Description:

    Lighting consumes the legs of the caster as they take a single step pushing against the metals in the earth having magentic push from them sending the user 10 meters in any direction.

    Lighting courses around the caster's feet as they lift a leg in a kicking motion pushing away a metal based attack  from either a weapon or an ability.  Reversing the magnetic pull of the boots on his feet the magentic pushes C tier and lower attacks away from Julius.
