Personality: Rambunctious, ambitious, and loud-mouthed these are the traits that describe the Toh clan and Tobinaga represents them finely. Having learned greatly from her older brother Tobinara the aspiring leader, and adventurer moves forth in her life with a passion. This vigor that pushes her solely for the sake of curiosity. Some thought her too tomboyish but there's no place too dirty, too dark, or too moist for her to venture! Manifesting as a lust for knowledge it extends to all facets of her life, having stemmed from what little Kina offered in her childhood. Whether it be for history or even people she truly does care to know as much as she can. Quick to greet others and offer her name she loves making friends, especially if they don't wish to be her friend at first.
While very lively in her actions and curiosity she carries this passion into all of her emotions. From a vibrant joy which the Kinan carries forth even on dark days like the sun. Quick to make a joke, or to play on the words of others Naga can't think of a better way to enjoy a day with one's acquaintances. Well besides maybe jetting off to some unknown location. Even in her anger, which while isn't quick to show smolders deep within waiting to be stoked. The few things that set her off cause her to go quiet, intensifying her gaze like a rabid dog almost. Almost fanatic in her anger, she loses sight and cares for dealing with the subject on hand, whether that be forcefully removing someone, or taking them out completely. The things in which bring the magician to tears give her a strong weep, with the most heart-crushing moments granting her face light tear fall.
Likes: Medium Walks on the Beach- Always better than a long one or a short one. After all, the beach is nice but there's better things to do with your day.
Pyrotechnics- Nothing quite like some fancy fire or light. Naga loves a good light show and can't help but enjoy the flair that the can bring to a show or performance.
Learning- If it's knowledge or a person's favorite fruit Naga needs to know it. Her love for learning is inhuman and her questioning will never end.
Dislikes: Mushrooms- Can't stand the flavor, their texture, or their shape. She understands their importance to life but prefers to keep away.
Winter- What a horrible season, life in the tropical parts of Kina has left her too accustomed. Why would you want cold when you could feel nature's warmth.
Directions- She walks to the beat of her own drum and because of these directions just feel like a waste of her time, she could always find her own.
Aspirations: She only has one real goal in the world, to become a great sage. Someone with so much knowledge that they are worldly respected, widely sought for council. The more knowledge the more she can experience, the more she can share. With this, she hopes she can create a center focused on using their knowledge for education and disaster relief. Afterall all the more knowledge one had the more they could prepare. They could properly face the things that could bump in the night, and face fate itself.
Phobias/fears: Ignorance and Isolation are her biggest fears as the two are deeply intertwined for her. Stemming from her very aspirations, and the moment she lost her parents. Afraid she would die without seeing another unexplored forest, or another day to play, or a new bug to find. To be cut off from the world, to be unaware of what was happening, that was the scariest thing in the world to Naga. Even alone you could find light or friendship, but cut of from all you knew wouldn't you be afraid too?

Appearance: Hair rich and dark like oil pouring down her head. The long black locks wildly adorn her head, the thick hair swooping slightly to sides across her bangs. Swooping by her intense eyes, rounded face and sharp teeth her beauty conflicts with her wildness. The back of her hair reaching down to her ankles. The long black mass contrasts sharply with her ghost-white skin, which despite her smooth face is rough at the joints from her roughhousing. Naga stands at a medium stature, slightly taller than the average Kinan woman but just average for the western world. She has a frail build which she keeps adorned with her trademark outfit.
Wearing the modern military garb of the Toh clan, an onyx black coat and matching pants which slightly puffed at her leather boots. Underneath her coat was a buttoned jacket, with two sets of golden buttons going down the torso leading to her belt. To finish the outfit she wears a black cap with golden sun accessory on the top. With the confidence to match her demeanor, the young girl carries herself in a strong stance, generally one hand on her hip and the other holding her staff over her shoulder. Walking with big steps and her posture strong she makes her way out in the world venturing freely. She holds her possessions closely despite her carefree acting.

History: The youngest of the Toh clan siblings, and the one who grew to never know their parents. Like most children, Naga can only recall her childhood as far back as 5. There wasn't much of a need to try and remember anything before that as well, as her first memory was the one that separated her childhood from that of her two brothers. The world literally shook around her, as the sky seemed to fall and rocks crushed the earth that first memory was one of an earthquake. In a matter of moments the world was painted with red, and then darkness.
She wasn't sure how long she laid buried, looking back now it couldn't have been more than a day and a half. To her, however, that day felt likely an eternity to the young girl. She couldn't quite grasp the situation. She knew she was hungry, that she needed something to drink. Sadness burst forth shattering damn in mind, crying herself dry as thoughts rushed her. She wouldn't get to see any more trees, she wasn't sure if she'd get to find any more pretty insects. There was nothing to look forward too, there was no faces she could look to for comfort. Then came a crack, a ray of hope in the nightmare her reality had become.
As the rocks began to toss and crumble as members of the small Toh clan helped clear the debris of the disaster. Shining right and bright like the Kinan morning, the 13-year old Tobinari. He had spent every hour searching for her after getting Abe to safety and scolding him to stay put. At that moment her tears would quell for just a second before she collapsed in her older brother's arms. She had no parents, but she had a light in her life that she could always trust and rely on while it was here.
In those maturing years her brother discovered through his connections that Naga was a magician. Offering her the proper resources she saw her quality of life slowly improve as she aged. Watching Tobinara take control at such a young age inspired her. She wished to be as vibrant as him, even if her aspirations were different. There were more things to learn after all, and there were other ways to help than leading. She had her own ideas, while her loyalties lie true to her brother and her clan she hopes to use Kina's opening as a chance to go out further out there and expand her mind.
Role-Play Sample: Teal waves crested the shore, rolling onto the alabaster sand. The crisp, salty smell of the ocean would roll in with the tide. A summer in Kina, truly a paradise. There wasn't anything quite like a vacation in the Bosutawa Islands. It was Tobinaga's favorite place to unwind. She needed some sun as well, her tone matching that of the pale sand. "Well I guess reading books all day isn't the best if I want a tan. she joked to herself.
It had been a while since the young girl had take a trip to the islands. Not since she came a few years back for Abe's 18th. It was family tradition to come on the 10th and 18th birthday's in every young family members life. She wasn't quite sure the tradition but her parents took Tobinara when he was 10, and their uncle took him at 18 so he made sure to take both of his siblings. Next year was her year again, so maybe it was a bit of a rush being here, but who knew if this part of Kina would safe next year.
Sigh.. Now wasn't the time for worrying, it was the time to relax. "Well no need to worry new wrinkles into place, it vacation time afterall." Naga would just continue lounging in the sun's rays, celebrating it's briallance as stood at it's highest point.
