Abilities: Revolutionary can move at c-tier speeds. He can attack with his limbs or the chains with C-tier damage.
Wrap Up: Using the chains on his wrists or around his ankles to block up to D-tier Damage and binding the attacking limb for one post.
Chain Whip: The Revolutionary's punches can be followed up by the chain coming at the same target 5M in front of his strike for C-tier damage.
