Ani's Secondary Profession

Profession Title: High Kommandant
Description: Through the creation of a mercenary corps during the Kou civil war to it becoming an independent military Ani's work as the commander of her Raiders has shaped her into an elite commander. As the head of a military Ani has not only become a capable commander skilled in the organization but is also a master at maintaining and building her forces.
Profession Perks:

• Master Recruiter- Through building up an army from her own recruiting efforts Ani has become an expert at figuring out to find what people are looking for military life and what to offer to people to get them to join her forces. Through completion of jobs related to military or recruitment Ani is able to gain recruit soldiers who start at D-tier and must be upgraded to get stronger. (Recruits will be pulled from whatever group Ani is trying to recruit in the thread and number will be dependent on Job Tier. All Soldiers will belong to her Faction The Azure Raiders which she leads.)

  • C-tier- Through completion of a C-tier Job Ani recruits 25 D-tier units for a recruit regiment from attempts to recruit from larger groups or making an effort to appeal to a larger recruiting pool.
    
  • B-tier- Through the completion of a B-tier job where Ani makes a great deal towards recruiting from a large group of people and makes a show of force with units or members of her faction Ani is able to gain 125 D-tier units for an Azure Raider Recruit Regiment.
    
  
  
  
• Master of Drills and Tactics- Being the leader of an independent military with multiple units and elite squads has given Ani high proficiency in developing formations, attacks, and other tactics that she drills into her soldiers writing all the training plans for her faction's military.
  Ani can choose to forgo the Huang cost for upgrading faction units and instead go through a training thread. All units trained by Ani gain one additional ability.
  
  D-tier to C-tier: 1,000 WC
  C-tier to B-tier: 1,500 WC
  B-tier to A-tier: 2,000 WC
  

Overall, since this is a profession that is meshing with the faction system, I'm taking that into regards while grading this.

Master Recruiter

Would these units be separate or added onto the soldiers you purchase through the faction shop? I feel like that needs to be clarified.

Instead of *job*, these would be obtained through *assignments*.

If they all begin as D tier units, how are you training them? Upgrades to units through the faction system is a one-time purchase.

Master of Drills and Tactics

In my opinion, I believe that you would need to choose either or. *Yes*, you're writing a somewhat sizable word count to upgrade these units. But it doesn't feel like it's large enough to justify the cost that you would have to pay normally nor garner an additional ability on top of that.

Suggestions

I would suggest making these soldiers a separate entity outside of what you purchase through factions. While they will go into your faction inventory, they are a separate force.

This way, you can make different squadrons with soldiers of varying tiers. It allows you to create more diversity to your army.

For the second perk, with the above in mind, I would keep this as is and consider it fine to upgrade those units. You could keep the single additional ability this way as well.
