After the twenty-fifth batch of the Salatis drug, Lagi started to notice that he was running out of the spare Wossycin herbs that were being supplied to him by the remnant dark hand member in the vicinity. It wasn't their fault, it was just that Lagi was using up a lot more than he anticipated when it came to having enough to support the army of Kou at a crucial moment. Then again, when and how they used the drug was none of Lagi's concern, even though those important decisions can also spell out the conclusions as to how this war would play out. On top of that, with the brutality of the war continuing at such a rate, the border of Kou was highly guarded and on edge of individuals that were fighting for Gao's side, and it was ok that they had their suspicions. It's just that it could get int he way of Lagi's plans if he were to send out the word from his other comrades to send him some more herbs that he could use in order to make a difference in this continuing war. "Prep a messenger, I need to make more Salatis. This wouldn't be enough and one of the reasons why the Kou empire could say no to making a deal with us could be that the demand is higher than the supply. I want us to be at a limit that75% of our supply is more than enough of a guarantee."

After sending word to the dark hand members that lived in heliohapt and awaited the message back from the same members, Lagi received information that there was a shipment of some sort that was headed for Kou. It had the supplies that Lagi asked for, but it was up to Lagi top deal with the security at that time in order to make sure that everything would successfully find it's way into the city. Assembling some members of the dark hand at their temporary base of operations, Lagi would sit down with the rest of them to come up with a decent plan. "So, i head that they would be disguised as a pilgrimage group with some farm animals as well. These animals are Pentax, they supply seeds based off of their diet. That means if we leave some Wossycin herbs for the Pentax to eat, they could supply us with herbs seedling that could lead to the creation of making more than what we gave them. Since these aren't fruits, the ay that it'll be supplied will work a little differently, but trust me, I'm the expert here.

After that, Lagi started to talk about the plan that would lead to getting the pilgrims in safely. "I'll need an official uniform of the Kou empire, a well as a forged letter. Do you think you can manage that? Once you deliver it to me, i'll head outside of Kou at dawn to meet with the delivery.

"So good of you to make it...." Lagi would say casually as he used mask change and voice change in order to put on a display of an average Kou guard. After massaging his face and throat with his fingers to shif it the way that he wanted, Lagi was ready. He had the clothes ready and he also had the fake notarized letter for the rest of the group. "But first, let me check the wares, alright?" The pilgrims nodded their heads, fully knowing of the situation and didn't even flinch when they saw. Lagi change himself in such a way, which led him to believe that they were on the level about what the Dark hand was and what they were going to accomplish. "You must be Requiem Jynx, correct? " Revealing the cage in the back, there was a few Pentax that immediately caught Lagi's attention. " What happened here?" Lagi opened the cage and immediately took hold of the creatures in a kind manner, hushing their wailing. " This one is injured...." Lagi would say as he took out Duality and then stood back, wiping at the creature and causing the other pilgrims to leave out a gasp. "You just ...killed it?" However, Lagi was using Mercy, and the strike did the opposite of damage. "nine...ten....they are all here, and I'm sure you expect to be paid handsomely. " Taking out some money, Lagi would give them a reasonably sized bag of gold for them to have for themselves. " It's about time that you finish this job, the dark hand appreciates your cooperation. Even criminals have integrity..."

After paying the pilgrims handsomely and being sure that they were properly motivated to finish the job that the dark hand had hired them for in the first place, Lagi started to lead them, the rest of the way towards Kou on foot. However, like Lagi exected, they were stopped by the border patrol of Kou that immediately stopped them in their tracks. "Halt! Who goes there?!" They started expecting and looking at people in the face before turning to Lagi. "Why aren't you at your post?" Lagi huffed and then shown a letter that stated the reason for the pilgrim's escort. It was basically a made up story that spoke of how those forced to fight for Gao's army were taken from neighboring villages that wanted nothing to do with the violence. "So you liberated these people? Where is the rest of your squad?"

Hired mercenaries, they seemed to be more concerned with the killing than the safety of the people. Either way, I'd rather let those violent maniacs be the perfect distraction since we already paid them for their services. " Looking at the creatures, the other Kou guards would grunt and nod their head. The main individual took one last look at the doctrine and then handed it back to Lagi. "You may proceed. " It was easy enough, but only because the Dark hand specialized I espionage in some fashion. With the letter being accepted, all that was left was to unload and being the creation of more drugs.
