Description:

    The caster points their stave st the target and says the name of the spell. The ball is 235 mm in circumference and 76 mm in diameter. It is s clear ball made out of strength magic. The ball is barely visible to most, but is a smoky black color to those who can see it. The caster can decide when it detonates. The explosion radius is only 50 cm and deals D tier damage. The spell "pops" after the caster snaps their fingers.

Range: Long (10+ m)
Requirements/Drawbacks: Must say the name of the spell, as well as place "marker" for the spell to be activated.

Description:

    The caster touches the ground with their stave; the part of the stave that touches doesn't matter. The then must speak the name of the spell. A marker will be placed on the ground made out of strength magic, meaning very few people can see it. The marker has a 2 m radius. It is up to the caster to activate the spell, however someone must be standing within its radius. After the seal is activated it will propel whoever is within it up to 5 m into the air. The spell activates when the caster whistles.

Class: Magician
Type: Offensive
Range: Long
Requirements/Drawbacks: The target must be airborne. Spell name must be said.
Scaling: Damage
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 1

Description:

    This spell only works if thier target is airborne. After the caster says this spell name they must point their stave or wand at the target. The target is pressed down by utilizing gravity magic. For the spell to activate the caster must whistle. This spell deals D tier damage without scaling involved.

Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: Must say spell name and stave must be in either hand.
Scaling: Hits
Sustain: 1

Description:

    The caster recites the spells name and a thin layer of strength magic. It works as a sort of platform to lift the caster into the air. The platform is large enough for two people to stand on. It is a square shape, it is 4 m in size. The caster can form the platform up to 10 m away. The caster must verbally say up for it to rise.

They can control the force of gravity around their body at any given moment, able to slow down, speed up, or stop flying completely.

You only get 5 starting abilities. 4 D tier and 1 C tier.
Also no more ability speeds.

Rupture.
I feel like the knockback is a second effect, so that would mean it would at least be C-tier. Range required.

Sunrise.
A range from where you can activate the spell, like how far can you be to activate the marker. Is the range a 10M radius? If so that is a 20m diamater way too big for a D tier spell. I would say a 10m diamater is still too large for a D-tier spell. Instead of an ability speed, how about a height?

Sunset
If you scale Sunrise AoE, I feel this shouldn't hit everyone affected by Sunrise, but I will let someone else judge that since it does make a good combo and there seems to be a new focus on combos.

Flutter
Dimensions for the platform. Range from you. How high off the ground. Can it be moved. I assumed it can be destroyed by D-tier.

Left Hand.
Range. Also long is too big, IMO but IDK.

Here are some general edits all your abilities need:

-We no longer use number values for speed. Remove all m/s and references to the speed of your abilities. Unless you want an ability that is focused on speed. In which case, it should have some kind of drawback to justify having a speed advantage. In that case, just use wording to describe that it is a fast attack. No numbers.

-Sustaining abilities no longer adds to the cool downs. Remove the sustain +1 stuff.


Tamazzuq:
Remove the knock back effect, reduce the size of the explosion to 50cm.

Add something to requirements that you must do to trigger the explosion.


Shuruq Alshshams:
Decrease radius to 2m, decrease height to 5m.

Same as above in needing a trigger action in requirements.


Ghrwb Alshshams:
Instead of needing sunrise to be cast, I suggest changing the requirement to needing your target to be airborne. This will make the move more useful.

Add aiming the spell into requirements.


Rafrifa:
Your description seems incomplete.

Also, how big is the platform? How far away can it be formed? How high does it lift you once you step on it?


Alyad Alyusraa:
The attack combined with grabbing and throwing is a bit too much complexity for a D-tier spell. Remove two of the three "actions" and keep just one.

Decease size of the hand to 1-2m.
