Description: A powerful ability created for inflicting 2nd degree burns. Ruhk is converted into  extremely dense light magic and stored within her wand. Using a wave like motion she releases a crescent shaped wave about 8 meters. Normally it’s fired in a straight line but alternatively it may be released in an arcing pattern, aiming the tip of the crescent at her target instead of the body. For example she may wave her hand from behind her head to release the wave over her head  or wave her hand around her left side to fire it from her left side. The intense light magic is blinding to those who look at it. Combined with a travel speed of 15 m/s, this ability is fairly hard to dodge from a distance of 4-5 meters.

Description: This is not a battle ability and rarely used in any combat situation. This is a simply ability which uses light magic to create an extremely small ray of light to point to an object or etch symbols onto it. The ray of light is about 2.5 inches in diameter. And travels at a speed of 10m/s. The intensity of the light upon cast is weak but after a post it reaches full intensity, leaving minor scorches on anything it passes over. One could use this ability to burn something flammable. Alternately you could blind inflict significant damage in the form of 1st degree burns to someone’s eyes by focusing the beam onto it. Closing their eyes would protect them at the cost of damage to their eyelids. However it’s rarely used on others. If anything it could be used as a torture technique rather than a combat tool.

Description: Converting light magic into a body clad shroud, this ability creates an illusionary effect upon glance which creates a mirror image of all objects the person sees. It’s like seeing double vision. The effect takes form at a speed of 10m/s. After it takes effect their view will be slightly distorted for 2 posts. One could throw some water over the aura to distort the skill and overall dispelling it. However this will not remove the illusion from those being effected. It will only stop others from being effected. The best way to avoid this technique is to close your eyes immediately and don’t open them until you have a means to dispel it. Also a pair of shades would probably be useful.

Description: Converting Light Magic into a large butterfly shape, this ability hovers around Lynette in a random pattern. This butterfly reacts to Magoi, as such it has various uses. It reacts to people other than the caster and its reaction is violent. If anyone comes within 2 meters of Lynette it will follow them and upon reaching them will explode in a small display of light, inflicting 1st degree burns to anything caught in the blast. Same applies to a Magoi-based attack, it will follow and explode in the same manner. When the caster uses a Magoi-based attack the butterfly fuses with her wand, which increases the power of the next attack by 1 D tier. The butterfly moves at around 10m/s. Its easy to outrun if you’re quick enough.

Range: 5 Meter Diameter

Description: his is an ability used as a stepping stone to create shadow magic, something Lynette is experimenting with. Converting light magic into 5 small pieces of tiny bright snowflakes they surround the target to create a 5 meter diameter sphere with them as the epicenter. The sphere reflects any light from the outside causing the space within the sphere to become pitch black. One can only see the edges of the sphere from the inside and darkened objects within but they cannot see beyond the edges. The sphere moves at around 10m/s. Anyone who can move faster can eventually escape from it. From the outside others see nothing but darkness within the sphere. The sphere itself will repel any D-Tier and natural light but higher tiers will destroy it. One could use water to distort the shield to give people within the sphere temporary vision but only large amounts of water can destroy it naturally, such as a rainstorm or a tidal wave.

Butterfly Kick: Please remove defensive and make this offensive since it seems like it is used more so to do harm than block.

Sho-Cen: Really confused about this stance tier thing you mention but going to go ahead and say no abilities can only do the damage of their tier no more.

Prismatic Butterfly: You cannot increase other abilities with abilities sorry but you'll need to change this one up a bit.

Hidden Motive: Again no increasing another ability. You will have to redo this.

Movement Speeds: All of your spells need them listed.
Duration's: Unless a magic is strictly a social spell and has no combat uses, it should never last longer than the cool down. An example would be using light magic to change your facial appearance or to make fake jewelry on yourself.

Heavenly Wave:
-What do you mean by, "Fired in various ways"?
-How big is this wave?
-Why is light magic dealing impact damage? Condensing the light will intensify the heat allowing it to burn through things. It's like you have the power of that magnifying glass spell only bigger/more intense. Use the guidelines for the burn damage(minus lasting burning effects).
-I don't really get your arc thing or how that makes it more difficult/powerful. But I see what you are trying to do and the answer is no. You can't make the spell vaguely more powerful by casting it in a different way. Make a new spell for that kind of thing.

Piercing Light:
-For a D-tier ability, blinding someone for life is not okay. If you sustain contact on someones eye for a full post give one post of blindness.

Sunlight Viel:
-This is a Supplementary skill. Magician's aren't allowed to make defensive magic.

Starlit Butterflies:
-This will require all 5 butterflies to increase the power of another spell and state that it only increases the intensity of the light by 1 D-tier. Individual butterflies can still be used to redirect attacks.

Nightfall:
-State that this can be broken prematurely by diffusing the light in some way such as kicking up clouds of dust, creating steam, or even spatial distortions from gravity magic. You don't need to give all those examples though, just saying distorting the light is fine.

