Black... as far as the eye could see. The girl lay there cradled in darkness, feeling nothing. Seeing nothing. Hearing nothing. Nothing but memories of a war long past, a love long and lost, friends now gone. Her hands gripped upon something tighter as the scenes played in her head, like memories in the fog. Hours seemed like days, Minutes like weeks. The encroaching darkness devoured every memory in it's wake. The darkness came ever closer, until... she felt the loving touch of a hand caress her shoulder. Not just one but two. This was the first thing she was able to feel in a long while. Slowly but surely cracks of light had begun to show. It was so bright but soon the darkness simply shattered revealing a field of flowers. She had heard a name call for her, and whipped around fast to see. However before getting a clear look at the face a bright white light blinded her.

Blinking awake the girl felt... groggy. As if she had been asleep for years. Her eyes adjusted to the room lighting seeing the faces of two men she had not seen in a long time. Their faces were as shocked as she was. "D-Dad? G-Grandpa?" All at once Lestacia's emotions had flooded out. She had not seen these men in years. A tearful reunion ensued. Looking more around the room Lestacia could see that she was in her old room in Magnostadt. Her hair had gotten longer, her body aged to that of a young woman. She was shocked after she looked at the mirror in front of her. "H-How long was I out?!" The two men looked at each other nervously. "HOW LONG WAS I OUT!?" The girl shouted, and the on to give in was Lestacia's grandfather. '6...'

"What? Days, Weeks, Months?" Lestacia Frantically spout out.

'Years...' Her grandfather stated. 'But do not worry we kept you well thanks this entire time with the help of your father. He knew a very talented Physician who assisted us in keeping your body in top shape.

Edmunds words had begun to fall on deaf ears as The platinum blonde began processing what the man was saying. So during the 6 years she was out, the entire Kou war had been done. Tears had begun streaming down her face. She had been out this long. What happened to her friends? Had they all died? Had they all forgotten about her? What about Adrastos? Did he cast her aside and think her dead? Snapping back to reality by her growling stomach the girl's Father would set a fresh plate of stew on her lap for the girl to eat.

"Eat up Fire-Fly!" He'd say giving her a slight smile. He had been happy she was awake but knew she'd be wanting to leave as soon as she ate her fill. Lestacia gorged the stew down and asked for seconds before putting on her clothes. Grabbing her weapons, Lestacia would head out after having a coupe hours worth of conversation with her folks. Once more she'd head out the door using her strength magic to fly High over the city of Magnostadt. Magic seemed to come back to her naturally as the rukh flared around the girl as if they were glad to see her awake once more. The girl would land gracefully upon the street below and enter the smithy she landed in front of. She shop had been closed for 6 years however Lestacia switched the lights. They'd flicker to life as the dust riddled Magic shop would reopen for business. She removed the cloths and boards from her shop and switched the sign to open for the first time in years. When was it last a magic tool had been forged in this shop. She had no clue however Lestacia was going to start to make sure she hadn't lost her touch.

As the girl sat at the counter she eyed the tools she once used to make minor magic items. She made toys for kids, or some other useful tools to assist people in their day to day but Lestacia never really created anything of substantial Value. She wanted to create something that would aid her friends, and protect them. The girl would snap her fingers in a euraka moment. "SHIELDS!" With that Lestacia would get to work on the shields putting on an Apron and smashing away at the steel whilst using Magic to aid her in the Heavier areas. The heat was unbearable however... that was the least of her worries. What she made was... less than impressive. In fact you could say it was down right atrocious. It would have caused more harm to the wielder holding it than than it would protecting them. Lestacia pondered a bit more.

"What can I do... The girl snapped her fingers again once more and put out a work order for the shields to be done instead so she could imbue them with a specific effect herself. The girl was quite good at that.

A couple days would pass when FINALLY! The shields would arrive! Lestacia's Eyes lit up with glee clutching them tightly in her shop as she was finally able to proceed with the process needed to create these shields. Lestacia channeled the magoi in the area surrounding the two shields she had a pretty good plan as to what she wanted done with the first shield!

