You've got a couple more free D-tier starter ability slots. When you're ready to get those approved be sure to mark them as starters so staff knows you don't need to train them.

There you can find all the movement speeds damage, and ranges for abilities of each tier are.

Kuikku-Mahi
-Needs movement speed for the attack
-The durations for effects should be in posts not time intervals. The guidelines have a section on paralysis as well

Ken-Danmaku
-Drop the part about multiple hits giving a concussion but you also don't need to list the drawback of your defenses being weaker.

Sanpo Kenju
-Needs movement speed for the attack

Osoishi
-Because of the way damage split between attacks works, you need to list the number of jabs performed. All of the jabs would need to hit for full C-tier damage to be dealt.
