Appearance: The scroll, when contracted in its holder, is a blue color. There are green patterns encompassing it. There is a magic seal on each side of the scroll, with spikes protruding from each side. The spikes are 5 cm in length. When uncontracted the scroll appears to be tattered, however it is a ancient scroll that has been to many different masters. Each time it has survived unchanged from its tattered appearance. At the bottom of the scroll is a gold clip ,if you will, that when the scroll is contracted holds it in place.
Function:

• Cold Recording - Feeding magoi into the scroll will allow it to record any sort of information the user has knowledge of. It can be used to map a unknown location, create a sketch of someone's face, or record the words of a speaker. All recordings are done in small shards of ice however making them temporary. Recordings last for 1 thread. No magoi cost.
  
  
• Sublimation Shroud[/spoiler] - Feeding magoi into the scroll while its contracted causes a blue mist to spread outwards. The mist is cold and can diffuse light spells of C-tier and below. 10 magoi to activate | 5 magoi to sustain.