The immediately streams of Blue and Violet Magoi had begun to feed into the shield. Absorbing into every Crevice until it glowed as purple as the night sky. In the other streams of Orange and Red Magoi streamed straight in as passionate as the cruel Sun both of which Had Lestacia's crest in the Center as to Identify her own works! The girl smiled and continued her work channeling the Magoi and their specific effects. She had already Picked out names for them! Lunax and Solax. The shields both began to glow brighter and brighter almost blinding the people passing by her shop. As she wiped the sweat from her brow the glowing would soon stop and there upon the table sat 2 beautiful shields one as bright as the sun, the other as dark as the night sky but sharing the same radiance. Now that the easy aesthetics were finished, now began the hard part. Imbuing the effects. The main issue with things of this nature were if you were not careful. The magoi would disrupt and cause a many various effects to happen. Focus was needed for this part! Which was especially why she WAS NOT going to do both at the same time. Especially after being asleep for 6 years. She decided to work on Lunax first as it was her favorite of the two. The violet accents really just did it for her. The platinum blonde girl used a bit of the remaining magoi she had to spare in working on that shield before passing out in her workshop.

Once morning broke she found a hot meal laid beside her with a coffee. Smiling and assuming it was the work of her father the girl would continue her work. From the early morning to the late evening the cycle continued on this singular shield for days before it was deemed ready. It was a magical inscription she had never done before thus, making it incredibly hard to focus on but finally the first of both shields were completed. Lunax right now was incredibly special and the only one of it's kind. A large Shield imbued with Lestacia's very own Creation! Diamond Dust Magic. Lestacia would test out her creation and channel Magoi into it. The Blue and Violet Magoi began Encircling the Shield and Soldifying upon it Creating a massive Tower shield on the Table. There was a slight issue however. For however long Magoi was channeled into the shield, she couldn't change direction all to well. Her speed seemed to be cut in half in order to incredibly increase her defense. Otherwise the shield worked amazingly well. Now for the other one.

Lunax:

This one was going to be a problem not only did Lestacia not have a proper plan for this shield but it was going to be an issue nonetheless. The girl pondered a bit more thinking what to do about this second shield and clasped her fingers together with a smile. She knew exactly what to do! The girl began to get to work channeling her remaining magoi before passing out. The same cycle would repeat itself as she worked tirelessly over the workshop bench. Her body was getting used to channeling magoi again and her Mind was finally being put at ease. She was going to have no problem casting magic now, even though she was out of practice. Lestacia brushed a strand of hair from her cheek and took off her work gloves. This Shield was REALLY kicking her ass. Not only was it a shield but it had to be an Offensive one. One that people wouldn't expect to be struck by. The girl would come back to the shield another day. It was getting late and now it had been a solid 3 weeks since she had been home. The girl was exhausted. Flying back to her family was what she wished to do now but mark her words that shield WILL be finished. However the girl made incredible progress upon it. Not only did she succeed in making them both maneuverable shields but they were also incredibly durable. The girl smiled before landing upon her roof top alerting her father and Grandfather of her arrival.

"1 Shield done! 1 more to go." With that Lestacia Plopped upon the couch before drifting off into a deep slumber.

Lestacia was now in a deep sleep dreaming of multiple case files she had read on specific people. More specifically they were her fathers case files however she couldn't understand why he had them and who these ppeople were in the first place. There was one man named Yao-Su. Thankfully her photographic memory brought up the memory word for word.

Yao-su was born in a distant village of Sui-ren. Sui-ren lied upon an island off the coast of Balbadd. While a young boy Yao's family had been a lineage of purebred Magicians from the start except for him. He himself was never able to use magic to it's full extent. As a Child he was only able to summon small gusts of wind that would be mistaken for a summer breeze. No matter how mucch he worked on it he was never able to improve upon this. His Family had shunned him, calling him a disgrace to the Su name.

At the age of 12, he was kicked out from the village and left to survive only with his wand and the clothes on his back. He happened upon a group of pirates and raiding a nearby village off the coast. He was made a slave and sold to the highest bidder in the land of Kou. His buyer was an old Swordsman, by the name of Lukas. Lukas taught the by how to hold a sword and wield it like a demon, and strike to kill. As the boy entered his twenties, he had looked for a way to increase his sword fighing prowess. He was not yet a master but nowhere near the novice level where he once was. He decided to resume training his magic again along with his Swordsmanship. Although Neither were perfected, both covered the faults in each other. He figured out that his magic if combined with his sword would cause devastating attacks if channeled for a certain amount of time. While during his training his new home was attacked. His master was defeated and killed by the woman. Yao obviously challenged the woman to a battle so he could avenge his masters death. It was a losing battle but he didn't go down without a considerable effort. Instead of Killing the Man, [REDACTED] instead gave him a propostion. "Live as her right hand and the first of The Scarred!" or "Die a weak warrior without a name!" In the End he would choose to live.

