Fortress (Job/solo)

The former assassin known as Silva was currently at a fortress in a small village that was controlled by the Shikizui clan. There were rumors that a rival clan was preparing to launch an attack on this village fortress. So as an ally of the Shikizui clan, Silva has come here to help defend the fort and the samurai that were stationed here. He would make it his duty to protect the lives that were here and make sure that they go back to their families and loved ones. He would look over at the training ground where his student Shou would be at.

Shou would currently be in combat with the 3 samurai recruits he had faced earlier. Since their defeat, the recruits have gained a vast amount of respect towards the middle aged sumo wrestler. They would take turns sparring with the sumo wrestler. Their matches would be quick but intense as each side gives it their all each match in order to better improve themselves. As of this moment the win to loss ratio between and the samurai and the sumo was more or less even at this moment. The rules were simple for the most part, the samurai just had to knock down the sumo while shou had to make the samurai admit defeat. The current samurai would charge at Shou letting out a shout as he swings his wooden sword over his head and  brings it down onto the large man's shoulder. His fat would absorb the shock of the impact, he would than grab the samurai by his torso and then shove him into the floor. The other two samurai would cheer as the match is over with and Shou would help the third samurai back up. It wold seem that this group was starting to become good friends. Silva would smile glad to see that his student was getting along with other people.

Once the battle was over with Shou would go up to the wall and join with his master, the aged magician. They were not sure when the battle was going to start but the old man figured that it would probably be at dusk during the last light of the day. This time Silva was planning on trying his best to learn as much as he could about the samurai here and about the was or code of the samurai. He may even try using a samurai blade later if they let him try to carry one. He would look at Shou with a soft smile. "Okay shou, so today I will not be giving you any advice before or during the battle. The rookie tournament for sumo wrestling is coming up in a few days so i need to make sure that you are completely able to handle yourself in battles without any outside help from me or others." He would say as Shou nods. He was nervous hearing something so serious from his mentor. However he was certain that he could handle himself in the battle without worrying about getting hurt too much. He started off as a spineless coward who was just a shapeless blob that has now become a more sturdy fighter who was still cautious but less afraid than he once was. The middle aged man definitely felt like he was capable of becoming a yokozuna now.

As silva and his protege were talking they would hear the rhythmic stomping of footsteps and a myriad of voices chanting together. The occupants of the fort would look over at the hill where the noises were coming from. It was the start of dawn and the sun was just beginning to come over the hilltop making it difficult to see. However, they could see a shadow cover the land as something blocks a part of the sun. Standing on top of the hilltop was a small army if about 50 samurai or so. This was not many for a normal situation but here there was about only 25 of them including Silva and shou meaning that each one would have to kill at least 2 enemy samurai. They enemy army would let out a war cry as they start running down towards the fortress. The commander of the fort would raise his sword and the samurai would let out their own battle cry.

As the enemy troops got closer to the fortress, several troops of the fort would climb onto the top of the wall and raise bows, notching an arrow in them. They would aim the bows into the air adding tension to the bows before releasing them in unison. A volley of arrows would soar up into the air before arcing and raining down on top of the charging forces. Several of the enemy clan's samurai would fall as their flesh is pierced by the arrows whittling their numbers down by 10. The remaining 40 would be aware of the 2nd volley and were able to block the arrows with their armor this time. Once they arrived at the fortress they would make quick work of breaking in the door where they home team was waiting for them.

Quickly both sides would engage as Silva and Shou watch. Their job was not to engage in the initial battle but to take care of any surprises that would appear. The old man was quick to notice a group of 6 samurai climb on top of the wall and would aim their bows at the fighting samurai using their successive arrows to shoot 2 arrows each at them. Silva would raise his staff saying
Doragonburittsu as he creats a blast of lighting burning 1 pair of the arrows while activatig his fight mode form and rushes win taking two more arrows with his body yet the other 8 still found their targets. Shou would run to the group and use One day I'll be Yokozuna! charging at one of them slamming his palms into one of them. the wounded silva would run up to the group as well smashing his fists into two of them and takes out the other three with his quick moves as well.

Once the group is taken care of they would look over at the battle to see the rest of the attackers rather slain or captured. They would all cheer as they have won the battle.
