Description:

Dalia's pupils shrink and turn into sharp cat-like slits as she unhinges her jaw like a snake to allow for a larger bite. Her teeth then turn razor sharp and needle like, allowing her to deal C-tier damage if she attacks her enemy with her teeth. To use this skill, she has to be close enough to be within biting distance from her enemy.

Description:

Dalia’s hair will let out an odorless gas that will be highly flammable. When hit with fire she can catch it with her hair. She then can attack with her hair for D - Tier damage. The gas will remain if sustained for another round other wise it will smoke away along with the fire.

Description:

Dalia's 1m long hair becomes straight and bundles up together in small sections before turning into needle and metal like. In this form, as her hair becomes just like a basic weapon, she will be able to freely use it to strike her enemy multiple times and deal D-tier basic damage unless scaled and sustained.

Description:

Dalia’s eyes loose any sense of life to them as her skin will grows cold as if dead. Her body gathering up endometrial cells and thickening them while it gathers most of her body heat in her skin and a small layer underneath to heat up these cells. She then will leak out what will now appear to be blood from her eyes, nose, and or mouth that is now super heated. This substance though if it touches anything besides her skin will burn for D Tier Damage unless scaled. This form will last for 1 round unless sustained for an additional round for a total of 2 rounds.

Bite Harder- So for this ability body manipulation can change and warp flesh but you skin wouldn't just separate you'd end up unhinging your jaw like a snake and increasing the size of your mouth to bite. You can just end the ability at, "She does C-tier damage attacking a target" bc scales and sustains are automatic parts of the system.

Hot Head- I'm not quite sure what the purpose of this ability is, it seems it might be to stop or use fire, if it's to utilize fire it's a good combo but you can just put her hair produces a consistent stream of flammable liquid which can stay ignited for one post. But if you want that defense you could just have your hair produce a fire retardant substance.

Needle Back- If this is meant to be a straight attack you could do the one attack with your hair to do D-tier damage, but it kinda words like a buff, which if that was your intent you could do. You could form your hair into a spiky arm for one post and have it be able to attack multiple times in one post but its treated as a basic in return since it's a buff.

Fuzzy Frenzy- How is this ability supplementing your abilities and the part about the interrupted costs feels a little confusing.

Fake It- How is this ability burning or doing that to people, what is it made out of? is a stomach acid compound altered, you can work freely with how you mess with biology as long as you can explain and reason it a little.

With the help of noir i tweaked some things along side the suggestions you made hope these are a bit better. Also I did decide to drop Fuzzy Frenzy so I will just stick with the remaining ones instead.
