Trait Description: From the power bestowed upon Julius by the power of Illah, a pair of magic circles have appeared on his split palms; etched deep into the calcium of his bones. With these magic circles, the Plague Wand in which he has fused himself now emits a low eery green glow making his bones look sickly.
Trait Effect:

  • Hand Casting: The magic circles etched into the bones of his hand react to the magoi in his body, allowing him to use them as a catalyst to command the black rukh around him. This works on any tier of spells of any magic types the user has learned. Any requirements and/or restrictions on magician weapons apply as well.

  • Sicken Touch: With the plague wand not part of his bone and self, Julius can now apply the Plague magic Effects onto those who come into contact with his bones. This means the user creates plagues that deal damage over time. Those affected by plague magic will suffer from vomiting and cramps once a post for a minimum of three posts.

At the end of each arm is a stinger that deals D-tier piercing damage. The creature movies at D-tier speeds and D-tier endurance.Must remain within 40 meters of the caster.  Monster last 1 post unless sustained. [/list]

[*]D-Tier[Normal]: The flesh-eating bacteria evolves rapidly eating away at a .3 meter circle in the infected area applying D-tier Damage. The spell is a small beam of about .2 meters in diameter and 100 meters of range.

Magic swirls around the caster as they stab their stave into the ground. Upon doing so purple magic burst from the stave and lifts into the air, black butterfly-like creatures known as ruhk sputter around in a spiral as the caster's life magic forms into a green mist that covers a 40-meter diameter sphere around him, inflicting others with a flesh-eating bacteria crafted from life magic. The mist is 2m far from him upon cast. Once a person even if the caster enters, bacteria in the form of a rash will slowly eat at their flesh resulting in a slight sickly green hue to the flesh dealing D tier damage. The mist lasts for the entire post before dispersing it by the next post. The rash appears where contact with the mist is made.[/list]

Pure magic emits from the caster's stave as it pours onto the surface of the wand. As the Magic consumes it, it would pull from it many microorganisms and combine them into a single being of horror. This beast would be a worm-like creature that travels underground. It lays about 1.5 meters long and .5meters wide. Its mouth is dressed with 12 teeth, 6 on top 6 on the bottom. The creature eats the dirt as it travels for D tier speeds and its bite deals C tier damage. The worm may not move further than 40 meters from the caster. The worm last 2 posts before needing to be sustained or the spells ends. The worm can take up to C tier damage before being dispelled.  [/list]

The user points their weapon at the target they wish to hit. Red Lightning starts to build around the weapon until enough electricity builds up swirling around the weapon before being cast out traveling at C tier speeds covering up to 20 meters. When the Spell is cast the lightning takes the form of a snakehead. When the spell hits the target it does so by making look as if the snake sinks its fangs into the target. When it hits the target it applies D tier Arc burns and paralyzes the limb hit. This prevents the limb from moving for 1 post. The snakehead is .5 meters in height and can be up to 20 meters in length. [/list]

Those who are touched or breathe the toxic gas began to feel uneasy before taking internal damage to their organs for C tier damage and the skin starts to eat away at the meat for C tier damage. This would be strong enough to crush bone and even metal beams.  This would be an AoE attack stretching out 25 meters in every direction from the caster. [/list]

[b]Appearance:[/b] The stave is a dark black color with a gloss like finish to it. Unlike most walking sticks it is pure metal and forged as a blade such as a sword, or even a mace.  The difference is there is no sharp edge on the sides of the 0.9144-meter shaft.  The Tip does have a bit of a point to get a good stab into the dirt grounds one would find in most countries.  There is no ball at the end of this stave or any rounded end, Juul's hold onto the side of this work of art, it would seem impractical to have such an odd stave but it made sense to him.

[*]Trick[C Tier]- By feeding magoi into Trick, the user can fire a single beam of black light no larger than 5 CM.  Upon being hit with the beam the targets worst fears are brought to life before them. The beam deals no damage to what it hits but summon forth their worst nightmare.  Anything that is hit with one of these spells also has a paranoia and disorientation effect applied to them for 1 post. The Summon is of C tier, deals C tier Damage, and last for 2 Post unless sustained.  Summon can only take Up to C tier damage before being destroyed.  Summons are within the range of C tier abilities depending on the Targets fears.


[*]Treat[C Tier}-  By feeding magoi into Treat, the user fires out a dark lightning bolt from the flint pistol into a non living object. The object is then brought to life for 2 post, the animation persists 1 post after releasing the spell if sustained.  Objects count as a C Tier summoning and thus follows, deals C tier Damage and can only take C tier Damage.  If an Object is destroyed it can't be shot again.

Supercharging all metal in the area around his body, the caster uses this enhanced magnetic field coupled with his over-energized body with Lightning Magic, to move at such speeds that they fade from view for seconds. This first translates to a black lightning-like armor that shrouds the user, being treated as a form of magical armor with A-tier item durability. While black lightning armor is still intact, the user's Zoran Step is enhanced. Now, the user can move between 20 - 200 meters in a single step, vanishing from one point and appearing at another. This form will continue to last until the armor is destroyed. The physical perception of the user is a living black bolt of electricity.
[*][i]Omega Factor~ [b][color=#00ffff]Zoran's Field[/color][/b] ~[/i] The result of moving with Zoran's step will generate an additional trail of black lightning pulsing with magnetic energy, following the user's path. The Wake is 40 meters long and 10 meters in diameter. Those who are caught in the wave will be given a powerful push of magnetic energy that locks people and things whose composition contains water to be locked in place, floating 5 meters off the ground. This is translated to an A-tier immobility status effect that lasts for one post. This status effect can only be applied once per post for each individual affected and cannot be repeatedly stacked, not the target(s) in a single post(looping, etc).  However, the status effect can be applied again (if successfully used) in the following post.