This particular ability turns Rukh into extremely dense light magic which is fired in various ways to inflict major burns. Akin to it's name this ability shoots a crescent shaped wave about 8 meters in size of intense light magic at her opponents. Normally this wave flies in a straight line towards her targets vertically or horizontally. The wave is so intense that looking at it directly can blind you momentary. As such this ability is typically fired at her targets head on. Okay so all I need to see is what are these other ways the attack can be thrown? You state it is normally a wave and also it can be fired in various ways

Description: This ability is not meant for battle yet it can be highly effective depending on how it is used. The magoi converts itself into a small thin ray of light no bigger than a string of fabric. It's normally used to serve as a pointer to mark something but when the light is exposed to a surface for a certain amount of time it begins to burn it, kinda like a magnifying glass. In battle she would use it to secretly light something flammable but if she was really nasty she could use it on someone's eyes to blind then or perhaps deal significant damage a person's eye lenses. In other I think you mean order to use any other abilities it must be deactivated. Please just state how big this ray of light is and how much damage you would do to somebodies eyes. Just say causes momentary blindness when it is directed on the eyes similar to how a person looking at the sun is blinded. Also note that in order to avoid this attack one only needs to close their eyes or cover them from the ray.

This bright display of divinity triggers an illusion for those that even glance at it. It causes victims to see double of herself as well as any future attack she unleashes. State that water can distort the illusion as well as other light based skills.

Description: A utility based technique that takes light magic and molds it into 5 bright butterfly-like objects. These objects normally float around Lynette in random direction but she may use they as sacrifices to cancel an incoming attack This sounds like a defensive kinda spell. If this isn’t offensive based then it cant negate other attacks sorry. or use them to extend the life of a future attack and guide them in a new direction. Is only 1 butterfly needed to change the direction? If that is the case state each butterfly can change its direct course once For example these butterflies can follow Heavenly Wave upon firing and change its direction while it's in flight. However by doing this they're absorbed into the attack it accompanied. This increase the power of the initial ability by 1 D tier while giving it a second chance at hitting it's target. If they are used to increase the light damage all five will needed to be used not just 1. Also please state that each butterfly can be destroyed by just being hit by any form of attack due to being individually 1/5th a D tiers power which is like nothing

The Magoi rains upon the target like tiny bright snowflakes then creates a bright sphere around them which reflects any light from entering the sphere. This makes the area within pitch black. They can't see anything within that doesn't emit some sort of light and they can't see anything beyond the bright outer layer of the sphere. Until the ability fades it moves with its target, using them as an epicenter for the ability. The sphere may also be broken by distorting the light in some way. Will this allow you to see in? If so state please. Also note that the sphere will only be able to keep up with people that can match its 10 m/s speed. If they go quicker they could escape it.

Bump For Justice

I made the changes you requested. However I kept Starlit Butterfly as a Supplementary ability rather than Defensive. Mostly because it seems Defensive abilities are taboo on intelligence users but also the ability itself is made for offense or defense. It can counterattack or provide a bonus to her next attack so this category seems to fit better. If you still want this changed i'm willing to do so. Also I changed it to 1 large butterfly instead of the 5 individual ones.

Burns
Burning effects are caused by instances of great friction or from fire-based spells.

D-Tier: 1st degree burns
C-Tier: 2nd degree burns
B-Tier: 2nd degree burns, actual flames constantly burn the body for 2 posts
A-Tier: 3rd degree burns, actual flames constantly burn the body for 3 posts
Ω-Tier: 4th degree burns and complete incineration; actual flames constantly burn the body for 4 posts

Heavenly Wave:
-You need to state the damage this spell does as C-tier burning damage. I already asked you to make this change before.

Piercing Light:
-You need to state the damage again. D-tier this time. Since the extent of D tier burn damage is a 1st degree burn that means the most you could do to someone's eyelids is leave them with a sunburn.
-Still missing movement speeds I asked you to add.

Sunlight Viel:
-Still missing movement speeds I asked you to add. In this case you need the speed at which the spell forms and takes effect. Since the rest is an illusion created by the opponent's mind, that speed wouldn't be limited. But you need one for the trigger part of the spell so this isn't autohitting.

Starlit Butterfly:
-Refer to Noah's post. You can't use this to deal damage if it isn't offensive. You can have spells that are both offensive and supplementary so you just need to add it to your category. I think you misunderstood him because he never told you to make it defensive.

Nightfall:
-If the sphere is 5m in diameter, the person inside is going to easily be able to see what is on the ground right in front of them. Remove the line about them being unable to see the ground.
-There is no such thing as "Low lvl based magic" please use terms that apply to the forum(D-tier for example)
-You can't block weak spells and then not interact with stronger spells. If you can block a D-tier spell, doing so would cancel your magic out. This means that stronger spells will also cause this spell to end.
