Every time an ability is used, or damage is dealt from a basic attack, it must be bolded.

The first thing staff does when they check for approval is to make sure that there is bolded information before reading it. This way they can quickly determine whether or not abilities or attacks were even done.

I saw no bolds in the link you provided. Please keep in mind that whenever you do an ability training you need to actually use that ability in that section of training, which means it must be bolded.
