War has come!
Things had been surprisingly quiet after Gao Yuan Zao revealed he was alive and declared he would retake his throne by ending a massacre started by Yoshiro's men. Although Emperor Yoshiro made efforts to locate his father's forces, the former emperor had gone into hiding once more and spent the last few months gathering power.
People from other countries have been drawn to Kou in great numbers, their intentions varied. Now the impact of these outsiders and the patriots of Kou as the preparations for the war become far more open on both sides. The armies grow in strength, meanwhile the people begin to suffer as the policies of Emperor Yoshiro have led to mass food shortages and severe economic disparity.
Some blame Gao Yuan Zu for everything, but most hold contempt for Yoshiro's attempts to deny Kou's identity as a proud warring empire. Even so, the war for the hearts and minds of the people is far from over.
During this phase of the event, multiple new jobs have been posted in Kou. Most of these jobs will give or take away influence to one of two factions. Emperor Gao Yuan Zu or Emperor Yoshiro Zu. Once a job that affects influence is completed, staff will update the influence points in this thread. The state of the influence points will determine how further events progress. Due to the nature of the war starting point, Gao Yuan Zu's faction will begin with an advantage.

Rules:
- If multiple players team up on the same job, each individual player will gain or deduct influence. So you don't lose chances to help your faction by teaming up on jobs!
- If a job has multiple sides you can take and you don't pick a side or attack both sides, you won't cause any influence point changes.
- If you don't declare which side you are posing as IC when you are performing a job where you pose as the other side, you will not cause any loss of influence points.
