starting to be civilian unrest.  Take advantage of this and attack the lowest class of Reim, go to the slums, and target them with your magic.  Take out as many as possible to further decent Reim into chaos.

The final act had come before the last push for the people to bend and join up with him.  If they did not they would be just as guilty as the very people they put into office and based the systems for self-gain.  After all, this could still not see how the higher-ups of the government and big business owners were more worried about themselves and their belongings rather than the people who made them their money or even the very people they represented.  Where was the security for them? Where was the Fanalis Corps now? The answer was the same for both, protecting the wealthy and the powerful, not the sick and the poor.

Julius would stand there in the center of the slums, he had walked through from the upper city area and noticed the slow but certain descent into poverty. The closer and closer one would get to the center the worst the effects would be. More rags and fewer clothes, more filth, and sickness.  Homes looked less like structures and more like wood just stacked and piled up.  It would break his heart to see such a vast amount of people tossed out and unthought about. The sense of community was at least strong here any fool could see this.

It was going to be a shame to watch it all break and crumble down into nothing. Perhaps he would plague them with his new spell, it was quite the improvement to the other one. Instead of having two different spells he had one. The effects of them were different, as one targets the flesh and the other the organs, but neither of these would seem right to these people. They had very little control over the state of the country, but they made the most of its population.   It wasn't that he wanted to kill or hurt people. But the sins of the world needed to be paid. GREED needed to be destroyed!

A single tear would fall from his left eye before the red glow would intensify.

"I don't do this with the intent of causing more suffering to you all. However, sacrifices have to be made in order for the world to grow, so don't feel saddened by your loss for it will be the foundation for a new world.  I will use the loss of your lives as fuel for a pure world where everyone is free and equal, no rich, no poor, everyone has the same amount of everything.

The sadden face would be replaced with his grin, as he lifted his stave upwards into the air.  Magoi would flood to his staff as a sea of black ruhk would flutter around his body. "Be destroyed!" He'd yell with intensity in his voice as he commanded the Ruhk. With the power of Strength magic, the user makes a 1-meter sphere around them. From the sphere outwards the type of Strength Magic,  Gravity would be used. The effect would pull down with B tier Strength slamming those caught within its zone to the ground and applying B tier crush damage. This would be strong enough to crush bone and even metal beams.  This would be an AoE attack stretching out 25 meters in every direction from the caster.

This was not all though, Julius would Scale this ability to increase its field of would attack.  He'd push out 300 more magoi in total stretching the sphere of his spell by 10 meters for every 10 magoi paid, the total would end at 325 meters. Unable to move while casting the spell would prove very difficult, as the effects of his spell would push out from him and destruction would start.  Buildings would shake and crumble crushing those within them, and those who would be walking about would feel the pressure slam them to the ground for B tier damage crushing bones. He'd watch as the spell would travel outwards destroying almost everything it would pass over.

The Slum was mostly destroyed at this point, once the last of the buildings would fall Julius would look about nodding his head. This would be would Reim would soon look at, in order for the world to be okay they would all have to start from here. Nothing.

His face should no remorse for what he did or even regret, if fact he felt fulfilled.  Now it was time to work on his gift and train with his Shinobi.  There was something about the way of the word that interested him.   Twirlings his stave around he'd put it under his arm and adjust his hat.   The mage would walk off ready for the next part of his plan.
He needed to train his power gifted to him by Connie and unleash the full power of that Dark Metal Vessel.  Perhaps it would be best to retire from Reim in order to do so and seek out Eight hoping he too would be on the same page.  He also had more plans for the Coliseum, which would have to be the next target of his plan after he was done using it to hone his swordsmanship skills.

While walking away from the destruction he could still see a lot of the slum the area was still up and standing where his spell ended. There was still a vast amount of the slums left but he was sure he had killed plenty.  This would probably be enough to interact with his goal of having a revolt.

Julius would allow this attack along with his others to sit and build, watch for afar and see how the country would react to this string of attacks.  If this goal was not met yet, then he would revise and start another plan, however, he would be sure it would be enough.

Removing the stave from his arm gripping the top of it with his hand, he used the weapon as a cane as he'd leave the rubble behind him. As he was walking out of the slums the hand of a person reached out and gripped his pant leg forcing him to stop in reaction.  Pulling his leg free from its grasp Julius would bend down.

"If you wish to live you must focus on your hate, allow it to fuel your existence so you may get revenge on those who have done evil unto you. Remember this well, Reim's lack of love for you caused this to happen.  Break free from their boot which has crushed everything you had. "
