Requirements/Drawbacks: This spell must be charged for a period of time before use, leaving the user open to attack and possible interruption. The user is also in danger of being caught in the blast radius if it is large enough.
Scaling: AoE (Adds 5m per 10 Magoi)
Sustain: 0

Description:

    With this spell, Nioh charges the rukh required at the end of his finger or staff, the energy being formed as an orb of crackling electricity about 15cm in diameter. Over the course of a post, the orb is compressed, the electricity ceasing its crackling as it shrinks to the size of a small marble about 2cm in diameter. Once fully compressed, the user is capable of launching the marble up to a distance of 10m away from them. Upon reaching its maximum range, or coming in contact with an opponent or obstacle, the orb explodes outward over a 5m area in a blast of electricity, dealing D-Tier damage to all those caught within.

Requirements/Drawbacks: The range of this technique requires the target to be within close range, putting the user at a greater risk if they are somehow capable of avoiding it.

Description:

    This spell causes the user to channel electricity into their off hand for a moment before performing a flicking motion outwards with all of their fingers. This sends a wave of electricity forwards in a 90° cone that reaches up to 1m away from them. Targets caught in the wave have pulses of incapacitating electricity sent through their system, causing one of their limbs to lock up and paralyzing it for 1 post, halting all motions they were previously making with said limb as it seizes.

Type: Defensive
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: This spell requires the user to draw their staff or wand in front of them with both hands while channeling it, rendering them incapable of using other spells until it is dropped.
Scaling: Defense (Adds 1 Tier to durability per 10 Magoi)
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10
Description:

    With this spell, the user channels electricity into their staff or wand while holding it in front of themselves with both hands, as though in prayer. The electricity branches up wards and then down, cascading in a dome in a 1m area around the user as it anchors itself to the ground. This dome of electricity acts as a shield for the user, defending them from D-tier attacks so long as it is sustained, though it is broken after it sustains an attack C-tier or above, not negating the damage but dropping it 1 tier so long as it is not greater than C-tier.

    In order to use this spell, the user points the top end of their staff/wand at a target while channeling a large amount of electricity into the tip. The electricity is then launched at their target in the form of a bolt of lightning, reaching up to 3m away from the user as it travels. Upon impacting a target or object, the bolt deals D-tier damage and is capable of piercing up to D-tier defenses due to the sheer penetrative power of the lightning.

Class: Magician
Type: Defensive
Range: Long
Requirements/Drawbacks: The spears are created stationary, requiring the user to wield them manually after the spell is enacted.
Scaling: Hits (Adds 2 ammo per 10 Magoi)
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2
Cost: 20
Description:

    The user channels electricity into their palm before drawing it out into a shape with their other hand, the lightning extending out into two spears of crackling energy that float besides the user. After being created, the user can either take a spear in hand to use as a weapon, whether in melee combat as a potent weapon or as a thrown instrument. If thrown, the spears move in the direction chosen up to 15m away from the user; any method of attacking with the spears deals D-tier damage to anything they strike. These spears remain at the user's side until they are used, though will fade two posts after their creation.

Lightning Weave- D-tier abilities can only paralyze one full limb, with it going up to full body at A-tier.

Lightning Veil- A B-tier attack would break through full as well since it's two tiers higher

Lightning Bolt- Has to be cast through your wand or staff

Lightning Spear- So Like the idea as long it does seem its going through the staff, each spear would do D-tier damage totaling for C-tier damage. They would hit once and do their damage, you could make them as buff that lasts a couple posts, which would make them supplementary. It would last for 2 posts since effects start at 1 post at D-tier up to four posts at A-tier. You could use them to do extra damage or defend yourself, maybe even combo with other abilities but it would be treated as a weapon, just depends what you want to do.


Overall I really like your ideas and concepts, I do want to note that speeds are most of the time compared to how fast it moves to something else with tiered speed really only being for movement, so while its not really doing any harm it might confuse, because why your abilities would get faster as you get stronger you are using lightning so its still somewhat fast compared to other moves of its tier.
