Personality: Wahami is a layered person. To most he appears as a weak,kind-hearted, idiot. Never really saying much in intelligent conversations.  Kind hearted, and generous to a fault. Wahami is the type of person most people tend to trust, till they really know who he is. Deep down inside Wahami is more cold. His entire outer personality is a calculated, ruse. Used to distract others from how he really feels. He feels lonely, often scared, and pretty broken. He treats people kindly and needs people, but the closer someone gets, the more he pushes them away. Wahami may seem like the friendly, slacker type. That everyone comes to know and love. While that is not really who he is. Getting to know him, all sides of him, will require time, and proof. If at any point Wahami views you as a threat, to himself or someone he actually cares about.

The bottom line. Wahami is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Weak, fluffy, and meak to the eyes of the public. Cutt-throat, lonely, and calculated inside. The line between sheep and wolf will blur at times. Depending on the person.

Wahami also has selective mutism. He cannot speak while looking at a guy he finds attractive. Making talking to his crushes (eye-to-eye) nearly impossible.

Likes:
-To Eat: Growing up like him. Food was often scarce. So now when his is allowed to glutton out, he enjoys it, immensely. The tastier and more numerous the food, the happier he is.

-Learning something new: Having a new skill under your belt, or technique mastered. Is the difference between being alive, and being buried. Wahami likes to learn new things, and master things he knows. It means he is stronger to protect the people he cares about.

-Talking to people: A simple conversation can tell you a lot about a person. Wahami likes to see what he can gleam, from something as simple, as banter.

Dislikes:
-Two faced people: He is plenty of two faced enough. Wahami does not need to wonder who else would stab him in the back.

-Superior acting magicians: His mother was strong. Even while unable to use magic she fought like a beast. Anyone who claims non-magical people as trash, angers him more than he is willing to show. Wahami has to mask his emotions better in situations like these.

-The sick: Wahami is not fond of seeing someone sick and suffering from illness. It reminds him of how powerless he was to save his mother.

Aspirations:
-Wahami really wants to meet his dad, to answer some questions. He wants to know why him and his mom were exiled? Why his mom told him never to return to Heliohapt, why can he never tell anyone his real name? Why did he have to grow up the way he did? And was he ever really loved by him? The constant pain of growing up without knowing who you are is painful. Wahami just wants answers to these questions that are constantly causing him pain. All he knows is the name of his father, and a promise to his mom to stay away, until he could stand on his own two feet.

Phobias/fears: Wahami has a fear of losing people he loves. Never in his life, does he ever want to feel like he cannot do something, to save a person he cares about. Losing the first person who raised him to an unknown disease. Having to watch his mother fight for their lives as he grew up. It made him feel powerless and he loved her. Wahami does not want any to get close like that. The more people that get close to his heart the bigger the fear of loss becomes.

Appearance: Normally Wahami can be found wearing puffy white pants, and a tight fitted red vest. When he wears shoes they are normally black in color, so he never needs more than a single pair. Preferring to stay out of standard magician wear. When he does wear the magician clothes his appears to be somewhat wrinkled. As if he spends most of his time sleeping in them. To the unaware eye, Wahami looks like a slouch. His body screams he doesn't exercise like some people. His body is more toned than a standard magician, something most people will not even notice. Although toned he is very skinny, looking slightly malnourished, even when he is eating. While walking Wahami moves with his vest is never buttoned, preferring the breeze.

History: Wahami was born in the wilderness, somewhere along the Reim border. His father is from Heliohapt, being a highly known political figure of sorts. His mother was an assassin from Kou, disguised as a maid, when she met Wahami’s father. Her mission was to kill him, so Kou can gain a political advantage. Killing Wahami’s father one of the Heliohapt-Kou alliance strongest dissenters. Would have given Kou the push they need to form an alliance and move troops into Heliohapt space. Things never work out as planned, Wahami’s mom fell for his father. The man was sweet, kind, and always caring of everyone. Wahami’s mom never told anyone in Heliohapt of her original mission. Some leaders of Kou became enraged at her betrayal. Sending in informants to leak the news of her origins. Claiming that his mom was from a rebel faction of the Kou empire. Wahami’s father was married during all of this, with a sixth child on the way, his wife was jealous of the growing closeness between the two. Had ordered Wahami’s mom to be killed, on attempted murder charges. So Wahami’s mom had no choice but to flee. She could never return to Kou or Heliohapt, she traveled to Reim. Where she found out she had been pregnant for a while. The symptoms she attributed to sickness, was really him as a baby growing. She left Reim as it was not safe, spies from Kou and Heliohapt could be anywhere. When she knew she was pregnant, she did not want anyone else to know. On the border’s of Reim, Wahami was born. Over the years his mom Zhēn Mónǚ as she was often called. Raised him as a wanderer, using her acupuncture, and medicinal knowledge to help cure the less fortunate. From time to time him and his mom would get attacked. Those that knew his mom and made the connection with Wahami only saw death. Then him and his mom would move again. His mother recently passed away from an illness not even she could beat, the sickness being slightly magical in nature. Before she got sick, Wahami asked his mom about the black butterflies starting to follow her. His mom paled asking him details. They immediately started to move again. This time to the city Magnostadt. Travelling his mom asked for another promise and she explained the situation. She was dying, dark magic was going to kill her soon. The reason why he could see the butterflies was because he was gifted. She explained how Magnostadt was run by gifted people like himself. The kind that always watch over their own. He would be safe there, as long as he never used his real name, or told anyone the little bit of his past that he knew. She made him promise that when she died, he would become a powerful magician, meet his father, and set things right. He would always walk with his head held high, and be the very best that he could be. Two miles in front of the gates of Magnostadt. Wahami watched as his mother choked on her own blood, convulsed, and dropped dead. He tearfully buried her as best he could, to keep the wild beasts away, and entered the gates of Magnostadt where his adventures start.
