Primary Profession
Related Class: Beast Tamer
Profession Title: Animal Caretaker
Description: Despite his insufferable personality, animals seen rather fond of him - as shown in his strong bond with his dear leopard, Sheleg. He returns their inclination toward him by adopting far too many animals.
Profession Perks:

  • Rènshì. Having encountered and taken care of many animals, he has become familiar with many types of animals. With the help of an excellent memory and great familiarity with each animal species and breed, he can easily differentiate between similar looking animals without needing a book or a comparison chart.

  • Xùnfú. Much time is spent playing with animals. As a result, he is extremely familiar with the animals, allowing him to effectively train them by using his knowledge of how they respond to certain scenarios and situations. This allows him to shorten training sessions to a matter of a day rather than multiple days.
Note: While this perk may shorten the amount of days it takes to train beasts, as well as the Beast Tamer class (it does not effect any secondary or tertiary class training), it does not shorten the word count minimum.

  • Dǎsǎo Perhaps the most tedious job of an animal caretaker: grooming. On the upside, it allows him to collect the fur, feathers, and scales the animals shed. Very beneficial for collecting fabric materials.

Secondary Profession
Profession Title: Tailor
Description: With Matthew's obsession with Kou culture comes a desire to study the clothing comes a desire to make his own. As it turns out, he is a natural when it comes to sewing. He picks up quickly as if he has been sewing his entire life.
Profession Perks:

  • Bù. As a thorough and particular tailor, he has acquainted himself with the appearance, smell, and feel of fabrics to the point of easy recognition and distinction between fabrics.

  • Chuàngzuò. As it turns out, places like the tailor store are prime social places full of gossiping women. Thanks to his status as being nearly invisible he can learn a great deal about the ongoing in and outside of Kou. The more popular his store becomes, the more people come, the larger his range of news becomes.
Note: B-Tier through Ω-Tier perks must be staff approved/information gained from previous rps.

    • D-Tier: He can learn about the baby that has just been born next door, or how ridiculous so-and-so looks in that new dress. Trivial information he may store for later.

    • C-Tier: He can learn about the newest decree by their current emperor and just how much so-and-so hates/loves Yoshiro. Slightly more important information, though he thinks it would be more advantageous if he actually cared about Kou's current political state.

    • B-Tier: He finds himself visited by people higher up the social ladder (or visited by their servants). From the servants learning about the drama going on inside so-and-so's household becomes ridiculously easy. Good knowledge if he plans on exploiting anyone later on.

    • A-Tier: At this point he is garnering customers from all across Kou. It isn't uncommon for him to be visited by the servants of important authorities in Kou. From servants he can learn about important blackmail material as well as future legislations to be decided upon. Little happens in Kou that he does not know of or has not expected. It is probably a good thing the only reason he listens to gossip is out of boredom. The only drama he cares about is his own drama.

    • Ω-Tier: A famous tailor - it wouldn't be completely unheard of for him to be visited personally by famous people. His popularity also extends outside of Kou to other nations. He finds himself being visited by foreigners. He shows a wider and more vast knowledge of events happening in the outside world compared to his fellow compatriots. His understanding of obscure events certainly allows him to connect with many people, yet he seems to prefer himself to actually making deep bonds with others.

Chuaàngzuò.

You would only be able to apply the B through Ω Tier sections based off of staff approval or if whatever your character heard was a pre-existing thread. I just wanted to advise you to add a note in the perk to make that clear.

Xùnfú.

Could you specify what you're trying to do with this perk? I'm not sure I understand it completely. I just want to make sure you're not trying to eliminate the commands you have to make when commanding beasts.
