Back to the Cemetery

Yuurei couldn’t believe that he was doing another job like this. He figured that he was done with going grave digging, but that wasn’t the case. It seemed like there was another necromancer in Zou who was doing the same thing as the one before. That was not good because it meant he needed to be stop. He just sighed as he couldn’t help but take this job because of the money that was involved. He was making his way to the graveyard sight now. He knew it wouldn’t be hard to take this guy out. He knew what to do, and he knew that getting close to them would be a pain.

He couldn’t help but wonder why there were necromancers around Zou. It seemed like a lot of people knew of dark magic, which wasn’t bad. He figured he would want to learn something of the sort if he kept bumping into it. It didn’t take long for him to make it to the sight, and he waited for night time to do so. He knew that this man was not going to be here till nightfall. It was all because grave robbing was not something you did during the day but something people would only do during the night. He had made it to the cemetery as he was looking around to see if he would spot anybody doing something suspicious here.

”I hate places like this. I wish I could have just taken another job, but there is no way I can go back empty handed now,” he said to himself as he walked in the cemetery as he was trying to see somebody around a grave. There was nobody around right now, which meant that finding this person wouldn’t be that hard. He was probably the only person here besides Yuurei. He just kept his guard up as he didn’t want any zombies coming out from the ground like last time.

He was moving around still as he was moving slowly as he didn’t want to bump heads with this necromancer. Then there was the fact that he didn’t want to overlook things, and get caught into a trap. That was not something he wanted to do, and he just kept moving. He just looked left and right as he was just expecting this person to show up. He just took his bow out this time as he was making sure that he wasn’t caught off guard for sure. He just made sure that he was going to end this quickly. That was when it happened. He noticed someone was walking towards the grave. It seemed like the person was just looking at it, but that was when he noticed the man was chanting.

That was bad, but there was nothing he could do about it. He wasn’t sure if the person was praying or doing something else. He had to make sure so he got a bit closer and was hiding behind a stone. He just spied at the cloaked person as it seemed like nothing was happening. Yuurei sighed as he was over thinking it. He was about to turn and walk away, but something happen right there. The ground started to shake a bit, and he noticed the ground where the man was at started moving. That was when he noticed a hand appearing from the ground, and Yuurei couldn’t help but sigh from this scene. That was not good, and he just knew what to do.

”Sorry about this man, but I can’t let you bring out ghouls into the opening,” he thought to himself as he was waiting for that thing to appear. He just watched as the monster appeared, and it was uglier than its former self. He just couldn’t believe somebody was doing this, and figured it was time to take this thing out along with its master. He pulled back his arrow as he was taking aim for the two necromancers. ”Lights out my friend. Boom,” he thought to himself as he released the arrow from his hand. The necromancer didn’t know what was going on and this was why he was happy that he was a range fighter over everything.

The arrow had hit the man on his back, and he stumbled a bit as he was caught off guard by something like this, and that was when it happened. Yuurei heard the explosion happening, and it took out both the ghoul out, and the necromancer. He just watched it as it was dispersed, and he just got up from where he was. The man was on the ground, and was dealt with. Yuurei had placed his bow on his back as he made his way to the exit of the graveyard. He went to his client without a problem and told him what he did. That didn’t mean they were done. He had brought his client over to the graveyard to confirm the takedown of the necromancer.

The client was surprised on how he saw this menace to society. He just looked at Yuurei and was shocked. ”Who are you sir? You were able to take this guy out without a problem it seems. II just see that you have no wounds on you, and this man seemed like he was shot from the back, and didn’t see it coming,” he asked wondering what he was going to say. ”Well I’m just a man from a small village. There is nothing to worry about. I just know how to hunt my prey and get out of a situation without much work. Still there is the proof the job is done, so can I get paid,” he smiled at him waiting for his money.

The man sighed as it seemed like he wasn’t going to tell him anymore than this. He had taken the bag of huang from his pocket, and threw it to Yuurei. He was quick to catch it, and he just threw it up into the air, and caught it. ”Hope you deal with both bodies without a problem,” he walked off and out of the graveyard. He was hoping that he didn’t have to mess with anything in a cemetery for awhile.
