Get Over Here!: This can be used to pull/damage someone OR to disarm, not both. If it is being used to move them, it cannot cause paralysis. If it is supp/off, then both the paralysis/movement of character and the damage must be nerfed 1 tier, meaning it would only deal C-tier damage.

Whiplash: Again, both the damage and the paralysis must be nerfed a tier.
