Description: The user delivers a scalding slash at 15 m/s. By scraping the ground or another object, the user create friction a moment before coming in contact with the opponent. When this technique lands, the heat from the blade scalds the opponent and deals C-Tier damage while dealing 2nd degree burns. (This technique may also be used by scraping the user's metallic guard/secondary weapon.).

Just a couple minor things about abilities in general.

The first thing is that abilities force an effect to occur; a slash, a parry, a disarm, a poisoning ability, a smokescreen. Each of these effects are categorized as Offensive, Defensive or Supplementary. If a strike were to force a specific state upon an opponent other than damage or parrying an ability, it would be considered supplementary (knocking an opponent back, stunning them, pushing them away, reducing their speed). Keep in mind that this means it would reduce the effectiveness of each portion of the ability by 1 tier.

The second thing I would like to mention is that abilities themselves will have as little wording as possible, as all of the roleplay wording should be made when you actually use the ability. A sword slash should be:

"The user sends out a horizontal sword slash at 10 m/s to inflict D-Tier damage."

Or something along those lines. Dry, yes, but that's for simplicity's sake.

The last thing I want to mention is that each ability can only have 1 weapon type extended to it or, in the event that there are multiple attacks, can only be used when all the weapon types listed in that section are currently in use. This means 'Sword' or 'Blade', 'Polearm', 'Body' for martial arts... 'Melee weapons' cannot be one, unfortunately. The mechanic is slightly gamey, but that's how the systems are. Now, onto the abilities themselves.



Geminate:
You'll probably actually want to remake this one entirely. There are no limits to the number of times you can attack in one post. Your abilities should not have mention in the description of paying stamina here and there, as that's all handled by the 'cost' rules of the ability system.

Saggam:
2 issues with this ability. The first of which is that it does D-Tier damage, and it numbs a person, making this an Offensive/Supplementary ability, which isn't possible for D-Tier abilities. The second of which is that it numbs a person and slows them by 5 m/s. This is the Paralysis status effect, which is limited to Lightning Magic and those who follow the Stealth Guidelines for Specialization here.


Disrupt:
This ability is a Paralysis ability, which is limited to Lightning magic and Stealth Specialization.

Neomgi:
Unarmed and armed parries must be listed as separate abilities.

Scalding Slash
This is an extremely strange ability, but that's all I have to say about it XD. I don't know if Ari or Azix will have any problems with it, but for now it's okay.
