Requirements/Drawbacks: The Somnium is a visual hallucination and will not work on the blind. For each of the following condition met, reduce the effective duration of the Somnium by 1 post and reduce the effective range by 5m;

Cold Weather
Scaling: Range: for every 10 extra Magoi spent on Somnium; increase the effective range by 5mX5m.
Sustain: 0

Description:

  • Noir swipes her scythe and channels dehydration into surrounding air molecules to supplement for a natural heatwave. The air wiggles and bend in with an intense heat to simulate the shimmers of the deserts sun to any unlucky to be touched by this magic. These hallucinations last for 4 posts. The heat aura spreads across a range of 20m long and 20m wide. The hallucination it brings reveals itself as a false Noir 5m away from the afflicted.

Theme: Dehydration [Heat + Wind]
Type: Offensive
Range: Short (3m).
Requirements/Drawbacks: To begin the charging process Noir must chant “Nunc autem requiem mea, Dulcis Regina Filia.” or tap her scythe twice with her finger.
Scaling:
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 4 posts
Cost: 40|20
Description:

  • Noir compacts a mass of dehydration magic, whose content could render a lake barren to the bed alongside its aquatic residence, into the blade of her scythe. The blade swells and glows with a palpable shimmer as Noir poses like the Reaper himself before releasing devastation upon the world with her full weight. The danger of this technique is not in the might of the swing, but in the intense magic which coats it. Blocking and parrying through physical means may evade the blade, but not the roiling mountain of dehydration which follow. Only a defense produced by magic can halt the Dulcis Regina Filia while complete avoidance is also acceptable. This technique delivers A-Tier damage via dehydration magic.

Requirements/Drawbacks: Noir would need to swing her scythe or whisper the name of the skill.
Scaling: For every 10 extra points of Magoi spent, the sirocco’s come extend another 5m.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 4 posts

Description:

  • With a mere wave of her scythe, Noir sends the deserts winds to  sweltering wind pushes through sapping the water of a living thing in a 0.3 - 25m cone shaped. The hot wind seeps out from her scythe, beginning at the range of 0.3m before spreading up to 25m  away. Its searing heat evaporates all living entities with A-Tier Dehydration Damage.

Tier: A-tier
Djinn: Dantalion
Theme: Dehydration [Heat + Wind]
Type: Supplementary
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: This technique can only be applied to foes wounded by at least C-Tier or higher slashing and/or piercing damage.
Scaling: For every extra 10 Magoi spent, Noir can affect one additional limb.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 4 posts

Description:

  • Noir infests one foe within 1m of her with copious amounts of dehydration magic, severely debilitating their ability to act. Apply one of the following effects based off the effective limbs:
    Arms: The muscles and skin shrivel up under a rapid process of mummification which drains the blood and water from the affected limb. The target’s physical strength is sapped by two tiers for each arm afflicted with this ability. If this would reduce a foe’s strength to below D-Tier than their arm(s) become inoperable and they will drop whatever item they are holding.
    Leg: The shriveled stump once called a leg inhibits the targets abilities ability to move. For each Leg affected, the target’s physical Speed is reduced by two tiers (but not flight.) If this would reduce a foe’s speed to below D-Tier than their legs become inoperable.
    Torso: Upon the Torso the Harema Aevum Tempus will steadily begin to shutdown the multitude of organs harbored in that region of the body. Organs such as the Kidney and heart, if sapped of all water will sends the body reeling into a steep decline. All stamina-based abilities, from a target whose torso has been targeted, cost an additional 50%.

    • D-Tier: 15 Stamina
    • C-Tier: 30 Stamina
    • B-tier : 45 Stamina
    • A-tier : 60 Stamina

Harenea Auvem Tempus- Currently this reads like a supplementary ability so change the ability type to that please, and for the stamina function it seems specific when it should be more about ability cost, so I'd say either sustains are full cost for abilities when affected in the torso or say it drains half the abilities used stamina as well.