Based in Kou, he has now worked years on training his magic sword style Combat and has earned the name, The Last Breath, because thats what you take before he kills you. He now awaits the day for the woman to make her big move upon the city that scorned her.

The next case file was about another Magician. Named Lavier De Luna. Lavier De Luna was born a magician in Baladd. Her Prowess with water Magic made it exceptionally useful to help ships through the stormy seas every now and again.

As a child, she was spoiled, rotten. She was given everything she wanted at a young age and grew up like this for years. Her family was known throughout the area of Balbadd for their Trading business. Her family had Merchants travel near and far, for payments and to get product. The De Luna Merchants were found to be quite brutal in their approach to rival businesses. If a problem arose they'd send their Daughter, who was quite adept with water magic, Lavier. Lavier De Luna showed no mercy to those that stood in her families way of success. She'd destroy other transport vessels via seas if they didn't pay her family Tax for entering balbadd, otherwise she'd kill them without a thought.

A mercenary had been hired to deal with the girl at a certain point in Time. Lavier's family had fallen to this woman in less than a day. With only Lavier Left alive the woman in various accounts and statements Recognized the girl's skill and gave her an ultimatum. Serve as a general in her personal army or die. The girl would choose to live in the end, and as a gift the mercenary woman left the business that she had taken over in Lavier De Luna's care. until further notice. As the years Passed Lavier would improve upon her magical skills focusing on mainly Water magic. She is currently feared in the business world and has earned the nickname "The Raging Tide".
It seemed as though someone was gathering an army exactly but who?! Lestacia would keep tracing her memory back in order to find out more.

Next case file! Soleil Emrakul! Maybe remembering her file would at least assist in having Lestacia complete that shield! Soleil Emrakul was born a native magician in Heliohapt. Her parents weren't anything special, normal citizens. She lived a completely normal life. Her parents simply worked as Archeologists to uncover the mysteries of the land that surrounded them.

Ever since the girl was young, Soleil had an... explosive temper. She'd get angry at the smallest of things that angered her. Pain, Failure, Disappointment, the list goes on. Her passion burns brighter than that of a thouand suns. She got into a lot of fights even as a child. Her anger always got the best of her in the end. Soleil's Parents could never discover the source of her short temper, so they decided to bring her along their excavations. It doubled as a learning experience especially because her mother was a magician. She specialized in heat Magic and Taught the girl such spells during their travels. Although her mother never fully mastered the Magic Soleil was taught the fundamentals. This training proved useful because the Archeology Caravans in heliohapt were always raided by bandits looking to find something valuable. This time however they had Soleil to fend them off. Soleil would make quick work of her enemies burning them to a crisp, as her flames danced across the battlefield like they did upon the sun itself. It was all so very Beautiful to watch and deadly to be on the opposing end.

One Night bandits had attacked the camp while everyone slept. It was only because the person who was killed last screamed and alerted the remaining Archeologists. In a flurry of fire and black cloaks, Soleil would burn the tent from over their heads and fight off the nearby assailants. She'd protect her family until her very last breath if she had to. The pain her enemies had caused only fueled her anger, giving power to the already angered girl. She soon became blind with Rage Destroying everyone and everything in her path. Her parents hid away within the ruins, where it was safe for the moment, and curled up as flames flared above them. The flames around Soleil soon died down but the fight wasn't over she simply enacted her final solution. She'd absorb the oxygen within the air and release it all at once to combust it in their Faces. As everyone died around her only one female remained. She'd pick the girl up by her neck and ask for a name. Soleil would tell it to her floating in and out of consciousness. The woman offered the girl an ultimatum. She could go freely with her parents or, She could kill them and her. Soleil chose for her beloved family To live and trained her Magic to heights not just anyone could reach earning her the title, "The Burning Sun".

That was it the Case files ended there as Lestacia woke up in the dead of night pondering her thoughts. The case files had given her ideas on new weapons to create. And it helped her finally designate a purpose for Solax, one to rival that of Lunax! Lestacia would immediately leave the house and proceed to her workshop before her family awoke. It wouldn't even take long. Since Lestacia had already done the difficult inscription she could work on Solax a bit faster than before. The girl would smile before setting her hammer and tools down. "I-I think I think I did it. Something to finally surprise that boy with!" If he could even use it that was. With that said Solax was complete and both shields were put in the back of her shop. Lestacia would turn off the light and smile. "Oh ho ho, we're about to really screw with the balance of power aren't we!"
