There was something about having a family that Seti envied - Having been raised from birth as a slave, he was not only never allowed to meet his mother but he was never told whether he had siblings or not. He had always acted as if he hadn't, as he had never seen the woman who gave birth to him as his mother and thus anyone who came from her would not have been a sibling, but it was still something that he envied.
Now that he was able to cross the world at his master's whim, he had a lot more time to think about his situation, a "perk" that he had never had during his studies at Magnostadt. It was because of this additional time to deal with the insanity of his situation that he had been feeling more and more lonely as of late. Thus, he was spending a little bit more time at the pub than he probably should.
However, as he had left Mantua behind, knowing that there was a high chance that his crimes would be found out, even after all that he had done to attempt to cover them up, he could no longer go to the same bar as the last time. Instead, he found himself in a small inn called "the sudden drop" in another port down just slightly further down the coat.
The inn itself was wonderful - He wasn't sure how old it was, but the staff appeared to keep it in wonderful shape. The tables and floor were both made of the same rich wood, it had a great view of the nearby port, and there were none of the same bad smells that usually came from a place filled with tonnes of different people. The only real smell was that of the other patrons smoking, and he had dealt with the bad smell of tobacco plenty in Magnostadt for it not to bother him any more.
Sitting in a booth near the back of the smoke-filled room, Seti allowed himself to settle in. The seat itself was remarkably comfortable, and with the window being open to the summer air he was able to get a fair amount of air that was free from the smoking patrons' air pollution. A large glass of wine in front of him, he could sit here the entire night and not have a single issue.
