Haven't spoken with the Monk for an couple of days and learnt as much as possible for the time being about what to do next. Aquila had awoken and left back to the city to sleep at her inn, Aseroth not knowing if she would begin working again soon, or? Ending that thought as he just walked the surrounding of the temple waiting for some more news from the monk telling him about the Nightmares source or possibly location of origin. " This is only one carrort, and we all gotta share it. " speaking to himself, pacing back and forth until serval monks came to get him. Gathering his belongings and thinking its finally the time to head off to the location. Upon entering the north wing of the temple, the Monk stood and spoke handing Aseroth an map. " This map will lead you to an old abandoned town, that's where the source is brimming from. " bowing towards each other, Aseroth went to exit the temple and await a friend after sending word to his friend about the job. ' Ahhh, it's gonna be a wild adventure once Julius arrives here at the temple and than allow for us to head to end this problem' thinking to himself while also sighing. The mountain air thin and the sun high in the sky bright and shinning down on Aseroth face.

Julius had been doing some hard-labor for a couple extra bucks that morning. Slung over his shoulders were four barrels, closed off and filled to the brim with wine. Each weighed around 250 kilograms, and Julius walked down the road with them as if nothing were on his shoulders. It was no secret that the pirate was unnaturally strong due to training, but this amount of weight was beyond thinking. Along with all that on his shoulders, Brutus, Julius’ downsized-chimp stood atop one of the stacked barrels, eating a banana.

A courier had suddenly approached the pirate captain, quite amazed. Julius, acknowledging the presence of the courier, brought the barrels down off his shoulder, one at a time a placed them upon the floor. Brutus climbed down onto Julius’ shoulder afterwards. The courier held out a hand which contained a letter and on the front, it said Julius. The chimp took the letter from the couriers hands and opened it for the pirate before Julius looked through it.

“Playing hero again, are we Aseroth?” Julius questioned to himself. The salty dog smiled as he stretched his arms. He then dug his fingers into his pocket and retrieved a couple huang, and handed it to the courier as a tip of sorts. “Come along Brutus, we got some work to do before we head out there,” the pirate said, grinning. The chimp threw his banana peel backwards, leaving it on the sidewalk. Julius fed the barrels back onto his shoulders, finishing up his last job.

--------------Time Skip--------------

Julius had seen the temple mentioned in the letter in the distance. His grin was apparent. He’d brought two horses, one for himself, and the other for Aseroth. Brutus jokingly rode the other horse, but Julius held both of the reins. The Fanalis’ noticeable white-hair stuck out like a sore thumb. Julius rode towards the waiting man.

“Aseroth! How are ye doin’?” proclaimed the pirate, nodding in greeting, still on his horse. “Where to?” Julius questioned near instantly afterwards. The chimp upon Julius’ shoulder waved a hand in recognition.

Catching and whiff of the frim trim, ocean water, and the usual whiskey stain from 10 meters back, Aseroth grinned with gleam from seeing his new friend arrive to help with this nightmare problem. Haven't sent him the later a few days ago upon short notice, he'd assume that Julius didn't come but thanks to waiting he arrived with not but one horse? Two horses. " Julius, been doing mighty fine! Whoo, you sure know how to live'in up the mood. " Aseroth, gathering his map together before, getting on the horse and making sure his equipment were all counted for, looking at Brutus speaking. " Nice, Monkey, brings out the inner companionship. " Finally adjusting his saddle and straddling the horse to go. " We are heading to an old abandon ghost town of sort. The monk said the source lays there, so it shouldn't take us long to arrive. " Clumping away on the horse.

Julius was glad that the warrior’s quick-thinking on grabbing a second horse was put to good use. After hearing the information about what they were doing, the pirate couldn’t help but chuckle. He then used a hand to push back the hair strands that always escaped his ponytail backwards, only for them to fall back into place. He should’ve expected something like this, however, he’d come this far. This would’ve been even more helpful earlier although. The pirate shrugged it off.

“Never try and make it easy, do you?” Julius questioned under his breath. However, the pirate kept cool and trotted after the Halfling.

" My friend, if things were easy, I'd never get the wild thrill out of it. Hahaha " Chuckling on the horse back, looking behind himself keeping his horse along the path, turning to face Julius as he caught up. Keeping the pace of his horse ahead Julius, to lead him along he way with the map, navigating to the old town.

A few hours of riding on horse back with Julius with little chit chat back and forth, Aseroth's horse let out an large 'nehh' from its mouth as they came to be standing in front of an Icy Stone Castle. Large steel frozen over chains, connecting to the mountain with just an frozen over scenery giving off, the stone looked to be breaking due to erosion and different environmental activities over long periods of time, than an mine shaft giving off an blue glow. None of this really hyping up Aseroth's mood, getting off his horse to look around the entrance for an town name. Searching nearby, about 5 meters from Julius and his horse was a sign saying "Guanyu" Aseroth said out loud so julius heard him. Haven't reading anything about this in the books, he only wondered about the frozen town or castle? He really couldn't tell his cold nature showing up on his face once more. " Aye Julius, this place kind of remind me of ... umm... I don't know.. " losing his train of thought getting his equipment off his horse returning near Julius, preparing to explore the ruins of an castle town?

Julius, dismounted his horse. His gear stayed on, no matter where he went, so taking it off wasn't a problem. Sticking his hands up into the air, he performed a long stretch, deeply cracking his back. This brought a wave of relief upon him. He exhaled slowly as he returned back into a normal stance. The salty dog was getting too old too quick. Chuckling at the thought, he leaned against a stone slab wall. He crossed his arms as Aseroth brought up his thoughts.

"Reminds you of.. I don't know?" Julius questioned, bringing a hand up and clenching the bridge of his nose. "Are you sure you know what you're doing Aseroth?" The pirate continued. A cold breeze then swept by Julius, and it blew his ponytail with it. Virgil was then reminded that he'd been in the same clothes as when he left. He must've left his jacket on the hook or something.
