Class: Assassin
Type: Offensive
Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: Cirven must have enough time and room to throw a projectile. Requires Cirven to be able to move his arms.
Scaling: Doubles the projectile amount that is thrown for an extra 10 Stamina.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1 post
Cost: 10 Stamina
Description: Cirven throws one of his hidden small blades out aimed at an enemy. He can cause the blade to ricochet off of a wall or object once before hitting his target.



Snake Lash



Tier: D-Tier
Class: Assassin
Type: Offensive
Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: Cirven's weapon Tsuin is needed for this attack and needs medium distance from his target. Requires Cirven to be able to move his arms enough to swing Tsuin.
Scaling: An extra 10 stamina allows for this ability to double the hits used.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1 post
Cost: 10 stamina
Description: Cirven extends out Tsuin which extends out 180 cm, and whips it out in front of him to deal D-tier damage to an enemy.



Quick Step



Tier: D-Tier
Class: Assassin
Type: Supplementary
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: Needs good footing and/or to be crouching first in order to be able to move. Due to the strain on his body this ability puts on him he can only use this ability again after 3 posts. This ability allows the user to move just above its own tier but still below the next meaning that it is still weaker than any tier above it.
Scaling: An extra 10 stamina will double the steps allowed.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2 posts.
Cost: 10 stamina
Description: Cirven uses a burst of speed to move his body at his full speed instantly by using a quick step that takes him a maximum of 1 meter with each step and with each being faster than D-tier movements. Only one step is taken with each use.


Snake Coil



Tier: D-Tier
Class: Assassin
Type: Offensive
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: Cirven needs to be wielding Tsuin for this ability and be at least within 1 meter of the target.
Scaling: An extra 10 stamina allows Cirven to deal an extra tier in damage.  
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1 posts
Cost: 10 stamina
Description: Cirven extends out his Tsuin and wraps it around his enemy's body or limbs like a snake would, then whips the enemy that is 'coiled' threw the air, releasing them which sends them flying into a wall, the ground, etc for D-tiered damage. This ability does not bind an enemy at all but simply grabs them and throws them.

Piercing Fang


Tier: C-Tier
Class: Assassin
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Requirements/Drawbacks: Cirven must have Tsuin for this ability and be able to take up a stance with a good enough grip on Tsuin.
Scaling: An extra 10 stamina allows for an extra tier of damage.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2 posts
Cost: 20 stamina
Description: Cirven takes a stance with Tsuin held back similar to a lancer readying for a powerful thrust and then pushes forward while extending out Tsuin for a powerful piercing strike aimed at an enemy.

Ricochet: Put physical movement for the requirement, such as need to lift a hand first or getting into a certain stance

Snake Lash: Put physical movement in the requirement as well. Please put the radius that the blade can reach in the description

Spindrive: Double class ability is only for C-tier ability or more, you cant make it for D-tier ability.

Snake Coil: The trait would be a little bit strange because it will depends on the weapon's length for it to be able to wrap more enemies. Id suggest a damage scaling though for this.

Snake Lash:
Include how far the blade extends in the description. Mention dealing D-tier damage. Remove mention of multiple targets.

Just put amount for scaling. The default amount scaling is better because it doubles hits for every 10 instead of just adding one.


Quick Step:
The requirements should be deleted and replaced with physical requirements needed to actually perform the dodge. Such as good footing or crouching first.

Scaling should double the amount of times to perform a dodge. Not increase the number of attacks dodged because of the next point.

You can't make an ability that automatically dodges other abilities. You can make a movement skill which is a dodge. As to whether or not you get hit depends on the rp context. Your description should mention the specifics on what kind of dodge movement you're making. Is it a series of fast short steps? A leaping dive? How far does each step take you? Is it in a specific direction or in any direction? That is the kind of specific information needed here.


Snake Coil:

For the requirements, how near do you need to be in meters?

Default damage scaling is better as it doubles the tier of damage blocked/dealt for each 10 invested.

This honestly seems like two abilities in one to me. One to bind the target, another to slam. Also, the slamming and cutting would be separate abilities too. You can't have one ability that does both because abilities are supposed to be set specific choreographed acts in most cases.


Spindrive:

For the requirements, how much room is "enough"?

Damage scaling is better again for the same reason as above.

How far out does the weapon extend? You would also need this to be B-tier to be able to split it into two C-tier actions(blocking and attacking) Since it's a C-tier move, the two actions should be split into D-tier.

Bumping this up.

I messed with Ricochet to make it say double the amount of projectiles instead to follow the default scaling a bit more.

Also I did all the edits we spoke about but I changed Spindrive into Piercing Fang. Also made Quick Step a 3 post CD for its weakness. Hope that works.

Quick Step The next step cant be much faster than the previous step, and this would be applied only when you are using your scaling.
If you are not using your scaling, then you can only move once up to 1 meters away from your spot.
You can make it as 1 post for cool down though

Snake Coil
This honestly seems like two abilities in one to me. One to bind the target, another to slam.

I would suggest you to make just a "bind" ability, which would be supplementary and for the slam, you can combine it with another offensive ability.
Another suggestion that i could offer is to make this as C-tier ability where you can Bind and Attack your target at the same time, making it as Offensive and Supplementary skill.

Did some edits to Snake Coil where it simply grabs and throws a target. It was never meant to bind anyone at all but just simply throw them into something.

Quick Step was agreed on by Duquin and I in a PM that it should have a higher CD for what it does. I'm fine with it being that way for story reason really. I want it to be something that Cirv uses to push his body to a sort of limit for speed that he can only use every so often. Sorry about not stating clearer on how many steps are taken each use. I fixed that in the description now.
