Description:

    When within striking range of his opponent Dynatos moves swiftly. His movements are quick and precise. He strikes various points in his opponents body. These points are their pressure points. There are 4 strikes in total, each deals C Tier damage. However there is also another purpose for his strikes. His quick strikes cause his opponents body or limbs to numb for 4 posts. It feels as if that part of their body is asleep, so they are unable to move it effectively. Only a parrying ability of equal or higher tier can evade the attack.(Dependent on where Dynatos strikes.)

Requirements/Drawbacks: Must be standing still in a relaxed position and lean forward slightly.
Scaling: AoE

Cost: 40 Magoi - Sustain: 10 Magoi
Description:

    Dynatos put his hand into his pockets and stands casually. He then leans forward slightly. Although his movements seem harmless a dome of Magoi explodes from him. The dome is 5 m tall with a 5 meter radius. The explosion A Tier damage. It causes a crater to form and desbris to fly in various directions. The overall damage dealt to the Enviorment is 10 m in total from Dynatos himself. Only a attack of equal or higher tier can pierce through the dome.

Type: Defensive
Range: Close - Long
Requirements/Drawbacks: Can not attack or counter while ability is in use.
Scaling: Hits
Sustain: 0

Description:

    Dynatos focuses on the opponent’s movements. He then matches their movement speed parrying/dodging whatever attack they launch at him. This technique can parry up to 1 A tier amount of damage.


Flame Bite
Tier: B
Class: Warrior/Beast
Type: Offensive/Supplementary
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: Must physically bite into the target.
Scaling: Damage
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 3
Cost: 30 Stamina - Sustain 10 Stamina
Description:

    Ares bites his targets limb, any limb, tearing through their muscle; at the same time he bites the opponent and tears into their muscle he produces fire from his mouth. The flames go into the torn muscle/wound. This causes target to suffer 2nd degree burns. The initial bite does C tier damage, as the flames cause C Tier burn damage. The attack causes the nerves to be shot and it to become unusable.

Requirements/Drawbacks: Must grab the target, and get airborne.
Scaling: Damage
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2

Description:

    Dynatos rushes at his opponent. He then quickly bear hugs them when he is within range. Clinging tightly he jumps 6 M into the air. He spins multiple times before launching them at the ground to deal D-tier damage. His opponent will be disorientated from the impact.


Flamethrower

Class: Warrior/Beast
Type: Offensive
Range: Close-Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: Ares must open his mouth and aim directly at whatever target he's trying to hit.
Scaling: Range
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2
Cost: 20 Stamina - Sustain 10 Stamina
Description:

    Ares opens his mouth and releases a stream of fire that travels up to 6 m from his position. The flames size is 2.5 m. For every meter that Ares is closer to the target his flames increase in size by 0.5 m. The opponent hit with this technique suffers C Tier burn damage and 2nd degree burns.

Class: Warrior
Type: Offensive
Range: Close-Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: Must slam his fist into the ground.
Scaling: Damage
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2
Cost: 20 Stamina - Sustain 10 Stamina
Description:

    Dynatos clenches his fist; quickly rearing back Dynatos slams his clenched fist into the ground cause a crater to form in the ground around the point of impact. The area in a 5 M range is destroyed and sunk in 0.5 m deep. There becomes a lot of deformities in the ground due to the technique. Debris goes flying out in the 5 M range as well. The ruble from the technique lasts for the thread but only in the 5 M range of the move. The debris sent flying will do C tier damage.


D Tier:

Tier: D
Class: Warrior
Type: Offensive
Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: Must aim the attack. Dynatos will be unable to use the sword again until he picks up the weapon.
Scaling: Damage
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10 Stamina - Sustain 10 Stamina
Description:

    Dynatos changes the way he holds the sword it appears as if he was holding a spear and is about to throw it. He then rears back and launches his sword at the opponent up to 5 meters away dealing D-tier damage to anything it strikes.


Harden Body
Tier: D
Class: Warrior
Type: Defensive
Range: Close|Self
Requirements/Drawbacks: Must be standing still. Causes him to be implanted into the ground where he is standing.
Scaling: Damage
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1
Cost: 10 Stamina - Sustain 10 Stamina
Description:

    Dynatos hard focuses his energy into hardening his muscles, allowing him to block up to a C-tier amount of damage before the attack can penetrate to deep. This increases the amount of damage his body can withstand, but it all causes him to be implanted into the ground where he is standing. When scaling is involved he may take up 1 tier higher damage, per damage scaling.

I'll start with your D-tiers and work my way up. Sorry it's taken so long to get to this!

Harden Body:

Requirements - You left this blank. It needs to have something such as requiring Dynatos take a certain stance or flex his muscles in preparation. The being planted in the ground mentioned in the description should go here too.

Description - The problem here is that Dynatos can't really turn his skin into steel. I'm okay with you say, preventing an arm being severed or vital organs in the abdomen being damaged by tightening the muscles to "catch" a weapon before it penetrates too deeply. But we can't allow you to have hyper armor just "because it's an ability" as the logic behind it.

Description - Okay there is a supplementary(making the crater and destroying footing) and an offensive (making the debris fly out). Pick one or the other, or split the effectiveness between the two.

If you split the tier potency, the crater can be 5m large and 0.5 deep.

Whether you split the potency or not, drop the debris range to 5m.


Flamethrower:

Description - Set the size of the flame breath to a 0.5m cylinder. If you want a larger blast of flames, the range will have to drop.


Falling Leaf:
Remove all context of running towards the target and just leave grabbing them as part of the requirements. The only part of the description that is actually the ability would be spinning and then throwing someone. Grabbing and jumping into the air would need to be a separate ability or you need to split the tier potency for all three aspects in this ability.


I'll tackle your B+A tiers after we square the D+C tiers away.

Hawk Eyes:

This ability is too vague and "game-like" to be approved. Instead of making an ability that generally lets you dodge or parry, you need to make an ability that specifically is a dodge OR a parry and explain how the dodging or parrying is performed. Also, having a dodging aspect makes this a defensive/supplementary if you decide to keep both.

This is so some parrys or dodges won't be effective against certain types of attacks making combat more dynamic and contextual.


Gaia Devastation lvl 4:

Sorry Mikoto, no K moment for you lol. Magoi manipulation can't be spread out like a dome in this manner.


Shutdown:

Requirements - There should be some kind of tell or physical prep movement.

Description - Where exactly are these four strikes?

Since you want a numb effect, the rest of the strikes need to be weakened as four C-tiers is an A-tier.
