Dragon's Strike
Tier: D
Class: Warrior
Type: Offensive
Range: Short (0-3m)
Requirements/Drawbacks: The user must be using a bladed weapon with a point.
Scaling: For every 10 Stamina invested the damage dealt is increased by 1 tier.
Sustain: -
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10 Stamina | 5 Stamina to sustain
Description:

The user thrusts their weapon forward using either one or both hands, usually aiming for a vital point or attempting to damage a ligament in order to stop the opponent from moving. Can be used as an initial strike or as a follow up attack after blocking, parrying or dodging. If this attack hits it causes D tier damage.

Requirements/Drawbacks: This ability can only work on attacks the user sees coming and he must be of at least equal tier speed or higher.

Sustain: -
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10 Stamina | 5 Stamina to sustain
Description:

This ability allows the user to swiftly dodge attacks aimed at the upper body and head within a close range by bobbing and weaving, moving the head side to side and rolling depending the direction the attack is coming from.

Dragon's Tail Whip
Tier: D
Class: Warrior
Type: Defensive
Range: Short (1-3m)
Requirements/Drawbacks: The user must plant their feet squarely to perform this move  as most of the balance and control comes from the feet being grounded. This does not work on anything that is intangible.
Scaling: The number of parries double for every 10 Stamina invested.
Sustain: -
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10 Stamina | 5 Stamina to sustain
Description:

Using the shaft of the weapon the user changes the trajectory of an incoming attack by creating a circle using their own weapon, pushing the opponents off to the side away from their body and then downwards to create an opening to strike, at the same time pulling back in an attempt to pull the opponent into any incoming attack the user may follow up with.

Dragon Lift
Tier: D
Class: Warrior
Type: Defensive
Range: Short (1-3m)
Requirements/Drawbacks: The user can only perform this move from a guard stance.
Scaling: For every 10 stamina the defensive power increases 1 tier
Sustain: -
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10 Stamina | 5 Stamina to sustain
Description:

For any horizontal or thrust attack the user lowers their weapon and slips it beneath the opponents' before flicking their wrist and sending both weapons skyward, leaving the opponent open for attack, even possibly disarming them.

Dragon's Flurry
Tier: D
Class: Warrior
Type: Offensive
Range: Short (1-3m)
Requirements/Drawbacks: User must square up and pull back with power arm (left or right depending which hand is at the bottom)
Scaling: For every 10 stamina added hits double.
Sustain: -
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10 Stamina | 5 Stamina to sustain
Description:

The user performs a series of three rapid thrusts that seem like no little more than a blur to the eye, with the first hit to land causes D tier damage.

First off, your gonna need to specify the tier of damage an offensive ability does. Such as "If this attack connects, it will deal D-Tier damage", something like that.

Then, make sure to put either "-" or "0" in an abilities sustain. You only change it during an actual battle, showing how many times you sustained in your post and what not.

Dragon’s Strike - I feel the requirements/drawbacks could use some of the fluff you added to the description, just like *how* your character would perform this technique. Also, if you don’t mind, please remove the whole “in order to stop the opponent from moving” thing, considering this is only a D-Tier ability.

Dragon’s Wingbeat - As state in Dragon’s Strike, it’d need a more in-depth requirements/drawbacks. Just how the character performs this technique. However, I feel like an ability like this would be better off as a C-Tier ability. Even then, the “gust of wind” would most likely be somewhat smaller, as a “great gust of wind” sounds more like a B-Tier thing.

Dragon’s Tail Whip - One thing you’ll need to state in an ability like this, is that you won’t be able to change the trajectory of anything intangible. Also, considering this is a D-Tier “parry”, it would only be able to be used on D-Tier basic attack as well. Unless you set the scaling to damage/strength or w/e.

Dragon Lift - You don’t have a requirements/drawbacks for this! This will either have to be a disarm, or an attack. You won’t be able to have both in a single ability.~ Also, it’s best to note how far their weapon will be “flung”, so they know where to retrieve it.

Dragon’s Flurry - The requirements/drawbacks on this ability feel far too severe, especially for something like this. However, you can only have one instance of D-Tier damage in a D-Tier ability.
