Lagi was doing a few stretches, massaging his shoulders as he looked on with a frown. “Damn’ I think I pulled something….” Lagi would say to himself as he continued to fidget with his shoulder. However, regardless of the minor annoyance that Lagi was experiencing with his shoulder “Me? An old friend, well..you can be honest with me at least Lance. You was acting a little shady with the whole orphanage religion thing. Well, I’m not too sure what exactly is you was trying to do till this day, I just remember getting my ear talked off by Octavius from even considering it. I mean, that wasn’t very fun for me. “ Lagi remember like it was just yesterday. He was always eager to help someone in need with whatever problem that they were experiencing. If it was within his wealth and power, Lagi was gaining enough power and influence to ensure that he would not be denied in his involvement. Whenever positive or negative, the King always had the right idea in mind with his actions, even if people didn’t necessarily believe it to be true. When Lance was introducing the three kids, Lagi stood back with his hands folded. “Heh, disciples huh?” Lagi gave them a friendly smile and pointed over to El Drago who was flying away. “So how did you enjoy the ride from the grumpy old man over there?! Was it fun? Did he fly fast enough for ya?” El drago heard the “Grumpy old man” bit and groaned before yelling back at the group before departing. “I HEARD THAT!” After that, the dragon disappeared into the clouds, probably finding a high end place to finish taking his nap that he wouldn’t be disturbed by other people. It was alright though, Lagi was strong enough to take care of himself and he didn’t need any sort of backup from El Drago right now.
After giving the kids some friendly attention towards the cool dragon, Lagi would then look back at Lance with a confused face. “Wait, hold on a second. Let me get this straight. Not only do you want to be a member of the Reim community, but you want to be involved in the unity corps as well? Woah woah woah, slow down there buddy. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say you was a little bit hasty upon joining us so suddenly. “ Lagi would then point over to the brutal training session that Kohai was giving them.
With everything you have, try to kill me, all of you!” The screams from the unity corps grunts were heard as they attacked Kohai with their blades. Kohai disarmed them one by one, moving with lightning reflexes and breaking arms and legs. This was no joke, the fact that the medical field was available to them mean that there was no point in holding back whatsoever. Soon after, Kohai jumped backwards and his Ronin bug twitched and shot a gooey tar substance, which some of them dodged. “ Not bad, no matter what limb I take, you still won’t quit eh?”
This continued for a while and Lagi shrugged. “It’s fine, the danger is real, the pain is apparent, but their lives aren’t forfeit. As the king, I will not let it be, as their leader, I only promote such violence for improvement. “ Lagi would then walk over and pat Lance on the shoulder. “There is something I read about called, “Magicians constitution”, your dedication to the rukh actually gets in the way of your physical prowess. Your growth might take a harder time than most. If you can bear the training, I welcome you with open arms.
