Tier: D-Tier
Specialization: Assassin
Type: Defensive
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: Requires some sort of rope, chain or strap to be attached to the user's sword.
Scaling: Damage Absorption: The amount of damage the ability can block increases by one tier for every 10 magoi/stamina invested.
Sustain: How many sustainments have you done so far? Starts at 0 and goes up with each additional use of the ability.
Cool Down: 2 posts + 1 post per sustain
Cost: 10 Magoi/Stamina
Description:

    Using the chains attached to his sword Endolf swings his weapon around him at a speed of 15m/s. This high speed roation creates a sort of dome around him with the chain which acts as a barrier that protects him from up to C-tier damage.


Delta Strike
Tier: D-Tier
Specialization: Assassin
Type: Offensive
Range: Close - Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: The ability for Endolf to swing his weapon around/A chain, rope or strap of some kind attached to Endolf’s weapon.
Scaling: Increased damage: For every 10 magoi/stamina invested the damage rate of the attack increases by one tier.
Sustain: How many sustainments have you done so far? Starts at 0 and goes up with each additional use of the ability.
Cool Down: 2 posts + 1 per sustain
Cost: 10 magoi/stamina
Description:

    After attaching the chain from his wrist to his sword Endolf proceeds to extend his weapon’s range out to a maximum of three meters and then swings his weapon around by the chain at a rate of 15m/s. The attack deald D tier damage to everything in a three meter radius.


Pommel Strike
Tier: D-Tier
Specialization: Assassin
Type: Supplementary
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: A blunt instrument such as the pommel of a sword.
Scaling: Increased duration: For every 10 magoi/stamina invested the duration of the paralysis is increased by an additional post.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2 posts + 1 post per sustain
Cost: 10 magoi/stamina
Description:

    Using the pommel of his sword or a similar object Endolf proceeds to strike his opponent at a rate of 15m/s, resulting in the area struck being paralyzed for 2 posts.


Slice
Tier: D-Tier
Specialization: Assassin
Type: Supplementary
Range: Close
Requirements/Drawbacks: The use of a sword or another sharp immpliment.
Scaling: Increased Effectiveness: For every 10 magoi/stamina invested into the ability the tier of bleed damage is increased by one.
Sustain: 0
Cool Down: 2 posts + 1 per sustained post
Cost: 10 magoi/stamina
Description:

    Using his sword or another sharpened object Endolf proceeds to slice at his opponent at a rate of 15m/s. Resulting in D-Tier bleed damage for 1 post.



C-Tier

Specialization: Assassin
Type: Offensive
Range: Medium
Requirements/Drawbacks: A chain, rope or strap of some sort attached to Endolf’s weapon/The ability to freely swing his weapon around.
Scaling: Increased Speed: For every 10 magoi/stamina invested into the ability Endolf increases the speed of his swings by a rate of 5m/s.
Sustain:
Cool Down: 3 posts + 1 post per sustain
Cost: 20 magoi/stamina
Description:

    After attaching his sword to a chain or similar device Endolf proceeds to swing his weapon around in a wild yet graceful manner at a rate of 20m/s. The rotation and swinging of the sword creates an illusion of a sphere of chains forming around him in a five meter radius that deals C-tier damage to anything that enters or is within the radius other than himself.


Barrier Wave
Tier: C-Tier
Type: Supplementary
Range: Self
Requirements/Drawbacks: Requires the magic item “Hand of the Stream”.
Scaling: N/A
Sustain:
Cool Down: 3 posts + 1 post per sustain
Cost: 20 magoi/stamina
Description:

    While wearing his Hand of the Stream magic item over his left hand Endolf simply opens his hand to expose the magic seal in the palm of the gauntlet. From the seal a wave of water magic is released which proceeds to form a bubble like barrier around Endolf. Due to being both a magic ability and the barrier being made of pure water the actual shape can be just about anything from a simple outer layer that hugs Endolf’s entire body or a single part to a full blown cube or dome. The maximum size of the dome or shape is no more than a ten meter radius with Endolf at the center. The barrier is able to withstand C-tier damage before breaking.

Since this is a WIP I won't grade everything, bit I will point out some common problems I see across all your abilities:

Speed - We don't use number values for speed anymore. Please remove them all.

Descriptions - Many of your abilities are too vague. You can't just say, "So and so blocks/strikes" anymore. Be descriptive on HOW you strike or block. What kind of movements does your character make? An ability should be somewhat telegraphed.

Magic Tool Abilities - Remove those from here. Include them with the tool they are going with once you go to register your items again.

Unrealistic Control - You probably shouldn't be able to make perfect domes and spheres with your chains. Moving them that fast with that much control at lower tiers is kind of insane o.o
