Description:

    Farid takes a moment to prepare, if he sees, he can intercept it skillfully with a swing to parry it off into the distance, without activating any effects from the projectile based on contact, such as an arrow that only explodes on contact.

Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: Standing still. Facing the attacker,  A long weapon such as polearm, sword or club.
Scaling: Amount of Strikes
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2
Cost: 20 Stamina
Description:

    A block meant for slashes and blunt strikes coming straight on, such as a headbutt or fist. Farid places the length of his weapon between the attack and himself, holding both ends of the weapon. Capable of blocking C-tier damage.

Type: Defensive
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: Facing the attacker, must use at least one hand to draw his weapon.
Scaling: Damage
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2
Cost: 20 Stamina
Description:

    A block meant for stabs. Farid draws his weapon, putting the length of the weapon in the way of the stab at an angle, barely redirecting it.

Air Push:
Using wind to push away gases is indirect clashing. Therefore, the tier of the gas doesn't matter. This ability could protect you from even an Omega-tier gas attack.

That being said, please add wording that states this only pushes away gases in front of you. Meaning that a large enough cloud or gases approaching from behind could still threaten you.

Figure Eight:
What is being affected by your amount scaling here? The number of times you perform the ability? Or the number of projectiles you can deflect? I can make a decent guess based on the wording, but I'd like the description to clarify this so there is no room for doubt.

Projectile Parry:
For the requirements you mention needing vision of the projectile. Please add in "unimpaired vision" as having blurry vision or seeing double would obviously make this ability difficult to perform.

Direct Block:
Same thing about amount scaling as above.

Please remove the need of certain weapon types from the requirements and replace it with putting both hands on the weapon/shield. In case you can't tell by now, I prefer physical actions as ability requirements over simply having something or being a certain type of person.

Direct Parry:
Please elaborate on your movements bit more. This ability can't just fluidly change movements to fit any slash or stab. It should be a set action. Naturally, this means that it wouldn't be useful against certain types of slashes or stabs that don't match the trajectory of the parry ability. But that is intentional as it creates more opportunities for indirect clashes in battle.

Direct Parry:

You say you use the handle to block the attack. Shouldn't your hand be on the handle? I think you meant hilt.

Eh, I don't quite use a sword, and I plan to use polearms more. So the handle is quite large on an Axe, scythe or hammer. If you can gimme advice on a parry with the handle of a polearm, I would be a happy camper.

Instead of "handle" you could just say the "length of the weapon" or "side of the weapon"
