He has been behind multiple plots and the Unity Corp has long sought out his personal name so they might bring him to justice. The Unity Corp knows that he has ties to a larger wealthier group but aren't sure who or where. He wields dual scimitars and is a practiced warrior who enjoys fighting on occasion. He is known to cut the scalp of those who cross him.
